My first time receiving service from this location, got to my appointment on time for an oil change package and turned my car in. The guy at the front desk told me my car would be ready in a hour and half, cool. Three hours later my car was ready and my wheels are shaking when I drive. Will not be returning!

Went in for an oil change and battery check. They took me in last minute at the end of the day. It turns out they didn’t have the battery. after checking multiple places they where able to track it down. they went above and beyond to get the battery and finish the service within two hours. I had a battery in my car and was ready to go minutes after the store closing for the day. I’m very satisfied great customer service and professionalism.

Their staff is amazing, they are kind and knowledgeable. I enjoy taking my car there for an oil change and get a complete diagnostic done for no additional price. That way I know what is going on with my car. If something needs to be addressed in a couple of months, they will quote me a price and how long it would take.

I really like Meineke and have used this location many many times. This was my 3rd oil change in a row and I had to remind them to do tire rotation. The previous mechanics would not saying they only do as needed. It was the end if the day. This was an honest oversight. I get it but they also did not check or change my cabin filter. I really like them but on this trip service could have improved.

They were so nice and so professional. I went in for a quote which they didnt charge me for and it happened very quickly. My car will need parts so they told me they would give me an estimate later today but even if they dont they were still amazing. I would definitely recommend them and go to them in the future.

I called in advance asking how much was a full synthetic oil change. I was quoted 69.95. I mentioned a 20.00 off coupon and they said it would be 49.95. the description on the website and the work order said that a tire rotation was included. I brought my car in and waited while the service was performed. I never heard any noise of the lug nuts being removed.When I was told my car was done I asked if they rotated the tires. They said my tire tread was 7/32 on all tires so they didnt roster them. I had been to a tire store 4 days earlier for a tire repair and they showed some tires at 6/32 in some areas and 7/32 in others. Also rather than 49.95 my bill was 62.00 I didnt argue with the guy and just paid the bill. I feel they were deceptive.

They were very helpful with setting up an appointment for me for an oil change and then when they found broken parts in the engine area they showed them to me and let me make decisions along each step of the way. They even provided me an Uber ride when they found out my car needed more parts and more time in the shop. Couldnt have had a better experience with a shop and appreciate how they took care of me. 5+ stars

I brought my truck here after another shop botched a repair and did more damage then repair. This place was very professional despite interacting with a few different employees. Everyone was ready to help and very friendly. They found the issues and gave me their recommended course of action based on what was best for me. Definitely recommend this shop.

First time using Meineke and was really pleased with the service. The oil change includes a tire rotation and checking all fluids. You get a text with diagnostics and pictures taken in the garage of any problems. They let me know I had a bad tire and even recommended where to go to get a new one. Very friendly and quick.

I just picked my vehicle up today at 5:56. I took my vehicle to this location on Wednesday around 2pm to have a diagnostic done to see why my car was overheating. I was advised that I needed to replace my radiator and condenser fan. I was told that it will be done the following day.Then I received a call Thursday stating that I needed to replace my fuse box so the car could stop overheating. I dont think that I even needed the radiator fan or the ac fan. I believe that it was the fuse box I needed fixed all along. They charged me 782.15 and 30 mins after picking my car up my car would not turn on and the key will not come out. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could upload the video.

I waited 5.5 hours for a simple break pad and rotor replacement. It appears that they did not dedicate my 1:00 pm appointment to my car only so I could be in and out. Mind you I have 2.5 year old twins. The wait was such a disaster. The work done was good but the wait time was extremely long.

