If you have a bycicle that needs worked on or simple adjustments made, I highly recommend Spoke House bike shop in Broken Arrow. The staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Ask a question and they have an answer or explanations. They are very fare priced and parts and service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I dont know if its just me having this issue but the Website seems very broken and not up to date. 90% of the pictures on products arent loading and there isnt much listed which is really strange.. hopefully its just a issue on my end. Ill update the review after visiting the actual store tomorrow.

Took my old bike into these guys for a complete tuneup and check up a couple weeks ago. I’ve not been on a bike in over a decade and my bike is close to 20 yrs old.There was no snobbery about my ancient bike, the exact opposite actually. They made me feel good about my old bike. I’m a big dude that looks like he’d crush a bike but they were super friendly and encouraging about my idea to get back on my old bike to get in shape.Went in to pick up my bike yesterday and they had it looking and running ship shape. Again same awesome service and friendly manner. Definitely a top notch crew and they will definitely get my business in the future.

He put something on his bike tire, probably due to the correlation of me having a mask on and no protective Eyewear. He put something in the tire to spin something in my eye while moving the bike.Like he had planned on this behavior with the other owner that wears glasses. Neither one wore a mask.Sociopath pairs, what else have you all done together. DONT GO HERE.

What an incredible small business. I purchased two 150 lumen headlights, a 50 lumen taillight, a computer that tracks mileage and other information, a new seat, a pair of gloves, and a shirt for only $230. The technician installed all of it for free. I also told him I was experiencing some knee pain and they adjusted my seat to help with that. They provided me unbelievable customer service as they installed the items immediately and made sure all were properly functioning. I overheard another technician tell a customer that they provide two free services if you buy a bike through them as opposed to one like most bike shops. I was blown away at how much they stretched your dollars to make their customers money matter most. Very impressive and a job well done!

I recently visited Spoke House just to check it out since i had not been in before. They have a nice inventory of bikes, components, and clothing for a mid-sized shop. I am relatively new to club rides and road bikes and thought that the best way to learn is to build my own road bike from the frame up. What impressed me most was the willingness to help, by providing unbiased advice and recommendations. I truly felt that their number one priority was to help me, the customer, and not to sell me something regardless of whether it was needed or not. Because of this customer service i will gladly bring my bike to Spoke House for a safety and assembly check and service.

The shop was nice, most of the staff seemed helpful. I put a bike on lay away and feel like the first person I talked to didnt have all the correct information about the lay away options. The second person was more helpful although they kept trying to sell me a bike that was too small. They did order the one I needed. I cant wait to get it.

Went in today for some advice on fixing the shifter on my old mtb. They got me hooked up new shifters and a derailleur for a great price and gave me some good advice to help me along with the self install. Good guys and for sure will be back for all my cycle needs.

Keep your money local. The best value is not always the cheapest up front cost, value is getting your 1st 2 tune ups included in the price of your bike & a discount on accessories which are already priced competitively. These guys are 1st class & they are passionate about the sport - I highly recommend them.

My wife and I are breaking into the cycling world and went to Spoke House to get started. Best choice we could have made! Respectful staff answered even our stupidest questions without even a hint of condescension and were able to answer all bike-related questions with no hesitation. I came to Spoke house with a problem from another local store. They not only solved the issue with my bike but never charged me for adjustments to correcting the issue. They are now my home for any work I need on my bike!

I met Zach & Brittany Pfaff several years ago on Freewheel just before they opened their first shop on Lewis. Ever since, Ive been a big fan of both them and their bike shop. Spoke House besides having a nice inventory of bikes and all the accessories, they have always given me excellent, quick repair service.

Zach and his team do a great job serving the community with all things bicycles. Love his shops and the people he has working there.
