I had my truck towed to their shop literally at 5:00 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. I know they may not always be able to accommodate everyone right away, but they diagnosed the issue immediately, had the part delivered early the next morning and completed the repairs before Noon the next day. I was beyond impressed with their service and communication. I will definitely plan on using them again when the need arises.

I have used Zarn Automotive on several occasions and each time I have been more satisfied than the time before with the speed and quality of workmanship. I tend to like working on my own cars, like change the plugs and plug wires. This time I did all that. My pick up truck still was not running right. I took it to Zarn because I know he will find the cause. He did, I had an intake manifold gasket leak and several other smaller problems. I would never have found the problem myself. Neil and his mechanics found the problem had it fixed in a timely manner. It has been years since my pick up has run as well as it does now. They have created a way for contactless service and they sanitize your car after they work on it so I felt completely comfortable with their efforts to keep me safe. I wont take my car anywhere else for service as I have used them several times now. They are prompt, provide good value, and are always professional in providing service. Was having running issues. Had a level one diagnosis done for a reasonable price. Repaired a vacuum hose and diagnosed a flaw in a home repair. All in all a great shop.

This is an honest reliable auto repair shop. Very friendly and welcoming on arrival. They diagnosed my issue quickly on my 2013 Chevy Silverado and had me back on the road quickly. They even stayed late to ensure I had my truck back because of having to be back to work early the next morning. They explained to me in detail what was going on and the actions they took to correct it. These guys and gals treat you like family. They have earned yet another customer for life.

Every time I have brought my car to Zarn Automotive, Neil and his crew were always on the ball. I liked the fact that Neil is a genius when it comes to cars and how much he cares about his customers, and ensuring that everything they do is high quality. Zarn Automotive has done a number of repairs for me. They do excellent work and once its done, you know its done right the first time. They replaced a heater core and overhauled the engine on my Dodge pickup, and it hasnt had any problems since. They have also done our Honda Accord and their workmanship and extra efforts for the customer are outstanding.Neil and his crew are great to work with and this is the only place Ill bring our vehicles to be worked on.I give them 5 stars only because 6 isnt available.. I normally don’t take time to post reviews, but this instance definitely warrants applause. My parents, ages 91 and 86, had just filled their car with what they thought was pure gasoline, and drove one mile when their car died at 71st and 145th. They called AAA to pick up their car, and I came to pick up my parents. AAA took their car to Zarn Automotive. Never using their services before, we were not certain if this was the right decision. However, it turned out to be a blessing. They were so helpful! They contacted the gas station where my parents purchased the misidentified fuel to let them know their “pure gasoline” was “90% ethanol”. The gas station has been very apologetic and Zarn’s assistance will help my parents recover the cost of the repairs. I was impressed with clean work station,bay, professionalism, and the documentation they provided my parents, including video showing them drawing a gas sample and the test they performed to determined it was not pure gas. I was so impressed and would highly recommend them. Thank goodness we found them at the right time!

By far, The BEST, experience Ive had with an auto repair shop. And I dont say that lightly. After discovering that my 2008 Cadillac had a significant engine problem that my normal shade tree GM mechanic wasnt interested in working on, a colleague recommended Zarn Auto. When I brought the car by the shop, Neil spent nearly 30 minutes with me running a variety of diagnostic tests, taking test drives, and listening to all my concerns about the engine. I had never experienced that level of customer attentiveness in regards to vehicle repair.While my car when in the shop, Neil and some of his team (Ashley and Sam), also called me routinely to give updates. They never seemed rushed on the phone were always friendly and patient if I had further questions.Finally, the actual work Zarn Auto did on my car was incredible. They even took before and after photos of my carbon cluttered engine valves so I could see full transformation and what exactly I was paying for. I have never had a shop give me before and after pictures for a repair. That little bit of transparency goes a long way in building customer trust.Big thanks to Neil, Ashley, Sam, and the rest of the Zarn crew!

I have used Neil for several years. I always feel as if he works on my cars like he was working on his own. Everything is very well explained and done with the best parts available or the most economical, depending on the need. Never any pressure to do anything I ever feel is possibly unnecessary. If there is a problem, it is fixed, but the car is looked at thoroughly enough that preventative maintenance is brought to my attention so that it doesnt become a major issue. He has always treated me like he appreciates the business today, but wants me to be a customer for life.

A friend of my wife highly recommended Zarn Automotive. I went there today to get an oil change done on my wifes 2008 Buick. The oil change was done in a timely manner. He also did an inspection on this car and found one of the license plate bulb was not workload. They replaced this bulb. I was very surprised that the battery was low on charge. I now know to keep my attention to a possible problem. This car is not driven much. I would highly recommend this shop.