I called after 5:00 needing my headlight bulb replaced ~ they close at 6:00 ~ were very kind professional & understanding when I arrived...I don’t live in Tulsa & had a hours drive ahead of me to go home...They got it taken care of & got me back on the road so I didn’t have to worry about getting a ticket for no headlight!Thank you guys for taking good. Ive been debating on whether or not Id post this for awhile, as Im not usually one to leave reviews. I felt this one was needed. We took our SUV in because something was wrong with it. The engine said it had low power and would barely run. With less than 70K miles on it, we hadnt expected to have any serious problems with our vehicle for quite awhile. Meineke told us that we needed our timing chain replaced. This costed us over 2K, which we were happy to pay to get our vehicle repaired. After a few days at Meineke, we were called and told our SUV was good to go. We took it home and it drove great, for a couple of months. The check engine light came on and we realized that our vehicle was smoking. After a check under the hood, we realized that we were leaking oil all over the place. We then called a private mechanic with over 40 years of experience in to run a diagnostic. He tells us that Meineke did not put everything back together properly when they did my vehicle repairs, which led to a faulty seal of my oil cap and ultimately destroyed my engine. None of my oil was lubricating my engine because it was leaking out of my vehicle so rapidly. The private mechanic suggests that we call Meinekes corporate office and have a different mechanic that does not work for Meineke to come out and get my SUV back into working order. We thought it would be best to call the local Meineke that did the faulty repair first. Our mistake. Meineke admitted that they messed up and told us they would tow it in and replace our engine on their dime, since it was their mistake, after all. When I received my SUV after all of this, the man at the front told me how lucky I was that his employee gave me a full tank of gas, when he was told to only put ten dollars worth. He also told me he recharged my AC for free, as if those things were some kind of treat, considering they screwed up my entire engine. My check engine light was on within two minutes of leaving Meineke. My AC no longer works, when it blew freezing cold air right before being brought to Meineke. My vehicle is also having electrical problems that it was not having before that Im now having to take it to the dealership to have repaired. If you need anything more than an oil change, do not go to Meineke.

***UPDATE***Second experience 5/22/21Due to the awesome experience I had the first time, of course I would come back here. UNFORTUNATELY, my second experience was very different.To avoid a long wait and to give the tech a heads up of what to expect as far as the job (installation of a catted downpipe) that needed to be performed so he/she can allocate enough time to get this completed, I called in to setup an appt for 5/22 at 9am. Was quoted a price of $150. They stated that it shouldnt take long to install since it was just a direct bolt on. I thought it was fair. So, I took it in on the scheduled time.Two hours later I did not get any updates so I called in to check on the status. He said that the tech stated that the part I provided was not the correct part for the vehicle. I rushed over to see why the tech thought this was not the correct part. The tech said there was no where to mount the downpipe to the turbo outlet. So, I showed him where it was supposed to be mounted (the turbo outlet clearly coming out on the right side of the turbo). He looked embarrassed and quickly ran off and said that it would have to be Monday or Tuesday now before he could get to it.Joey was there all that time to witness this. I told Joey that if their certified mechanic couldnt even tell where the part was supposed to go on, then Im skeptical of entrusting them to do the job. He assured me that they are competent enough to do the job and the excuse was that the tech was busy.Joey assured me that if I give them until the end of the day 5/22, that he promises to have my car completed and ready to go. I said that I didnt want to be expecting a large bill if they arent able to perform the job at the quoted price of $150. He stated that they will stay within the quoted price and it will not be too far off of that if any. So, I trusted him on his word and left it there.Well, come to find out near closing time with me again calling on status, they ran into problems with the bolts breaking off (which I already warned them to begin with). To shorten this up they ended up keeping my car over the weekend and didnt finish with my car until the end of business day Monday 5/24 (which was my bday by the way) and wanted to charge me almost $400 dollars!! I demanded to speak to a manager and none was present or available to call.This was a horrible experience!! I cant believe the difference between my first and second times. The great experience needs to be consistent. This would have been my one stop shop for all of my vehicles if I had not gone through this headache. Depending on who you get at this location, they will say what you want to hear to get the business but not deliver on what was said. What was supposed to be a $150 job turned into $400 (due to an inexperienced tech) and promising to get this job done at a specific time that didnt happen.I believe that the first person I dealt with was the manager of this place. He was an honest and fair person that kept to his word. Had no issues and felt confident through the whole process. I believe that management is good but, its some of the staff that needs further training and mentoring to improve their integrity and customer service.It saddens me to change this perfect 5 stars to a 2 star. I gave 2 stars due to first experience and that they did lower the cost to $300. Still double the quoted price though. I hope management is able to improve their staff. I noticed that the ratings have gone down since the last time that I was there a few months ago.First experience:This location is awesome! Needed help installing an exhaust on my Honda Accord 2.0T and the mechanic knew exactly what to do. Was done in no time and did an excellent job! I really appreciate the good quality and experience this location has to offer. They were also very kind and courteous as well as excited about getting the job done. Great experience! Still have a couple of things yet to do on my car so will definitely be coming back here again.

