The rolled ice cream its the best one I ever had! Truly loved it.Also the owner lady was super nice to us and the place its so cute

Very impressed with the ice cream!!! I ordered the peanut butter dream rolled ice cream with nutter butter and hot caramel syrup. I don’t really know if rolling it makes it taste different but it’s fun. He had a cone with birthday cake. The price was great too! I’m going to have a cup of orange sherbet next.

Super friendly and clean place to bring the family! If you want to try a unique ice cream experience this one is it! You can watch them “roll” the ice cream before they serve it to you and you get a wide variety of toppings on an already well rounded ice cream menu! Come sit and enjoy the treats!!!

The ice cream here is fantastic and worth the wait! Im only giving 4 stars though because we are in the middle of a pandemic and of the 2 workers, only one was wearing a mask. The one leaning over and creating the rolled ice cream was not. Nor were most of the patrons in there wearing masks. There were no social distance signs or markers and the tables were pretty close together.

The ice cream was great. Never had rolled ice cream, but it was awesome. Very fresh taste. The banana split sundae was especially good. Kids loved it too.

The ice cream was good. They have rolled Ive cream too and apparently there are many combinations with toppings but that wasnt apparent until I say there eating mine and watching others.

Excellent new ice cream place here on Main street in BA! I love that they have both traditional scoop ice cream as well as the rolling ice cream that’s very “in” right now. They have several very unique flavors of scoop ice cream and all the ones we tried were excellent. Their rolled ice cream was also really good. Remember that if you get the rolled ice cream, most of the flavor comes from what you put in it, rather than the ice cream itself! They chop up the ingredients with the ice cream so the flavors all blend together beautifully. I prefer Scoops and Rolls to The Freezing Cow on Memorial. Freezing Cow has more flavor options but the ice cream and the staff at Scoops and Rolls is better and the building is cleaner. I’ll definitely be returning!

Fun to watch them make it..great to taste it... love this place. You gotta go..... plenty of creative flavors. It is a new place..so they get lots of questions when people order, and they are so patient with giving answers. Great service and attitude

Im from the West coast where Tillamook ice cream is made. I have toured the creamery a few times, and Tillamook is one of my favorite ice creams. I was so excited to walk into this new ice cream shop only to find out they serve my favorite ice cream! Also, prices are reasonable enough that it is affordable for the whole family! Double win!!

Went into this establishment, at 9:30 tonight, and there were 3 teenage girls waiting on people. Firstly, we were NOT told, prior to ordering that they were backed up, and that the wait to get our ice cream would be 45 min to over an hour. Secondly, the girls were not in the least following food handlers protocol. They would handle money, touch their hair with their gloves on, and then put on new gloves, without washing their hands. There was no sign of a “Manager”, or “Owner” to supervise them, and they were running outside to deliver the ice cream to people, and then back to putting on new gloves, again without washing their hands. We cancelled our order, after watching their actions, and were refunded our money. We will NOT be back !!

Great ice cream, great service. First time in Scoops, everything was explained. Had peanut butter rolls with carmal and fudge.

So cool and yummy!!!!!!!!! Rolls are 7.50 and come in a huge bowl enough for 2 at least. They also have scoops of ice cream for about $3 and up depending how many scoops.

Friendly staff, clean location. Ice cream was pretty good, and priced fair for the specialty ice cream industry. If they had coffee I would give them a 5 star.

The ice cream is expensive for just the pain scoop but it was all very good. Was not impressed by the teenage staff, they were not friendly to me or my kids. It was a real bummer since we love the Rose district.

Layout a bit confusing especially when crowded. Perhaps roping a isle to where to start would be a good idea. Ice cream is fine. Not any better than other shops.Nice to have on Main St.

The ice cream is great, but smells weird and funky when you get in for the first five minutes, but then you get used to it and cant smell it for after a while. What is really cool and unique about Scoops and Rolls is that you can watch how the workers make your ice cream right in front of you. Its just like Osaka! Except ice cream.

The rolled ice cream is fun and tasty, and they have Tillamook ice cream for scoops! MUCH better than Freezing Cow. The rolled ice cream tasted good and was a fun experience. And Tillamook ice cream is just top notch. We will definitely be coming back here!

Good business model, fair execution. Menu is a bit complicated as far as set up. The ice cream rolling process a bit slow. Expect about a 10 minute wait to get your order. People stood in line inside the shop for a while just to be waited on. The ice cream itself was good though. They use Tillamook brand ice cream.

I would leave zero stars if at all possible....Rachel the manager came back from her lunch break carrying her McDonalds bag and proceeded to screw the back on her nose ring and then pick up our ice cream bowls to help her staff fill orders. I asked her if she could please wash her hands since she came in from outside and had her hand up her nose and NEVER washed her hands. All she could do was stare and then started to get new bowls ready WITHOUT PUTTING ON GLOVES OR WASHING HER HANDS-- I got extremely upset and said COULD YOU PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS!!! Rachel proceeded to talk about me to her fellow coworkers in front of me. She eventually washed them and just kept muttering about me. Three out of five of our orders were filled or we would have left.SO DISGUSTING AND WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Its was okay. All my kids said they would rather have Braums. No real flavor. I got banana and only tasted banana in a couple bites. Fun for the experience.

I lived the banana split. Be careful ordering the chocolate and your topping because it can make it too rich.

The icecream was amazing. The employs are very kind. The only bad thing was they forgot my son order when they got busy but they did get his icecream once we said something.

This was a hostile work environment with all the teen employees yelling at each other. The owners daughter (as we were told) was the worst one there. She thought that she was the authority and was yelling at the manager the entire time and then called the owner to argue with him and then continued by throwing her phone. Overall probably will not be going back. Ice cream not worth the $7.50.

Clean place with friendly service. Here I found hand dipped flavors in cones and bowls, and rolled ice cream without all of the exotic topping options I dont use anyway.

They had changed their hours to winter close at 8pm. We walked in a 8 and they were the sweetest to accommodate this preggo lady.
