I have visited several stores and they have all been consistently nice and helpful. I know how to help the company grow but dont know who to talk to. I definitely recommend.

Good experience. The girl who helped me is always very friendly and has great suggestions of games. Some of the prices of new games are even better than Walmart or vintage stock so dont sleep on gamestop.

The lady that was working was helpful. They have all of the new trendy electronics if you want the older type anything vintage stock is where to go. This is more ps4. Ps5. Xbox newer kinds Nintendo switches. All the 2020 and up models i think.

The Broken Arrow, OK store is great. There is a female employee that works there who is SUPER helpful. She is extremely knowledgable of games! I am am so glad this location stayed open. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I forgot my mask. There were none in the store. I found a mask on the shelf, but wouldnt use it. Wasnt greeted, but asked to wear a mask. I bought a PS4 a few doors down. Probably wont go back.

Every time we walk in the door we are greated. The staff are always helpful and informative.

A store that clearly doesnt understand its clientele... Relatively limited hours. Not at all in line with people that have jobs. Or those that stay up playing games.

Gamestop is a joke now. They have a system that will say your controller is broke when its brand new. Go ahead and bankrupt. Yal useless these days with digital downloads.

I love the staff here. Theyre knowledgeable all the games Im interested in, the store is immaculately clean, and the new game station set up there is amazing! You can go in and play games on the consoles there, and they even have a couch co-op set up for anyone interested. Ive been shopping exclusively at this location for five years, I personally believe it has the best staff.

Avid about gaming since i was young.Really my first impression in 2009 of the place i was in love, had the rewards card and game informer subscription.But not by the staffs fault, Over the past couple years Ive left with a bad taste in my mouth from low ball offers.Even so, i keep giving them a try.My last experience was actually good, first time they ever bought a game for more than any other store (first time ever).As for buying their new release used games you might as well pay $10 more for a new in package game.Hope this helped some of yall.

I called the gamestop near my job to see if they still had pre-orders for the series x the lady said no were already out but by what google said they just opened she then said well we opened early well why didnt you guys update it knowing for over a month when google said you guys updated the hours a week thats some bs for people who planned on coming by on lunch

Great staff and a store full of stuff to do.

In store game availability is very limited now. Mostly theres just the cards that you purchase and upload to your system. They do have large gaming simulators that you can sit in and play games, I believe you rent out time spots. Those seem pretty cool but if you want an actual gaming cd your choices will be very limited. If you like the upload version then youll have a larger variety to choose from.

This is my favorite game stop. The people are super nice and helpful and the parking is better than the one on the corner of 71st and memorial.

Great help from the customer service associates, hard to tell from others due to no uniforms but still had a business casualty sense that are expected with gaming console community. Good choice of games for fairly decent deals, got a great headset and rechargeable batteries for my controllers, $30. Not top notch quality headset, does the job. Batteries have served well so far as of 2018.

They redecorated the interior, offering a lot of new services like birthday parties and the service was excellent.

This location is excellent even if you dont speak game lingo. Staff is always helpful, points out sales, and answers questions when needed. This is my favorite place to shop for games because, even when they are busy, staff is friendly.

This GameStop is not my favorite one by far but it is decent. The people who work there are fair. The store seems to be going through some changes. If this will be for the better or worse I cannot say yet

Best customer service I have ever came across.

I went in on cyber Monday to buy a used Nintendo 3DS XL for my 6 year old. Andrew was helping me that day and boy did he go above and beyond! I was treated like my business was top priority. He called 3 other stores to locate the one I wanted and to make sure it was in the best condition. The store was clean, well stock with new merchandise and the service was out of this world!

The staff are AWESOME here! One of our usual stops when on the prowl for new games and geek gear, and theyre always super helpful and eager to help in any way they can! They even sang happy birthday to my son once when we went in just to browse!Great little shop, with a large selection of items despite its small size. Easily in the top 3 list in the Tulsa metro market!Now, the only reason they didnt get 5 stars is that yes, trade credit is usually low balled, and some deals on games and collectibles make you raise your eyebrow and/or scoff. But this is corporate policy as we all know, and shouldnt be take out on the staff!All in all, a great little store, and I cannot say enough about the staff!

