Came here because of some good reviews & recommendations but highly regret going here, horrible communication with us & horrible attitude from the front desk. If you don’t like answering customer’s questions then you’re in the wrong place. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.

The 2 women at the front desk were rude, they seemed quite put out to have to answer a few questions, we didn’t want to interrupt them any further, so we went with Rogers Glass, very professional company, and we saved approximately $800 on our shower doors !

Ive been using Robinson glass for over 30 years now. The last few years, Ive been doing business with them from 600 miles away. Theyre always professional, prompt, courteous, and trustworthy. They never cut corners (even if I ask them to LOL!). Windows always match, fit, and open and close properly. Double paned, non-standard windows have never been a problem. Theyre quick to respond, up front about everything, and keep you updated each step along the way. I never have to worry about the product or the people. Everything Ive ever had them repair, replace or install has been right the first time, and Ive never had to contact them about anything twice. My peace of mind is secured with every transaction. Its always a pleasure to deal with them.

I recently had to have my windshield replaced, but due to my busy work schedule, I needed someone to come to my workplace. I called Robinson Glass, because Ive used them before. They were scheduled to come to my work, but it was 19 degrees that day. It was too cold for the new windshield installation to be completed in a quality manner. Mary at Robinson Glass offered to have someone come and get my car, so they could do the work properly at their Broken Arrow shop. I agreed, and they did a high quality job. They also had my car back by my lunch break. The price was fair, and their courtesy and professionalism will keep me coming back in the future.

I ordered a piece of glass for a dining table there. They were awesome. It was a very heavy piece of glass and they secured it in my truck to make sure it did not break. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the guys in the shop who loaded it. I highly recommend.

My wife and I are remodeling our bathroom and went in to the store at Aspen and Detroit to get a quote on an all glass bathroom stall. Apparently we did not look the part because when we entered the lady behind the counter looked me in the eye and then looked away without even a word. Did not even acknowledge the fact that we were there. After a few minutes of looking around we went to the counter where the lady with the odd hair style was sitting, and watched her mess around on her phone, still without acknowledging us, sat. Kinda sad really because after all the hype of how good this place is to walk in and be completely ignored. After standing there a few minutes we decided to leave and the receptionist just watched us walk out without saying a word. I can only hope that anyone who purchases anything from this place gets better service from the service men and women who do the installs because the office service is awful.

Doing a renovation on a home that had windows put in a year ago from Robinson glass. Called to have them come out and bid shower doors and look at windows that had water damage below the window. I met with Rick from BA location and from the beginning of meeting him he seemed to be irritated to be there. Not offering a lot of ideas on update. I just needed bids for glass replacement or ideas to update my shower door look. He seemed put out and when I mentioned front windows and showed him water damage he immediately went on defense. I NEVER one time mentioned wanting anything done for free but just needed answers on how to fix leaking windows that they installed a year ago! All he did was tell me how NOT responsible the company was for the leak and how he knew there was existing water damage when he bid previously. I repeated to him several times I just needed issue fixed (again not wanting done for free). He was not interested in helping just interested in covering himself... I knew immediately they were not the company I wanted to business with.

We had two big custom mirrors made here. Everyone was professional. The two gentlemen that came and installed them were quick and cleaned the mirrors as well. Edited from 5 stars to 3. We later came to look for a glass shower door. The gal didnt want to be bothered by us. She shows us some cheap doors. When we questioned about other doors there she tells us theyre pricier and acts like were wasting her time. Truth is their so called show room is small and extremely limited. Dont profile people. Dont assume we cant afford a glass door. It was Ridiculous.

Robinson Glass cut a piece of glass for my husbands nightstand. It was cut to our precise measurements that included a 1 beveled edge. I added a doilie made by my grandmother beneath the glass. It has made his nightstand so much easier to keep clean and tidy! I wish I had done this sooner! Thank you, Robinson Glass for helping to beautify my home!

Good place for your glass needs

The right side of my rear view mirror was loose Cadillac advise that I take my car to Robinson glass to have it re-glued. I take it there they remove the entire bracket of my rearview mirror and do more damage. Now my review mirror is dangling by the electronic wires to make it auto dim. They did not charge me however my rearview mirror is not glued on at all when before it was just loose on the right side. I’m in disbelief and really hope that the Tulsa location can repair the damage that has been done.

Robinson Glass apparently does not know the difference between a mirror and a piece of glass. If you ask them for a mixed order of mirrors and glass go ahead and expect them to give you all mirrors. Very disappointing because I picked up my order Friday and I now have to wait the entire weekend to finish the last leg of my project because Robinson Glass got to my order a day and a half later than they said it would be ready and they obviously do not know how to listen. The worst part is that their website says that Robinson Glass answers phones 24/7 however Saturdays must be an exception to that statement.

Not nearly as good as Safelite Autoglass

I had a crack in the windshield of my truck, so I called around for estimates to replace the windshield. Robinson glass quoted me $245. I had a quote from a national windshield company for $265 + tax + disposal fee (tax nor disposal fee were specific numbers). When I picked up my truck (exactly when they said it would be ready) the invoice total was $245. I expected that to be $245+ tax, but they included tax in their estimate, which impressed me.

50% faster and 25% cheaper than the competition. Thanks Nicole for your help.
