They can relate to all customers at various levels. Prices are well within industry standards. I have been to their store on more than o e occasion and they are always welcoming and courteous. Crusader Tactical is, by far, the best gun shop in town. After going to a few other places and feeling a little unsure what to get or not sure what was right for me I almost had given up. Also not to mention guns and ammo are selling fast these days. I went in and talked to Danny and he didn’t try to just sell me anything he took the time educate me and gave me some good advice. Also I got lucky they had an AR rifle that was what I was looking for and a. good price that was within my budget. I definitely will go back. Highly recommend!

Honestly, we did not have the best experience. It might have been an off day for the owner, as they opened late last Saturday.CT has a seemingly great selection of guns, and thats what theyre there for. My husband and I visited last weekend, and he told the shopkeeper what he was looking for (first gun, double stack preferably, what he likes/dislikes). The shopkeeper just grunted two words (yeah, ok) and kept to himself at his computer. We were clearly in need of assistance or an iota of customer service. We looked around and actually found a couple of guns that looked like a great deal.A large group of older men and women came in shortly after and they were immediately helped, as it seems like they were friends. We had to wait, and wait, and wait, while the gentleman helped this group, bringing them gun after gun to try. We eventually left due to not being helped in a timely manner (15 minutes).

Danny and andy were excellent. Crusader had everything i needed to mod my ar15. They were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and helped me mount all my accessories and scope.

Owners are friendly and very knowledgeable! By mistake, myself and one of the gentleman picked out the wrong part for an AR build I was doing. Walked back in three days later and swapped it out for the right one. No questions asked, no fault to either party!! These guys are top notch and respectable! This is a great little gun shop, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are comparable to other local gun shops they carrier magpul products and if they dont have they can get it. Very clean and organized, not crowded, and well lit.

Just found this new shop in Broken Arrow. The guys that own it were very friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of guns and the prices were very good. Ended up buying a new pistol and couldnt be happier!

This is an amazing gun store ran by two gentlemen who really knew what they were talking about. Not only were these guys smart, but wise too. The store itself is well kept and their selection is more than adequate. The store has many more components than just selling firearms. There are accessories and parts to them aswell, the store also preforms light gun smithing. Crusader Tactical is the best gun store I have ever stepped foot in. Overall Id say the experience that I had in this store was incredible and I will be returning to it soon.

I took their handgun license class last week, which they offer once a month. Andy Shidell, one of the owners, is Cleet certified and taught firearm safety and instruction for the federal government for nearly 20 years. His emphasis on safety during the range portion was spot-on and never wavered, even with us amateurs. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get their concealed carry license.
