They are awesome. The paperwork was quick and easy. And the guys who delivered it were very professional and friendly. It was a chore to deliver but they did it with a smile and cared about messing up our floors. Highly recommend.

Thank God my furniture is finally paid off. You can find better quality furniture by a dumpster tbh. They will wait until youre 80% finished paying then if your a day late they threaten to come take your stuff about 3 grand in. Just go ahead and go anywhere else.

Super easy to rent what you need. Delivery was super hard but they handled it like champs and were very nice and professional.

If you need something now that you cant straight up afford then go to rent a center. They are nice, get things done and you get what you need.

I was pleased with the initial contact and customer service during my visit to this store. The manager was super friendly; though I cant remember her name. It took a bit long to process my paperwork though considering everything is electronically sent and signed through your email! My delivery was on time. The deliverers were courtesy however, they were dragging the items across my floors! Other than that, all was well. My salesman Conrad went above and beyond to save me money and to accommodate my work schedule for my delivery!! Thank you all so much.

They have always helped us when we needed it and super family not once I ever had a problem with them.

There really nice when they bring you your stuff but when you ask to return it they get really hateful with you. They say they will work with you on your payments trust me THEY DO NOT.

I had a terrible experience here. I purchased an Ashley Couch/Loveseat (used) that was out on their parking lot sale. I didnt notice at the time but the entire bottom (the cloth part) was ripped and torn. My mistake for not looking it over. I only noticed this when it was delivered and once in the home it had a dog/cat smell to it then I started noticing baby spiders on it here and there. Flipped it over and where that material was ripped there were brown recluse spiders in there. At that point I ended up calling the BBB because all used furniture sold there is a law that it is to be cleaned before selling. Come to find out they are not even a member of the BBB - big red flag!!!! I still had not paid for all of this furniture yet but just sucked it up as a loss UNTIL they started calling me at my job asking for payments one week prior to when my actual payment date was. Not just one person was calling me in a days time but more than one so apparently they dont even talk to one another. They have a certain system they use for their payments where you cant just say I want to pay $100 - they say you need to pay $85 or $107.00? At this point I chose to call the new Manager Joey and let him know about the nasty couch filled with brown recluse spiders - never once did he offer to send someone out to clean the couch properly for me, he never tried to make it right knowing my disgust with the furniture having a pet odor nor the spider problem. I was just shocked. As a Manager, you need to step up to the plate and make the customer happy. So upon paying this item off and still battling with brown recluse spiders in my home, I wanted my receipts of proof of purchase since I had filed a claim with the BBB. To this date I have called and spoke to Tara, Josh (who was very unprofessional) and now their new Manager Joey and all three promised receipts in the mail of proof of purchase. I still have no receipts from them and I started asking on May 8th, this has gone on for 2 months trying to get my receipts and being promised by all three people. I feel this was worth every bit of my time giving this honest review. I would hate to see another person purchase from them and the outcome be what mine has been.

Awful customer service will take your money then will say your application is up for approval. They will even go as far and do an unauthorized background check. Be careful.

Terrible management. I called as a non customer to notify the manager they had a vehicle blocking mine and blasting music. The manager told me to handle it myself, and proceeded to cuss at me when I told him, as a manager its his job to address his employees.If they treat non customers like this, imagine how they will treat you as a customer.

If you love getting ripped off I recommend this place.
