The two staff working here today were very unhelpful and unprofessional, not even a hello didnt ask if we needed help or anything the guy just blew his clouds and hovered over the counter I was looking at and the young girl in the corner was on the cell phone talking very loudly and being obnoxious. Wont be back to this location hopefully the others have better staff members, Buzzn smoke and vape has out standing service and products though! 🤣

They were helpful staff however 2 of 3 the vapes my husband bought didn’t work and they have a 24hour return policy so by the time he went to use the next one it was a couple days later and it was dead so he tried the other and same thing.

Didnt pick anything up when I visited, but they had some nice pieces and definitely a huge hookah selection.

Cheap price for good quality items

Customer service was nice however they sold me fake Puff Bars multiple times. They replaced one but after I bought the next, the battery lasted barely 1 day. The Puff Bar with 800 puffs should last me 3-4 days. Other Puff Bars I’ve bought from them had no flavor added either. Beware. I’ve switched vape shops, now I’m using the Slammin Twist bar for the same price, works great!

Store is overpriced and staff never says welcome or thank you. Staff is not friendly or even very helpful. If you ask a question it seems to bother them and you usually get one word answers in return. Im mistakenly asked about a table they had on display, three employees in the small shop refrained from answering me. One of them just shrugged and said I dont know. This is typical of my experience in this store Ive been there many times.

Overpriced; Last product I purchased there had issues. I dont feel that they focus on customer service and satisfaction. Firstly, theyre extremely overpriced. I can understand the main goal is generate revenue with profit, but come on.I had to tell them that they Hydrology9 is $200 online and other places, they had it at $250Not only was it overpriced, but mine started leaking. They dont accept returns, which means I have to see if the Manufacturer will provide the customer service that they failed to provide.Save yourself money and time and head to the one on 8125 East 51st Street. They have 5x more inventory and amazing staff.-Response to the Owner:Your stock is very minimum. So I doubt that was the real issue with the pricing.An Anti-Leak, Leak Resistant product shouldnt leak at all, especially straight out the box. I dont want help trying to solve an issue to a product that contradicts itself, I simply want a different product.I purchased from here before and planned on in the future, but not now. You failed at satisfying your customer. Which means you now lost a customer along with referrals.You continue to make money by keeping your customers happy. You take a hit to keep your customers happy, so that they continue to buy from you.You could easily take the product back, replace it with another product, and handle the issue with the manufacturer yourself. But instead youre so money hungry that you refuse returns.This will hurt you more than me. I have several options to get my money back, it might not be as easy as returning, but possible. I will go to a more customer service/satisfactory shop and let them take my money. You on the other hand, lost potential revenue.

One of the few places left in this area with a good selection of juices at a good price. Theyve got plenty of mods and lots of other stuff you might be looking for. All in all I think this place is pretty great, the employees are courteous and helpful.

I went here to pick up a new glass for my baby beast v8 tank and some extra 18650 batteries. There was a new kid working and he had only been there since Wednesday (3 days).Jacob was extremely helpful and even though he didnt know all the answers to my questions he found someone who did. The shop had lots of options for everything and decent prices. My glass came with extra rings to go on the tank, which I think is cool. I will definitely go back here. Thanks guys! !!!

Love this place! Everyone is always so nice, helpful and patient with me. I have a hard time making decisions so I ask a lot of questions and they are always take their time to answer and never make me feel rushed. They also carry higher nicotine levels in more brands than most stores and theyre patient in helping me find a flavor Ill like.

