My above ground pools installation was completed today, and I am so pleased how the install went! Brock and Joshua showed up on scheduled date and worked hard until the wind became a challenge. To insure the pool wall didnt get bent in the process, they decided to return when the wind wasnt an issue-which they did, just two days later. I appreciated that they were concerned about the quality of the work, not just how fast they could get it done.. They did such a great job, and were so pleasant to deal with!! Top quality work. And we love the pool!! Overall, the experience was sure a positive one!!

I drove from Collinsville to purchase a filter for my jacuzzi hot tub that I bought from you in December. The staff person tried her best to find my filter. I felt sorry for her when I saw 3 other staff members just sitting on their computers. She was successful as I encouraged her and said I appreciated her extra effort.The staff person was professional and polite. I Recently had an above ground pool installed by Galaxy. Everything was going great until I had a root puncture my liner. Water leaked out overnight below my pump return and unfortunately my pump burned up. The service support has been exceptional. Many thanks to Jacinda for getting my failed pump replaced at no cost to me! Got everything up an running again for a few more weeks of pool fun.

So I went in today, needing things for my aquatic lounger and doing some scouting for my client. I was met at the door by a woman named Bethany with warm eyes and a sincere smile. I explained my needs and she directed me to Andrew for my things and gave me a quick walk-through on the showroom for what I was looking for for the client. The entire experience was top-notch. Ill be shopping here for my pool things.
Prior to us visiting the store, I sent an online request for information regarding sizes and price of the pools. I was surprised to receive a response from Blake the same day. When visiting the store, Ty, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained differences in all the pool models and helped us reach a decision on which one was right for us.

The sales person who assisted me, Earl, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, he didn’t push me, he shared his honest opinions when comparing things, and ultimately he helped me decide what will be best for therapy for my body. He represented your company well.The store atmosphere, however, was dreadful! There was no soothing or inviting music in the background; instead, the phone rang constantly and loudly, with a ring that is irritating. The store wasn’t arranged for optimal showcasing; instead, it felt like a basement warehouse. The overall impression was almost sleazy. Had Earl not been as informative and interested in my situation as he was, I honestly would have turned around and left the store; instead, I made a $13,000. purchase.

I went to Galaxy to buy some supplies for the hot tub I had purchased from them. Nothing had prices on them and in order for the sales girl to tell me the price she had to put my name into the computer and after a couple of minutes told me the price. I was very surprised at the high cost I had to pay. Since I had spent over $10,000.00 on the tub I would think I might get at least a small discount. I know I can buy the same exact products on Amazon for much cheaper. I was just wanting to support a local company. I’m sorry but I won’t go back to Galaxy.
Blake in sales is very knowledgeable about his products and everything about them. He clearly explained the differences between the 2 types of hot tubs we were looking at. He was much appreciated. Delivery is several weeks out is the only reason they didnt get 5 stars.

Wow! What a wonderful experience from start to finish! We reside about 2 hours from the store. One weekend, my wife sent a request for information and was immediately replied to on a Sunday by Earl. We had looked for hot tubs in our area, including larger cities, like Springfield, MO to no avail. No one had any or had long waiting lists.We made the trip and had our hot tub picked out and paperwork signed within 30 minutes. Delivery was perfect and on time. The staff in the store as well as the delivery team were very friendly and a wealth of knowledge.Several times before the delivery, I spoke to one of their support team, Jason, to establish chemical adding / balancing for our new hot tub, as we have never owned one before. It was such a pleasure. He really took the time to help us understand what each chemical does and how it interacts with the water.We are super pleased with the purchase and ease of operation. We purchased the Nordic brand which can run on either 120v or 240v. We selected the 240v option and had the power ran according to the recommendations received from Galaxy. It was flawless. Once the delivery team arrived, it was up and running in less than 1.5 hours (which includes filling time). Would definitely purchase again.

