Andrew, Mary and staff operate with the utmost honesty and integrity. If they say a repair is necessary you can rest assured it is. They have never suggested and/or performed unnecessary work. I am self employed and my vehicle is absolutely essential to what I do for a living. They have kept me on the road, and if I have experienced a problem after service it was corrected immediately. Ive been going to this Auto Service Center for 2 decades. They have always exceeded my expectations. I tried to go to a shop closer, years ago, to save the commute, but lost the quality of workmanship. Which in turn cost more money, because the issue wasnt correctly addressed. I, of course, gladly returned. They recently serviced my rear brakes on my 1997 Ford Ranger & advised me of things that are pressing issues that need service soon. Directly afterwards they changed my ignition switch on my 1993 F350 Crew Cab Truck, where the key broke off inside it. They made sure it had the oil it needed after discovering it to be dangerously low. By the end of the day I was picking up (Big Birtha) & returning her home.Ive noticed sometimes people get offended from the desk clerk / parts specialist because of her straight forward approach of addressing the repair issues that have been reported to her, to advise on. She is ALL business & right on point. By all means, check. I have! When you find out she not only getting it done soon, in priority order & at the best price possible, youll just want to hug her.Of course, shell tell you she doesnt have time for that right now, as she answers three phones, checks on parts & creates invoices ALL at the same time.I am SO thankful for Sanport Auto Solutions!

They are excellent! They know you by name, and are very thorough.. I love that I can call them up, say, my car is making this weird noise, and they know what car I drive. They have always been prompt, reasonable, knowledgeable, and will get you where you need to be until your car is ready. Great place these Gals and Guys are the best they really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Their waiting area is super nice and comfortable too.They recently fixed a part on my Saturn Aura for my AC and fixed the sensor for one of my tires they did it fast but effectively so that I could get back on the road in time to get to my other appointments. I had issue which needed a timing chain replacement on my 96 maxima .Called several auto shops got estimate which was sky rocketing 2500 to 3500....called Sanport in BA checked my issue first then gave me an estimate 1800 .work was done within 7 days and the lady name Mary was very helpful. .friendly and generous. I still owe her $7 :)..worth taking your car there ......

Like is such a weak word when it comes to Andrew and his entire staff. The service I have received from Sanport Auto, since purchasing my 1995 Isuzu Trooper in 1998, has kept my Trooper running well. Even moving to Colorado in 2009 did not stop me from returning to Sanport for a maintenance check and Andrews seasoned hearing saved my life. My Grandfather said, When you find the right garage, stay there. Dont hop around. I know when my vehicle is making sounds it should not be making. So when I tell Andrew what I heard, we would jump in for a test drive. After the sound is identified, we he head back to the shop to see what caused that sound and what needs to be done. I may know nothing about vehicles, but I know when I hear someting that should not be happening. I tell Andrew and his brain processes every thing. My highest respect and appreciation go to Andrew and his entire staff. It is because of them, my Trooper is still going up and down Colorado mountain roads - safely. First of all Ill give a customers response to Jenna McQuiggs one star rating - I dont think you really talked Anthony or Mary about the problems with the truck. I have been a customer for a good 30 years and I have never had any issues with Sanport on any car problems I have had. They have always given me great service on all of the typical ongoing service needs like oil change, brakes, tires etc. They always tell me what they find when doing typical service work that I might need something repaired or replaced and a time frame of how long I can wait to do it if I choose not to do at that time. I think you just passed up on a great continuing relationship with a company you can trust and depend on.All of that being said, now my opinion of Sanport - they are great. Sanport is ependable, trustworthy, and always willing to discuss vehicle issues.

Sanport is an honest shop and does good work. A local Toyota dealership quoted me over $2600 to replace the timing chain cover gasket on my Highlander. Sanports mechanic found that a couple of the bolts on the cover were loose; he tightened them and stopped the leak.

Friendly and helpful staff. Genuinely care for the customer. I would not take my car anywhere else to be serviced.

Terrible service. We could have been killed by the new wheel bearings put on a truck that almost lost a tire on the highway. Bought the truck and brought it to you to check it out since the previous owner had paid for new wheel bearings. You had it for 3 weeks never called me. When I showed up you said the truck wouldnt start but you had fixed the wheel bearings. I started the truck and drove it away. I will never come back there.

We have used Sanport for years but due to recent changes in management, We are looking for a auto repair shop that will take care of our families auto service needs. My daughter purchased tires from sanport 1 1/2 years ago. Three of four are cracking and sanport refused to honor the warranty due to fix a flat was used on one and another due to her driving on a flat. Less than 25.000. Update: she went to discount tires and purchased all 4 tires,lifetime warranty, 50,000miles, can use fix a flat, and if tire goes flat while driving -covered. $560.00, 1/2 hr, in and out, 71st county line, BA.

Told mechanic not to start vehicle due to oil leak and they told me they were not going to push it had my vehicle towed from there and over to trustworthy shop claudes car care clinic.
