Ordered an oven rack was told 10 days for delivery. It came in early per a voice mail they left for me. When i called to verify, I was told it was delayed because being shipped from Korea. Called again and no record. One month later still no oven rack. Would love if someone reliable would contact me. Too late for thanksgiving hoping to have my very expensive oven rack before Christmas
Great place for all your appliance part needs. They are very knowledgeable about what you need and are able to help point you in the right direction. I have found I give them the appliance and before I finish the description they can tell me what I need and how hard it is to fix.Love the new location, easy to get to and nice new building and looks like more inventory!
Terrible experience, Their website is misleading, I ordered an ice maker that showed to be an exact match as mine, but when i received it, it was exactly like the one I found here locally and was twice the price. What a rip-off!They didnt mention it was discontinued and you would receive a wiring harness to replace as well.Dont bother trying to call either, because they put you on hold until you you hang up.

You pay dearly for the convenience. As a non-commercial appliance parts customer, youll pay many times more than the retail cost of the item. I just purchased a common Whirlpool motor coupler to the tune of $23.50 + Tax + automatic lifetime replacement = $29.31. Get home and look it up. Sears cost: $3.80 / Walmart $7.25 for Whirlpool branded replacements. Thats more than just a little mark-up. First time: shame on me... I really regret not reading these reviews or shopping around a bit more. They are just around the corner from my work, so convenience and urgency won this time.On the plus side, they seem to have pretty much any part you may need, when youre in a bind and cant wait for online shipping.

The people behind the counter are VERY helpful and friendly. However if you have a problem and call the provided Customer Service phone number you will be on hold FOREVER not to be answered! The man at the counter did his BEST to resolve my problem. He gets a 5 star review!

Called to price a part for a front load washing machine...very expensive. When I finally got the money to purchase, I called to order. The price had increased by almost $40! The customer service is very rude! The part I was sold was over $300 which included a lifetime replacement. When I received the part there was a certificate in the box for a ONE TIME replacement and I was charged extra for the lifetime replacement. That shouldve been my choice to purchase. The kicker is, I dont need the part I purchased, but need a different part. The part I was sold according to the packing slip is a totally different part on line! Not a good way to do business. This was first and last time to use this place.
They saved my butt. Ac went out and no one would sell to be but Greer did.!Awesome and polite people they know their stuff and educated me as well.

This business thrives only because of two people. Billy (store mngr) and Junior(very experienced) parts counter personell. If it werent for these two this branch of this business would sink as fast as a capsized boat.
They have some great knowledgeable people with fair prices on parts if youre not wanting to wait on ordering parts online. Plus you get that face to face personable service that the internet doesnt offer.

I have shopped this place for the last time. I needed the bake element for my oven and they priced the item at $92.12. Online the price came to 66.00 plus tax. I made one phone call to a parts place in Tulsa and was given the price of $45.52 and this included tax. This company used to be called Greer appliance and they priced things the same way. Your pricing represents dishonesty !

Way over priced...can order parts online for alot less including shipping costs ..example..looking for a lid switch for a washing machine. Quoted $78. Same switch could order for $36 online