I had my oil pressure gage start dropping to zero on idle while I was in Tulsa. I didnt want to risk the long drive home without having it checked out. Meineke was close by and they were able to get to me in about an hour. They ran my car for a while with diagnostics hooked up and even took me to the back to show me that my oil pressure was holding fine, and that it was my sensor that was going out. They even added an extra quart of oil and then refused to charge me! I am so grateful for their help.

I like the fact they take pictures and outline what you may or may not need. Good value for the money as well. Other service providers would charge you $55-60 for an oil change, AND $20 for tire rotation. Meineke provides a synthetic service and tire rotation for $35.

Told me entire exhaust needed replaced from manifold back.. all pipe was too rusted to weld to. FALSE from manifold to 12 inches behind converter the pipe is stainless steel. 1200 dollar job became a 280 dollar job at an honest business

I took my hub assembly here to have my bearings pressed in. I got it back and the wheel is more wobbly than it was with the bad bearings. Will be returning to have it redone properly.Edit: Regional manager Jeff took care of it and was very nice and professional about it. Car is driving smooth now.

I stopped in the other day after dropping my daughter off to school b/c my check engine light was on and my car was skipping....I then noticed my sticker indicated that I was days away from being due for my next oil change (the oil was low)...I informed Jerry of the symptoms & he said let me review all I have going on & thankfully they we able to service my car & had me out of there in 20 min.This is why Ive chosen them to be MY neighborhood mechanic...my 19 year old son purchased his first car last year 2020 (used) & my husband & I brought it to Meineke for an overall review...& sure enough...it was a beautiful lemon😣. We ended up having to practically REBUILD the car😂...we invested in the necessary repairs to get the lemon our son ADORED up to code! Once again, I had a wonderful experience at this Meineke location. Shane was so kind and helpful when I arrived for my appointment. The service technician was thorough and informative, too! I have ALWAYS been treated like a valued customer!!!! Great staff and management.After another appointment this week for a new battery, I was taken care of so well!!! When I called in that morning in a panic, Shane reassured me that the car battery in desperately needed was in stock and they could install it that same day for me. My brother went in for an oil change and to inquire on a voucher on a 50% off brake pads. He was so disrespected at the broken arrow location, I ended up hearing about for the rest of the day. We ended up going to the location in Tulsa and he was welcomed with a warm greeting, the employees all wore face masks (Which we appreciated) and he was given much detail on the voucher he originally inquired about.

The oil change took a while but I was told they performed more services than just a standard oil change. Paid about $15 less than I would have anywhere else (I have a VW so it’s always expensive). But what I really liked is that they don’t try to up-charge you on things you don’t need. I asked about a transmission fluid change and was told that I would want VW to do my first one instead of a third party. I will, more than likely, be going back for future service.

Made an appointment for 10am, was told they would give me a call when they checked it out. Took them 2 hours to call. Then after waiting 3 more hours for the work to be done. I had four service lights come on in the parking lot of the auto place. They took the car back in for another 45 min and told me they messed up and fixed the issues. Spent a lot of money to have average work and long work time. Won’t be using again.

The 1st time I used them I had a coupon for a half-synthetic oil change but had no idea what that meant, I just needed an oil change and it was gonna be cheap so I went for it. I honestly got 3-4 mpg MORE on a 5 hour road trip after that oil change. Decided I’d never use another place if I could help it, not even the darn dealership! So I live out in Tulsa at least 15 miles from this location and I remember I came here once and it was nice so I said why not, Walmart is there and I’ll do some shopping. And I come back from shopping and my Tech Jacob hooked me up! Put new windshield wipers on my car, changed my oil and even helped me load my groceries into my car. This place is amazing no matter how far the drive I guarantee it’s worth it.

I went to have my air conditioner fixed. I dropped off my car and had them go ahead when they gave me the cost. What they tried didnt work and they told me this meant the real fix would be much more expensive. I decided not to pay more for the real solution. While thats disappointing, they didnt have to buy a part and they didnt charge me anything. I have to give five stars for that great service. The only reason my AC wasnt fixed is because I chose not to pay extra. I highly recommend going here.

