We absolutely LOVE Rocket Brothers!! the staff is the friendliest and the coffee is seriously the best weve ever had. we live an hour away so we dont get to go as much as wed like to but that doesnt stop the amazing lady [whose name im sadly not sure of] from recognizing us and knowing what were gonna order and how we like it AND she remembers to give my husband the police discount. RB puts all other coffee shops to shame...period.

Coffee was disgusting. I got an iced caramel latte and I honestly have no idea what my drink tasted like but it definitely wasnt good.

I get the same thing every time. Medium, Rocketchino, Carmel mocha. So delicious even in the winter. Oh and an extra shot of espresso a must.

Good coffee! A nice wide variety on the menu. The batista were so friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. In looking forward to going back and trying other flavors. Their menu also includes a few snack items, which is nice. I had the iced white mocha, next time I will probably ask for a little less milk. But overall Im super happy with my experience here!

:,( I used to really like this place, but lately I feel like I’m paying $7 for a small cup of milk instead of the small latte with extra espresso that I asked for. $7 is way to much for a small latte anyway, even if they made it right.

Great concoctions, quick service, locally owned, and gives me the jolt I need after working multiple 12 hour shifts in a row.

The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because in the morning the line is always too long to stop by and get anything. And when you do get in the line it takes a bit to get your order. The drinks are awesome but the speediness in the morning could use some improvement.

First off this place has competed against several Starbucks in the area and still stays packed. I like the Snickerdoodle latte. The hot drinks come with a chocolate covered espresso bean. Plus they make an espresso bean rocketchino(frozen) that not only taste amazing but will get you amped!🤩

Me and my girlfriend go there all the time and normally it’s good but the last 2 times I’ve went there they have messed up my coffee I get an ice white mocha they make my girlfriends right everytime but they always mess mine up it’s taste watered down or no sweetness

Stopped in to get an iced coffee this morning instead of hot, and asked for an espresso bean for my son. The employee saidthat is only for our hot drinks, then told me I could buy some for $6. Apparently my $7 iced drink doesnt qualify for a complimentary chocolate covered coffee bean.

Its 6:30 and its not open. I thought they open at 6.but theres a line of people and no service.

I enjoyed their iced americano and the first time I went a barista helped me pick what I liked. I asked for this exactly how the barista told me to ask for it and sometimes they take it other times they don’t. I ask to customize and add a little extra cream and they refuse to. I am even willing to pay extra and still get a flat no.The point is to make your customers happy and make them their coffee they way THEY like it, not how you allow it. Why is it difficult to add a little extra cream?

Hands down, best coffee place, in Oklahoma. If you havent been, go Now. Service was quick, even though the line was a bit long. The young lady the helped me with my order was courteous and, friendly. I have been there a handful of times, and would buy coffee from Rocket Brothers more often if there were more locations. Franchises, you are missing a market in South Tulsa. Tried as an out-of-towner to navigate the poorly specified parking lot twice just to be told at the window to go around again. They claimed they couldn’t take the order AT THE REGISTER even though we were the only ones in line. It seems a shame either the technology or the staff is so ill-equipped.

The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and suggestive. The prices are on point and its locally owned. I love it

I love your drinks. But unfortunately I go down to the S store. Simply because they give me credit for buying drinks. And I can earn drinks. You dont give out free drinks except maybe in December. But can only use the coupon certain time in January.Loosen up a little bit. Let your customers know, you really appreciate us, by giving us a free drink every now and then.

I reccomend the mocha mint rocketchino with ground espresso beans in it. This is my favorite place to get coffee. Beats Starbucks by far!

Ive been going to Rocket Brothers for over a decade now. They have great lattes, hot chocolate, and frappe style coffees. I recommend the Snicker Doodle latte if you want something hot. In the summer I usually get an Iced Irish Cream Latte. Its a drive thru coffee shop so you dont even have to get out of your car.

Rocket Brothers is definitely the place to go. It is a great environment, from good coffee to very welcoming staff. I absolutely love this place!!

Coffee is absolutely amazing! Way better than Starbucks, and generally cheaper for larger sizes! My only gripe is that I wish they were better staffed, because the drive thru takes forever. Still though, for only having 2 people at any given time, my order has never been wrong, off-tasting, or anything less than awesome.

Love this place. They are always excited to see me and my dog. I believe customer service is just as important as the product youre selling. I have my expectations met everytime I go here. Only thing I dont care for is the chocolate covered coffee beans being put on the lid when you order a hot drink. If you dont immediately take them off, they melt onto your lid where you drink from and make a way messier experience than needed. Other than that, love this place and so does my dog.

Both of the orders in front of me were one drink, and then two drinks. I dont know what she was doing but they really need to speed up somehow. I have to give 2 stars because the coffee is so good. But they have to work on that time per order!
