Love the office and the staff is wonderful. Best eye Dr in town and has always provided great service. Never have an issue with my lenses or finding a frame. Staff is very knowledgeable on all insurance coverage and does not make me feel rushed whatsoever. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Dr Shoemaker was amazing. Most thorough eye exam I have ever gotten.

My husband and I have been searching for a new optometrist since Dr. Berenson retired, and have had no luck until we found Dr. Shoemaker, with Primary Eye Care in Broken Arrow. My husband just returned from his appt. and was extremely pleased, which doesnt happen often! Dr. Shoemaker was thorough and very informative. He was walked through the exam and eye glass fitting step by step, which hasnt happened in years. Dr. Shoemakers staff was so friendly and efficient. I cant wait to visit them too! My recent visit at Primary Eye Care Associates was great! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated with respect and professionalism by every member of the staff with whom I had contact. Very friendly and courteous staff! My appointment was with Dr. McGinnis. She was both caring and professional. It was more than just an eye exam. She took the time to talk with me about what was going on with my eyes and answer my questions. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the health of your eyes then I highly recommend Dr. McGinnis and the staff at Primary Eye Care Associates.

The staff are kind and Lisa the optometrist was very nice and friendly. They didnt add my PD to my prescription and when I ask (I purchased online) they said I would have to pay a fee to get my Pupillary distance unless I was buying glasses from them. They told me this was standard as they couldnt guarantee my PD was correct for whatever glasses I purchased online. And thats why they charged a fee? Still doesnt make sense. I am not an optometrist but your PD changes naturally throughout the day by a few mms as your eyes focus on closer or further objects. The glasses style and size shouldnt effect your resting pd.... Quickly called the next closest one Fulps family and they said I could come in and get it measured for free because it only takes a couple minutes, this astounding realization drills in that they are just wanting a few extra bucks. At primary care. This location is friendly but not in it to support their customers I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I have been here twice and we were pleased both times so suggested my sister try it. Had I had any idea that there would be no masks in this office in the middle of a covid-19 crisis I would never have brought her. She is 84 with health conditions and not a mask in sight! Very, very disappointed in the lack of Health concern for patients who will be much closer than social distancing guidelines, especially when many are older folks.

Dr. McGinnis and her team were phenomenal! While seated in the waiting room, team members greeted me. At every step in the process, I was kept up to date and Dr. McGinnis answered every question I had. My prescription changed a bit and Dr. McGinnis took the time to make sure the new contacts fit correctly. While checking out, Mindy informed me of a great rebate on my lens brand. I would HIGHLY recommend this team!

Very disappointed with the level of care! I just left here after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time as a new patient, and still not being called to the back for my exam. There were staff members unmasked and directly in contact with patients. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I got a call from the office asking if I “had given up on them.” My direct answer was yes. She stated that they are not normally that busy, but from where I sat it didn’t seem that busy at all. My husband and myself and 2 other couples were in the waiting area. It felt like an excuse for incompetence.

Wonderful service and experience from everyone that works there! Excellent quality of glasses. Everything was perfect!!!

Dr. Garden explained to me what was going on with my eyes in a way I could easily understand. Very helpful and professional staff all across the board. I was fit into their scheduling quickly and my time in the office for an exam and glasses was short and well spent. I would definitely recommend going here.

I have been using Primary Eye Care in BA for over a year. I was very impressed with the quality of care provided. every visit both the staff and Dr. Garden have made me fell as if I was the only patient. I would recommend Dr. Tracy Garden and her staff to anyone in need of eye care.

I brought my kids here back in April, after calling and being reassured they do see pediatric patients. Dr. Garden seemed annoyed and put out by my kids who were 6 and 7 at the time. Left with a prescription for 1 child and not the other. We got glasses through them and when I called at the time they were supposed to be ready I got talked to and treated like trash. Fast forward to school eye exams and my daughter does not pass even with her glasses on, make an appointment at an actual pediatric eye care and come to find out after the exam, she does not even need the glasses! I would not recommend taking any children here, probably would advise no one come here but especially children.

First & foremost, Dr Garden was great, my second visit. Her staff is another thing. They overbooked patients. Way too busy for one Dr. Spent and hour and forty minutes there. Then when I was all done and I go to check out, the lady says yea, looks like your insurance will take care of this. I said yes. She says, ok, well take care of contacting them. Thank you. I said what about my prescription ?, she says, oh, you need your prescription ! NO, IM HERE FOR MY POPSICLE ! Who goes to an eye dr. and doesnt get either a prescription or glasses ?

Dr. Hudkins is WONDERFUL! He is honest and funny and very helpful. I recommend everyone that I can to him!

I have been a patient there for almost 40 years longer then anyone working there. They have lost me as a customer. They are unwilling to work with a long time customer. Poor customer service.