Was told as long as an adult signs a kid up for the game play for adults (MA) they can play. I specifically asked an associate a day before if I brought my son and a few of his friends up there to play, If can sign all of them off and he said yes. So I planned his birthday around their game play. On arrival we were told that only my child can play bc the other children need their parents to sign off. I have their permission obviously bc we drove them all but they wouldnt let the kids play. So now my sons birthday is ruined bc this was the plan and now there are kids just sitting watching others play. SHOULD NEVER GIVE FALSE ADVICE TO GET PEOPLE IN YOUR STORE! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

The staff is knowledgeable, polite and approachable. Efficient and fast at midnight launches. A little put off by the shrinking of Vita and legacy game shelf space. This seems to be a decision to sell physical game related merchandise. Not what I really want from a GS.

On February 4, 2017, I wanted to purchase four new games and a PS4 Pro. I arrived at 10am (which is when their signs outside and their website indicates they are open). I waited until 10:30am and nobody showed. Did someone just not show up? You guys lost $500 in sales due to your staff not showing up for work. Management should handle this ASAP. You lose revenue when your establishment isnt even open...very frustrating. I took my business to another location at the mall and they got my business. Sorry Kenosaha St GameStop!

Awsome gaming stations and a good selection of switch games and cute merch! Only downside is very little stock of games for consoles more than a couple years old.

Have come here a lot. Usually we get good service. Came in here yesterday they said a game was $19.99. Note: This was a pre-owned game and there was no sale. Come the next day and they tell me the price is $24.99 when a employee from the store told me yesterday it was $19.99. So now we will be calling the gamestop before coming again. Goes to show you you cant trust anything these days. Even a price on the *Official* website.

Nice shop. Small but packed with plenty of items. Usually has what Im looking for and if not they are always willing to check other locations for me. Can be slow behind the register but friendly enoufh employees.

I placed a request to hold around 8:00am this morning for the new Mario game. The app showed it was available.I never heard back from them!! I decided to re-request around 1pm. I heard back from them within 15 minutes, saying it was not available! I want to know why GameStop ignored my first request. I am really, really pissed off! If they would have taken care of my first request, I would have this game! My son has talked about this game for several months!Now I have to go elsewhere, luckily I have found it at Walmart!! I will not be shopping at GameStop anymore!!!!!! My family has been getting games from here for a long time!!!!

-_-;Small store, EXTREMELY pushy sales associates.Only redeeming quality is that they have(had?) one lady that worked there that was a PC gamer whos personality made a transaction fun.Recently I had to drive from Riverside to this one, for a new copy of a game (that was not OPENED) . After the 30ish minute drive, and ready to buy this DUDE spent nearly 2 minutes trying to sell some me an upgrade to my card, offering posters and etc if I did.I declined

Rude employees who wouldnt help us to return a gift. It was purchased and unopened and they refused to take it back. Not only that, they were beyond unacceptably rude and arrogant about it. If nothing else, Ill never shop here because of the staff alone. They could have been more sympathetic but they were so unnecessarily rude. For all the other GameStop in the area, Ill be sure to go to another one in the future.

I called this location to verify they had a PS4 memory drive because I was at Walmart at the time which they were out. After spending roughly 7 minutes on the phone the associate finally get the information I need. He said they had what I was looking for. I even asked before ending the call to very I heard him right, he said this location did. I drive over there and then boom they don’t have any. The associated that I talked to on phone said “oh I thought you were going to another location so I told you they had it”. Not sure why they associated believed I was going to another location since I called their number and never mention anything about that. I believe he spent so long trying to find out what he was doing on the computer that he was just trying to get me off the phone.....

My husband went to the counter to ask about a game that another store called to have them put back for us. They didnt tell us any promos,seemed like he had a bad day but still would have been nice to know what they had going on since we were going to look at other games. He just checked us out and that was that. Like promote business sell your product.

I purchased Red Dead Redemption II on the 12th and on the 13th it went on sale for almost half off! The young man Joshua allowed me to return the $60 copy and get it at the sale price which freed up more money for more sales! I got out of there with NBA2k19, GTAV, and Red Dead for $65 and warranties on them all!!! Great salesman!

Associates are very well informed for a GameStop. Better than my experience in other stores, good seletion, employees dont try to oversell, but they dont just stare at you awkwardly while you shop either.

I always call this place hoping that they arent going to try and rob me blind and Im always wasting my time with that wishful thinking. I called to trade in a brand new $60 game that they are selling for $55 used and they offered me $18 in store credit for it. not even cash but store credit. may as well give em my nutz too. tie em around the game in a little bow. hate this whole corporation and wish everyone would just stop doing business with them so they would go bankrupt.

I really dont like going to Gamestop, but when they have a good deal, what are going to do? I dont trade in games and very rarely purchase used games, and I dont really care for their business model. This store is close to home and the staff is always friendly even if its super irritating when you buy a new game and get an open box. Feels dishonest.