I purchased one of the Smok sticks from here and I made sure to ask the employee who was helping me about their return policy. I was told to my face that they have a 24 hour return policy and that the device could be returned within that amount of time for any reason. After using the device I purchased for only a bit the next day, it started having severe leakage. Juice was leaking out of the side which I thought was strange. I called up to the shop to ask if it would be okay if I went ahead and returned it since I was told that I could if I experienced any problems with the device. I spoke to a girl who said “we don’t do returns for any reason.” But then she had to double check to make sure. A guy got on the phone and then told me that they don’t do returns. He asked what was happening and I told him about the leaking. He said “we can only fix it not return it. It’s probably the coil.” Which made me very angry because I was told I could return something and now I’m finding out something different??? All he said to that was “sorry. You should have known you wanted it because you bought it.” Um, correction, I wanted something that’s going to work. Not leak all over me. And the coil is brand freaking new. It shouldn’t be having issues if that’s the case.Another thing was, I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he was the manager... but then when we were getting off the phone he said he needed to take my name and number so he could give it to the manager and the “head boss.”....... I thought you just told me you were the manager dude.I went in to the shop to see what was up because I was not happy with the devices defaults. I told them I wanted to return the device because I didn’t buy it to have it leak everywhere. Anyway, they were so “nice” to make snickering faces at me while I explained the issue. When I asked the “manager” if I could return it he wouldn’t answer any of my questions. He would only say “I’ll fix it.” And when I said I only wanted to return it and asked why the other employee told me I could make the return in the first place, he avoided answering the question completely. I eventually was able to make the return though after the whole thing could have been avoided.I’ve never had any issues with Staxx before this. It has changed my opinion of the place completely though. I used to think the employees were extremely friendly and nice, but when it comes to customer service and trying to make the customer happy... HA. All they truly care about is getting their money and making faces at the customer to make them feel belittled.

Awesome customer service to start. I have been vaping for 3 years tried many tanks owner suggested one he was using. I love it best tank Ive ever had also had an hour conversation with him really cool people definitely recommend.

This is the absolute worst smoke shop I’ve ever been and I have been there 3 out of four times they were out of what I needed. Then they tried ripping me off the one time I was going to buy something. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Great place in Broken Arrow to get smoking/vapeing accessories!! They have A fairly decent selection of all the different types of products they carry which is good for the size of the shop. The staff isnt afraid to walk over and explain products or show them to you which is also really helpful if youre just getting started or looking to explore other options.

Went in for a cleito pro mesh coil the manager grabbed a cleito 120 mesh coil. I informed him the 120 is much bigger then the regular he told me no and tried to convince me I was wrong with out even trying to fact check himself worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to demand a different size coil to get what I needed. Never going back. Will advise others not to go there. What poor service.

I went in today maybe 16 mins after opening and was helped immensely, questions answered, I forgot to ask the clerks name, but he was as helpful as the owner is toward me.Definitely recommend this shop.

I found a stray dog the other day, he had been used as bait in dog fighting, very sweet dog torn to shreds and in a lot of pain. I came in to staxx looking for cbd oil for dogs and had told them what’s going on. They were generous enough to offer a major discount dedicated to the cause. I’ve always done business with them but this was above and beyond.

Buyer beware. They will not exchange or refund your money even if you have your receipt and even if your purchase was made only a few days ago. I purchased a vaporizer, only used it about 2-3 times a day for the last few days and it already needs a new coil. Im not going to buy a new coil every few days so now I am stuck with a vaporizer I cant use, return or exchange.

Bought a vapor from there did not work took it back down there dude wipe off my coil started working again.. Same problems.. I told dude it eas gonna act up again.. His answer Dude i fixed it just get out the store.. U know the chubby dude with the glasses.. Not a good place to buy a vapor at.

Its ok not a huge selection of unique pieces. Customer service is great!!. Prices are ok if its on sale. Other wise a lot of it is over priced. Also needs better lighting so you can check the pieces better. Some have mold in them an its hard to tell in the dimmer lighting.

I drive from Owasso to come here everytime! I always get the best customer service no matter who helps me, but the blonde girl goes above and beyond everytime to make sure I have a good visit! For example I came in a couple days ago and they didn’t have the juice I normally get, mind you im a very picky vaper! She took the time to go thru almost every juice on the wall with me and was so patient about it. I think this juice will be my new go to! This is a great place and I would recommend to anyone!
