My dad can get a bit grouchy these days. Although they were so sweet and very kind to all of us. They never rushed my dad Just always going at his pace.

It was a nice experience plenty of parking comfortable waiting room and people who sing like they care I checked my ears have slight hearing problem but all in all it was a good experience good enough were yes I think there will be a time where I get my hearing aid here plus the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful

Nice clean place. The gentleman doin the hearing test describe the process and his findings very well. Then recommend me to a place to get my ears cleaned now I can hear so much better I would recommend this place to everyone who is having hearing issues.

I was very impressed with both Bill and Shelly. They are there to help you in Any way they can. The test was very easy on me, i was a bit shocked to learn how much i was not hearing. We talked over all my options and i now hear well. They take as much time as needed to fully explain all you need to know about use and folliw up maintance for your new hearing aides. I would encourage others to go see them if you need a test done.

Very courteous. Cleaned my hearing aides. Put in new wax guards. Apologized for a misunderstanding about what was to be done. We scheduled my next appointment and established what would be done then.
