Purchased a boat here and the previous owner did a jb weld quick fix to get the boat sold. Unfortunately the patch didnt fail until I took the boat out. These guys were quick to respond and help me with options.

Be very careful buying anything from this business!!!My son bought a razr there….was always hard to shift but they said they had checked it out it was fine….then it started dying every time he shifted into reverse. He decided he would just trade it in for a different one at action power sports…he found out after three months his machine was worth over $3000 less than what he paid for it…really??? Not trading it in to get screwed again!!! Took it to Wichita to have it looked at…they were told it had a warranty….found out the clutch was bad had been since he bought it…then the best part….they won’t pay to fix it nor will they fix it!!!! The warranty doesn’t cover a clutch that should’ve been fixed before it was sold!!!! Be careful with any purchases from here!!!! Cost $1500 to make his machine right!!!!

I had a unique experience, I had been talking with them about a specific boat and had to drive 1hr to go look at it, once I got there someone was feeling out the paperwork for the same boat! I spoke with the sales manager and partial owner, which told me I was the first person so I could decide if I wanted the boat. Keep in mind that another gentlemen was in the process of buying it. I appreciate that they stood by sometime type of moral. I told them that I didn’t want to take the boat out from under someone else even though I really wasn’t because this gentleman thinks he is buying it even though I was the first person. So I told them let him buy the boat. They wanted to speak with the other customer and fill him in first and see what he thought. He was actually like me, he was understanding and didn’t want to take the boat from me. After a few mins of talking to him he decided he wanted to go look at the other boats they had. I came back and decide he wanted a different boat. So it worked out for the both of us. I really appreciate them being honesty and upfront about the whole unique situation. They said we made it easy on them because both of us didn’t want to screw the other out of a boat. They are really friendly and I will definitely recommend them.

Terrible communication and follow through! We visited with the intention of buying a boat. Our first visit we got a young man who didn’t know anything about any of the boats we looked at. We found one we were interested in and it wouldn’t be available for several days. They assured us we’d be the first to know when it was available. We never received a call. We called first thing Tuesday morning (when we were told it would be available) and were told they weren’t sure on the price yet but would get back to us as soon as they knew. We never heard back on Tuesday. We went early on Wednesday to check on it and were told it had been sold. The salesman told us it was sold before he could get a price on it. No one ever contacted us like we were told.

Spencer the salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the products. Tubby the sales manager was also very nice and helpful. The only suggestion I have is after purchase show the customer feature of the ATV/ITV. Advise on oil change, fuel, low gear vs high gear etc

Nice and fast,however my purchase of a 2020 Scout a bit disappointing. I was given 1 key and no owners manual..despite it being a demo. Ad showed 254 miles but had 315 actual miles when I got to the dealership. No mention of follow up maintenance..I feel like you are rushed in and out and thats it. Felt no real warm customer service..just my experience. Maybe others had better.

Always got plenty of different bikes to look at and to choose from they really work with you really well and I have bought 3 bikes from there! Toby Williams is the man to talk to.

Very high pricing on used inventory and the fan on the ATV they sold us doesn’t work and didn’t day of purchase. But, nothing promised and nothing owed so I’m having it fixed elsewhere as this fan issue slid by them while checking it out to put on sale so I can’t trust them to repair it. Financing department is great but I can’t review it separately unfortunately. Don’t plan to return here even for accessories.

The people were so nice and everything went smooth except for when we picked up the utv. No body helped us to put it on our trailer. That’s why I only gave it a 4 star. When your buying an expensive machine you would think that they would at least ask you if you needed help on loading it on to your trailer.

As I have been anxiously waiting the last couple of days to hear from financing on upgrading from my current 1982 glastron that may have dropped a cylinder on me today and will only be able to run off the trolling motor sure am looking forward to a newer boat and one more reliable on the water have been looking at one of the bass trackers there and really like what Ive seen out of the boat and the last two days when I have called back to see how they were doing with the financing if in fact I was going to be judged or be given the opportunity to have a new bass boat Ive heard nothing.I guess time will tell.

Used bikes at new bike prices got to love it. Plus a nice big $600 fee for financing with them.

Theyre extremely low on storage of customers toys. So dont think youre going to just pull in and leave your toy to be worked on.WONT HAPPEN!You have to make an appointment to bring it.

Great service. We live 270 miles away in western Oklahoma. Tubby had our 2010 triglide polished and tagged when we pulled up. We were in and out of finance in a few minutes and I even bought a new pair of sunglasses before heading out. The ride home was flawless. Since my wife and i have put almost 800 miles on our trike. Recently purchased a 2018 tracker pro 170.justin did a great job with helping me on my purchase .only cons to the deal was it didnt have the two fishing seats or a fish finder that it said it had on the web site.but other than that it was a good deal .thanks for everything .