Our pool filter crapped out and 30 people were scheduled to be at my house the next day. Andrew was quick to find the part and help us on a holiday weekend. He even added something special to make our day a little better.
My wife and I bought a semi inground 12‘ x 24‘ swimming pool in the end of May 2021. Installation was done around August 5 the installation crew installed the pool liner set the pump all plumbing. I was told that the hardscape gentleman would be here to do the hardscape for me within the next week and a half to two weeks it is now August 30 and I am having trouble reaching anybody where I purchased the pool at all. I feel my chain is getting yanked around and I’m getting very upset. I have already made two payments on a swimming pool that is not finished!
Bought a hot tub from here, got it at a good price. Thebstaff were friendly and helpful. They didnt pressure us or act like fools. They were knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed and didnt sell us on things we didnt need... I will be telling anyone to come here if they need a pool, hot tub or the other items they sell.

The front door guy/chemical guy Jason was really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall Galaxy as a company I wouldn’t recommend buying a pool from. The techs do stuff like plastering glue like stuff on all connections to fix a leak so when it’s time to close you are unable to take any hoses off for winter. Thus risking damage to hoses and other expensive stuff. When I call to get remedy to their mess up, they tell me to take a knife and peel it off in 40 degree weather. They worry about short term fix instead of long term and saving their customers the headache & money. Especially if you are new to pools, just find a different company that will help you instead of making it a more difficult than it needs to be.

You guys have got to be the worst pool installers, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the worst at everything when it comes to pools. I will let everybody I know that wants a pool to go anywhere besides your store. I bought a pool last August 2020 it is June 18, 2021 and I still can’t swim in the pool that you sold me, and I still cannot get your customer service department to fix the issues that have been going on since the day you stepped foot on my property
Trying to get them on the phone has been extremely difficult. Left 5-10 messages a day that werent returned. Went by store to get help but they were lazy or didnt know what to do. The only positive is that the pool installer and crew were professional and responsive to our requests.
Salesman was extremely knowledgeable, up front on costs and great to work with. Answered any questions that we had. Even financing was a breeze.
Andrew was really great with helping me get a new cover for a spa that was in my new home I had purchased just recently. He is a wonderful asset to your company. 5 stars to him.

I went in to galaxy after seeing their television advertisement in their sale. I met Tony and he was a wealth of information. He went through the different tubs and help me make a decision. He also showed the pellet smokers. I bought both of them. Their delivery and installation crew was great putting everything together in the rain. Went above and beyond the call of duty.It’s nice to deal with a company and employee’s that really want to help you make a good buying decision. Thanks to everyone that helped out with my purchase

Great sales team they were VERY responsive, installers were great. The problem now is the service department. I tried for 2 months to get a phone call returned. My above ground pool burst at the seam during very cold weather. Galaxy is now saying my pool installed last July by them has no warranty because there was ice on it. The pool was winterized, covered and had pillows. I can not get an answer as to why this is not a covered event. The seam is split! just this last weekend I finally got a call returned.Levi said it happens all the time when he did not return our call with warranty information as promised, we called him.Levi started the conversation with good news, we have you on the schedule for April 14, then proceeded to ask if we had taken care of payment. When my husband said we thought it was a warranty issue, Levi stated the company doesnt cover ice My husband then stated we need the liner replaced, so whatever is necessary, Levi stated, well well see at the end of the season, we dont have any liners right now! How can you say well be out on April 14, then say we have no liners. Galaxy Pools, Billiard Tulsa...this is not a good look! BEWARE, if you are trying to save a little money. This was supposed to be a pool to last several years for the grandkids, go with a reputable pool company. I have been on the phone this morning to get my liner replaced, EVERY Single Company said, is this a GALAXY POOL??? WOW!! That speaks volumes. My sales person was Amanda. Turns out she is the MANAGER! I feel duped.
Josh was very helpful. It was a very big deal for my family to agree on a hot tub and Josh was right there with us every step of the way. He even took me on a virtual tour of the showroom over the phone. I can’t say enough good things about him. I wish he would’ve given me a little break on the price but he knows he’s got a commodity that everyone wants at this time and stuck to his guns. He’s a great salesman.

