Travis our Uniform delivery guy is a top notch individual. Always courtesy, polite, and goes above and beyond to ensure our uniforms get serviced. He always lets us know when there is a change in pick up do to holiday schedules.As for the laundry side of UniFirst it seems their machines are rough on the uniforms. We get a lot of Uniforms that are patched or even has a hole in them that will need to be patched. They have tried to charge for patching so keep an eye on this. If its their machines causing the rips and tears then they need to patch them with no charge. But over all great service.

Excellent service and product. Our route driver, Keith Penrod, goes above and beyond our expectations. We had Keith in the beginning of our contract and then were assigned several different drivers over a period of about a year. Too many times we got empty promises. Now that we have Kieth back all of our concerns have been taken care of and we are back on tract with a great company.