I went there to buy a motorcycle and as soon as I walked through the door, theres 3 salesmen waiting to make commission. Immediately I had my own personal stalker. I asked about a used LS650 they had advertised online and he said that it had already sold. I politely said thank you and was ready to leave but he said hed check in the back. Sure enough the bike was there. I tried to negotiate the price but he was firm. The bike is old and rusty with missing parts. In the end I couldnt bring myself to buy there so I left. I ended up finding a brand new 2014 LS650 with one mile on the odometer at Bartlesville Cycle Sports for $3,999 with a $99 fee for a grand total of $4,098. I highly recommend that anyone reading this shops around and avoids Action Power Sports.

The salesman Tubby was extremely pushy when talking to him over the phone. If you have any reservations about purchasing something he is really irritated to work with you. The bank they finance through (TinkerFCU) has also been a pain to get payments set up, deal with insurance needs, and has poor customer service. The finance lady Stephanie was very nice.

Fantastic business. I purchased a new ATV from APS and was able to do everything online up until I went to pick it up. I heard back two days after applying for financing and their sales reps were very quick to get everything submitted. The whole process took less than a week and it couldnt have gone any smoother. Tubby is an outstanding salesman and if you give him the chance to get you what youre looking for, youll get it. I will absolutely be coming back in the future and referring friends and family to APS.

This place was fair and honest when we bought r 2011 Harley from them last week. We agreed on a price and went to the bank and got the money . All the paper work was done and the bike was ours when it was discovered the bike was actually on sale ( their computer system had not updated it yet) so action made it right with us and gave us a store credit to offset the difference. We where happy with this and appreciate the honestly! Thank u Action cycle!

I had never done a purchase from out of state without being there in person but the guys at Action Powersports and Tubby made everything so easy and quick. I bought a slingshot with them and saved myself a lot of money on a mint condition bike. Everything was smooth and Tubby is world class in customer service. I bought blindly only going by pictures but they made sure to give me all the details on condition and state of the bike. When the Bike arrived from OK to Miami everything was perfect just as described and exceeded my expectations from a dealer.

When you called to talk to somebody and ask questions usually people give you answers when I was asking questions about motorcycles because Im looking for my first one I explained what I was looking for and instead of helping me to get some better ideas what to look at their sales rep tells me Ill just go on the website pick you out something that doesnt help a person that doesnt know a thing about motorcycles their customer service needs to be worked on

Bad business. A descent motorcycle mechanic is hard to find but these guys are as dishonest and shady as they come. They completely ruined my bike a few years ago by over filling the oil during a simple oil change and then took no responsibility whatsoever when I ended up with oil leaks and catastrophic issues all of a sudden. Shaggy/Shawn is who I dealt with.

I purchased my motorcycle here and continue to come back for parts and service. I appreciate the friendliness and desire to help of the entire staff. Low pressure sales, parts let me borrow a couple tools. Service got me right in for an oil change while I waited.

Recently purchased two used seadoos from action power sports. Initially worked with Lee but he got busy and paired me with Lisa. Both were very nice and helpful although Lee was obviously rushed with other deals. I put a non-refundable deposit down on the two units I was interested in and said I would return in a day or so to finalize everything. Before I left I noticed a missing bumper on the back corner of one the the seadoos. They agreed to replace it but when I returned to finalize the purchase, that had not been done. They did agree to order the part which was agreeable to me. I also noticed the hood on one of the units was wobbly when closed which had me concerned. Upon further inspection, it became obvious that the hood had been replaced and was originally blue but had been painted. This was a red flag to me and thought it may have something to do with why the hood seemed to not be right. The service manager was out there with me and I showed him the wobbly hood. I was able to determine why it was this way and we agreed there was a pretty easy fix. He seemed rushed and said he didn’t know if his service guys had time to mess with it. I simply didn’t want to get this out on the lake with the hood unstable and have issues so I implored to the service manager that it could be easily handled in 10 minutes. He then got some tools and fixed it so it fit snug like it should. These are used seadoos so there’s always risk involved in purchasing used things but the overall feeling I got while there was not accommodating and a little non committal regarding the actual hours on the machines. The tags and state stickers had been removed which at first I didn’t understand. Once I got them home, I could tell at least one of the units came from Florida as there was an obvious FL still visible from where a sticker had been removed. When I think of Florida, I think salt water. I hope these were not salt water units and if so, I would think that should be made clear. These are mine now so no going back and i’ll have them on Grand Lake this weekend and hope everything works out. The person who finalized the agreements and takes payment was very helpful. I’ve owned a business with many employees and customers for 35 years now and we are not perfect. Action appears to have a good business going and they have a good selection. Crossing my fingers these were a wise purchase.

If you not an elite rider that is a known customer, they can tend to ignore you.If Im a little interested now, I could be very interested later. Seems to be the attitude at most motorcycle dealerships.

Ive purchased a dozen bikes & watercraft over the years from Action....ALWAYS was fair, always worked out we both were happy with the deals. Great bikes to choose from, and the fees are fair for the service the bikes receive before the sale: tires and oil & filter changes, whatever the bike needs to be safe and ready to enjoy...huge selection, non-pushy sales, service when you need it, all backed by a great group of enthusiasts. You dont HAVE to buy there, but you SHOULD put it on your list and see what they can do for you.....Ill always check there 1st for my toys !