I am very pleased with my experience at the Meineke Car Care Center on Aspen. They were very professional, courteous, friendly and solved my brake problem at a fair and reasonable price. This was my first time to go to the center, but I definitely will return there for any issues with my car and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. It is important for a woman who is not that knowledgeable about cars to feel that the mechanics and owners are honest and trustworthy, and I certainly got that impression at Meineke. There was also an informational video that taught me a lot about car maintenance and how the parts of a car work.

My husband had been coming here for years and it is the only place he will go for our car needs. They even have loyalty points! I am having my engine replaced and 2 tires. They even got me transportation while they are working on it, for free! Again it pays to be a loyal customer! Dont expect that from competitors because you will be disappointed. I am blown away! They took care of me in about an hour. I came in with a check engine light on and a problem with it rocking while in idle. As you can tell, I know very little about cars, but they do. They worked to get me out of there without spending a bunch of time and money on needless things and I appreciate it so much! Talk to Scott, he was so nice and personable. He helped me. What a great guy. I have been going to Meineke for about 7 years and I was disappointed when the guy I was used to was gone but now I feel like Im in great hands again. Ill be going again. And they have cheap oil changes. Cant go wrong with this crew.

I had a major leak in my water pump. They fixed it while I was at work. They did a great job and the price was right. I came away with a feeling that they actually care about the customer. Scott gave great customer service. Customer Service is what will make me come back.

After doing a flush on our SUV, our heater stopped working. We have had it back in their shop again and again and they keep doing the same thing that caused it to stop working to start with, with same results! We offered to buy a heater core, to possibly help fix the heater problem, and asked them to waive the labor but they refused! We are going back to Goodyear!

The person who booked my appointment didn’t do it properly so when I arrived two things were wrong. I wasn’t even on the schedule and they didn’t have the part on hand! The service manager said he’d fix this and he did. He came up with the part I needed and honored my appointment. I didn’t have to reschedule which was nice since I live over an hour away. Great job!

I had the WORST first time experience at the Meineke located in Broken Arrow. First off, when I pulled in, I was in reverse to park my car into the parking spaces. Two of the employees were staring as I was parking, so it made me think, “Am I not allowed to park here? Is this an employee only parking spot?” But I parked anyway and proceeded into the office. One of the employees, who was watching me park, met me in the office. The reason for my visit was because I had received a voucher in the mail for a 50% off brake pads which I wanted to inquire about as well as get my oil changed. So the employee, older gentlemen about 6 foot or so with facial hair, let me know that it would be $183 with the voucher and continued doing computer work, not once looking up at me. So, I stated a “thank you, and I am also getting an oil change today” to which he replied back “OK” thinking that was it, I proceeded towards the door and he states “Thank you, have a nice day”. Now, this is the very first car shop where the driver does not drive the vehicle into the garage, but an employee does, so I get into my car and start to drive my car into the “Oil change” garage door. The second employee, country looking guy with brownish hair and facial hair, comes up and states “What do you think you’re doing” I let him know that I was getting an oil change, to which his reply was “You’re supposed to walk inside and let us know man”. Which was a bit upsetting, I had let them know I was getting an oil change and I received an “OK” response back, but I said “Ok, maybe they misunderstood”. So I reversed my car and parked it back into the parking spot and walked back inside, to find both the older gentlemen and the country guy both laughing. At this point, I was starting to feel embarrassed and disgusted. I just wanted to confirm with the older gentlemen and asked, “Did you hear when I said I was getting an oil change today?” To which his response was “Yes”. We sat in silence for a couple of seconds and he states, “You gotta fill out paper work” and I replied “So you knew I was getting an oil change and let me walk out the door, making a complete fool out of myself in front of these employees? Nevermind, I’m good, thanks anyways” and I left the property. I gave no attitude, did not talk back, used no profanity or raised my voice, so I do not know why I was treated the way I was. I ended up going to the Tulsa location, where I was treated so much differently, in a much friendlier, kinder way then the broken arrow location.

Being a fleet manager with over 40 vans and limited time it’s not always easy to get stuff done, however when I told Shane and Scott of the situation I was in they helped immediately and were able to get me in quickly even with short notice. They are really competitive and professional when it comes to service, they even beat their neighbor juristically in price. Overall good guys good service.