I placed a deposit on a semi-in ground pool in March. My original install was scheduled May 21st. After months of not hearing from anyone I phoned May 19th. I was told my install date was being moved to June 14th. I thought that’s funny, when did you plan on telling me this? So June 11th rolls around and I hadn’t heard from Galaxy; so I phoned them. I spoke to a lady in the install department confirming my June 14th install ( she said it was June 15th) whatever right. So today I receive an email at 12:25pm stating “we’ve been trying to contact you about your pool install please reply ASAP”. I replied to the email at 12:26pm. I also phoned both numbers included in the email. Nobody answers either number? Finally after multiple calls I get in touch with Cassandra at the install office. She informs me I’ve been rescheduled; due to not having accurate contact info.???!!! I spoke to their office on Friday; today’s Monday. My original install was in May; they’re just now realizing they have the wrong phone number? Then after hours of back and forth with the install office Amanda Mendel calls me. She basically said she sympathized but didn’t have a solution. She said she was forced to post pone my install; but she didn’t have a new date. How are you going to postpone my install with no future date? You’ve been postponed for an infinity date? When I demanded an install Date. She said she’d return my call in an hour with a date. Our phone conversation ended at 3:40pm at 5pm I called her. The phone went to an unset up voicemail box. I phoned 3 times in a row before she answered my call. Run around run around.
I recently purchased a CalSpa hot tub from Galaxy. I worked with Edie to determine the best spa for me and the best location for the spa in my back yard. Edie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Galaxy took care of installing a concrete pad extension of my existing patio and the delivery and installation of the hot tub were done with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Galaxy, and ask for Edie!

DO NOT use this company. Pool delivery was rescheduled multiple times, set up was a nightmare, and it is costing us more money to repair the damage to our fence from the install. The set up left everything in a pile on our back porch for us to figure out. They left everything unopened on our porch, wrinkles were left in the pool, pump was not level and trash left under it, and walls are warped. When I tried to get a return phone call for assistance no one will return our calls. When I called during the setup nightmare Levi was extremely rude. Told me just to wait until 5 and if the job ends up right than do not complain. Job clearly did not end up correct. Check the BBB for more information about this company.

Installer called me the night before my install at 11:15 PM to let me know they would be there by 8:00 AM. They arrived at 9:15. I payed an extra $750 to have the pool set in the ground 18. Installer dug out just enough to get the ground level which is about 11. Not happy at all about that. I have called the store and voiced my complaint about this. No word back from anyone so far.Installer left a huge mess of trash all over the yard. I spoke to the installer and he advised me that the cleanup was my problem. I spoke to a sales person about this and was referred to as dude, my man and hung up on. I did eventually get the store to make the installer come back and clean up their mess.Installer dug out an unnecessary trench in the yard leading to one of the dirt piles. Plenty of shovel work to fix that mess.As soon as the pool was full and the pump turned on, it started leaking in three places. I have mentioned this to the store also. The ladder that was sold to me will not work safely with a partial in-ground pool. The sales person knew the details of the install and ignored this issue. I have made the store aware of this problem as well.Bottom line is, just about everything I had heard about Galaxy was true. Poor service after they get your money and lack of concern for any issues that need addressed. I do not recommend doing business with GalaxyOWNERS - i WELCOME A CALL FROM YOU! I HAVE ASKED FOR A CALL FROM YOU.

Although our cover had not arrived, Galaxy delivered a temporary cover for us to use until our arrived. We are very happy! Thank you for a terrific experience.

Ordered hot tub June 24th. Told by salesman it was on a semi and we’d have it delivered around 7-15. Was called by Galaxy on 7-15 to pay balance, which I did by phone. Then I get a call that hot tub isn’t in yet. Now told in 8-4 with 8-11 delivery date. I get factories closed because of COVID and they are backlogged. Then around 8-4 I call and am told not in on 8-4. Date given for September. Then I see on a Facebook post for Galaxy how the show rooms are stocked so come in and look and purchase. So I put a comment on there asking about customers hot tubs that have been ordered. MAGICALLY I get a response back from someone that night advising they’ll check on ours next morning. Then I get a call that next morning and low and behold it’s in. And we set up a delivery date. Two guys deliver on day it’s scheduled for. No issues there. They ask us if we were given a 220 hook up. We advise no. So for $249.00 thru deliver the tub, put the cover on and put steps together and leave. My husband ends up hooking it up to electric and filling it up. Note to purchaser: find out what the $249.00 gets you. Love the tub! But doubt I’ll be back to Galaxy.

We purchased a swing set a few months ago and decided to purchase an above ground swimming pool recently. They came out as agreed to install. They were very professional through the entire process, left our yard clean and explained everything thoroughly. We felt that the value was good and its almost filled, cant wait to swim this weekend!!