I went to Lifetime transmission thinking my van needed a new transmission. After a diagnostic test they sent the van to Zarn Automotive who ran another series of tests and it turned out to be a sensor and some rodent damage to the wiring. Both businesses are completely thorough and absolutely honest. My van runs better than ever. They will have my business for as long as I live in Tulsa.

I brought my 2007 Suburban to Zarn Automotive. They were highly recommended by a couple of people I talked too. The suburban had just under 200,000 miles. It had multiple leaks and several other things wrong with it such as the 4 wheel drive, brakes, belts, engine mounts (and others). Neil took time to explain his diagnostics, what needed to be done and what wasnt urgent and could wait. I felt I could trust him shortly after I met him and he and his staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I chose to repair everything that needed to to be done regardless of whether it was urgent or could wait. The total bill was lower than I expected and I couldnt be happier with the results. It drives like its brand new now!As long as I live in Oklahoma I will never bring my vehicles to anyone other than Neil. No doubt about it!Terry

Amazing service! I didn’t have an appointment, but ran by to see if they could run a diagnostic on my car. Not only did they do that but they also fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely go back.

Okay, so I gave it a few days just so I wouldn’t jinx myself. With that being said, these guys deserve so much more than this glowing review.I took my car in on Monday 4/29/19. I was really dreading taking my car in simply because I hate not being able to do it myself, but I couldn’t figure out what was going on and was in desperate need of having it done that day considering I work 7a-7p Monday-Friday.I had problems with my car overheating, a horrible sound coming from the water pump, and it drove very hard (when it would shift it would be hard, it would be slow to speed up after driving for a bit, etc.) Anyways, I called right when they opened, since I had already called out of work, I took it to them and they immediately looked at it and got my car in for closer examination. Upon examination, they found that my water pump needed to be replaced, as did the thermostat and thermostat housing, and my serpentine belt... I knew it was a lot to do in a day, but they gave me assurance that it would be done by the end of the day.Around 1700, I called back up just to see what was going on or if they had found anything else, they said it was practically done but they were doing a test drive just to make sure it wasn’t going to overheat when I got it back. I went back up there to cash out, and check out what all had been done... Around 1730 (when they typically close) they were plugging my car in for diagnostics to see what temperature the engine was at and well, it was sitting at 355 degrees Fahrenheit, but NO HORRIBLE NOISE FROM THE WATER PUMP! (Little wins, right?) I was beyond nervous. I was worrying about calling out of work another day. When the owner of the shop looked at me and asked “You probably really need this done today, don’t you?” I replied with, “Yes, sir... I work all week and it would be very hard for me to make it here before y’all close.” He checked out what else could be going on to cause the engine to overheat again and after going through relays, wiring, and more HE FOUND IT! The giant fan that would cool down my engine would not work when it was in idle, but when it was at higher RPMs it would kick on.They asked if I would be okay with them putting in a new fan that night to make sure it would not overheat any more. Of course, I said yes. I thanked them for staying way past their closing time. Then, I watched as they ran to the parts place, came back, put in a new fan, and showed me how this one would work and why the other one wasn’t working. We went for another test drive after it was all said and done and I watched the temperature on my engine as he was driving. Finally, around 1910 they finished, I was cashing out, and thanking my lucky stars I brought my vehicle to them.These guys went above and beyond to fix my car to have me back at work at 7am the next day. I could not be more thankful or appreciative. They deserve so much more than I could ever give them, but I hope this long story of my time there gets them more business. Zarn Automotive is the best around - I will never take my car to anyone else!

Most hard working shop in Tulsa area. Their service is quick, friendly and honest. I had some bad luck with an old 76 CJ5 that I purchased and taking it to Zarn Automotive was a relief. They don’t usually take older cars like this but they looked it over, made recommendations, and fixed a numerous amount of things wrong with it within two days from the moment they started. I couldn’t be more happier now!

He saved me thousands of dollars when he researched an engine code on our Odyssey (out of warranty) taking the time to find out that the cylinder issue was recalled and now covered by Honda for all affected vehicles. I spoke to Neil Zarn,(owner)seeking/inquiring about his services. I simply asked if he waived the diagnostic fee if I chose to have my vehicle serviced at at his shop as a lot of repair shops do. To my utter surprise,he told me he would pass on my business & with serious attitude rushed me off the phone. I was shocked and apaulded. I was willing to pay for the diagnostic fee and a tune up but,because of how rude he was I decided to take my truck & money to John at Goodyear in Broken Arrow. Hes honest,fair,listens to his customers and the best mechanic I have had the pleasure of acquiring. Zarn is rude and over priced and I recommend to any not to take their vehicle there!
