A wonderful place! I spent hours here. Shiny, bright, lovely beads. The staff were very helpful. I wish I could have taken a class. One of the best bead stores Ive ever been to.

Absolute worst customer service. I bought a tube and went to return them the next day. The clerk refused to give me my money back sting it was the posted policy. Posted where I asked? She then walked to the register where there was a ratty piece of paper that had rolled up on itself. She unrolled it and it is a hand written sign. Even the owner refused to make good on it.

The friendliest shop you can imagine. The staff is extremely helpful and the other customers welcome you to join and share the fun.

I’ve recently become interested in beading but needed a better assortment of seed beads than I could find at general craft stores. This store was just perfect! The owner was so kind and helpful, answering all of my questions and pointing me toward resources to continue teaching myself in my small town. I’ve started projects with the beads and tools I bought and am already enjoying my projects more because of the better quality! Prices were comparable to or cheaper than general craft store prices, but the items are better quality. Plus the owner is so helpful! I’ll be back the next time I make a trip to the area!

The store is well organized. They have a terrific selection of beads and associated supplies. There are extensive choices for seed beads for bead weaving. The class I took was so fun! I learned some skills that I had found challenging previously. Their website has a calendar of weekly events.

Ive been to the Beadles twice. My adult children have been there to pick out birthday and Christmas gifts for me. Im so impressed with the variety of merchandise, the array of classes offered, and both the appearance and the atmosphere inside the store. But what struck me most was their desire for the customer to receive what they came for; whether all you need is to browse, or youre looking for something special, the friendliest ladies you will ever meet help give you space to roam or personally assist you in any way they can. Im over due a visit to Beadles right now! Think Ill grab my list and get my yellow submarine fired up 😁!
