Walked in to look at the zero turn mowers. Spoke with a gentlemen named Jonathan. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the zero turns. He asked questions to determine whats the best zero turn for me. He recommended the Gravely 52 or the 60.He examined the benefits of both. He never once tried to update me or convince me to go for a specific one. He explained the befits of both.I ended up getting the gravely 60 kawasaki motor. It comes with a 4 year warranty. I used it for the first time and let me tell you this is the best mower I have ever owned. The seat is so comfortable. It is very fast, cuts the grass evenly. The turns are so easy to make. I own 2.5 acres and I mowed it so fast. My lawn looks amazing!!!
My Dads been a loyal customer for years and I can see why. Employees are super helpful and friendly. They really go the extra mile and prices are spot on. I wont take my Toro Mower anywhere else!

Not personable. Im in the market for a zero turn, spent a good 10 minutes inside looking and actively checking out the mowers and not a single person greeted us or asked if we needed help. We were almost at the door to leave and one rep started walking our way. Ive worked in customer service long enough, you should greet your customers and at least tell them youll be right with them. Not a single word makes your customers and potential buyers feel like you dont give a damn.

$3,099 Ariens mower financed through this store at “ZERO interest” for 48 months while inquiring over the phone somehow turned into $3,724 mower at 2% APR showing on the finance docs due to “$150 loan origination fee”, a “dealer commission fee” and tax. Same mower is at Lowe’s for $3,299. After pointing out this out to the lady behind the counter, she yells “OURS IS STILL CHEAPER, DO THE MATH”...... I had already done the math in my head, $3,299 plus tax at Lowe’s equals around $3575 hun.... YOU DO YOUR MATH! Like I told you, Lowe’s is cheaper & surprisingly, their employees have a better attitude.

Had a mower repaired and it came back to me worse than when it arrived. When I complained I was told multiple times by Jonathan Beason that if I wanted it fixed right I should have spent more money. This is one of five mowers I’ve purchased from this company. Very sad.

After years of frustration, IM DONE trying to get parts and service from BA Lawn & Garden for all my lawn equipment. Ill go literally anywhere else...on-line, across town...another state.Example 1, of so many. A few years ago on Stihl edger...take model number to get a carburetor. Counter says need the serial number. Go home, come back with serial number. Counter says need to have the unit. Go home, bring the unit. Counter sells me a carb and says I didnt need to bring the unit.Example 2 (today). Drain gas from Stihl weed eater and take it to buy a carburetor (also some fuel line and blades for edger). Counter says they cant sell me a carb without it being off the unit. No offer to assist. If I had my Torx bit with me, it would take me less than 5 minutes, but I dont.So, Im home and done wasting my time trying to buy things from them.Example 3. Service on my Toro mower years back was an issue as well.Nice store and products, customer service has not been good.

Went in to purchase a Stihl product & at the time I was the only customer in the shop. I walked back & forth looking at the products & had an older gentleman at the counter look up at me & did not acknowledge me. The other kids behind the counter were too busy laughing & carrying on with each other to help. We won’t be back.
Do not take your equipment to the service department!!!Went in for an Oil change, ($79 plus parts) parts should cost $30 max btw... walked into a $210 Bill. I questioned why, was told the blades were too old to sharpen so I needed new ones, I had just put blades on 1 month prior. Plus they charge you labor on top of the oil change. So if parts and labor aren’t included in the oil change price, what’s the oil change price for??!! Won’t be back to this shop. They nickel and dime you. AND above all else, what is supposed to be included in that $79 is cleaning your mower. That wasn’t done and their excuse (our power washer is down), did I get a discount? Nope. just horrible service all the way around. Will not be back, and I suggest other lawn company owners to do the same.
I just want to give a big thank you to Janet, Raymond, Little John, and Glenn for their fantastic customer service skills. I would highly recommend all of them to anyone who needs to buy a new mower or to get service on an existing mower. They were fast, courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. Its hard to find good customer service anymore and I just want to recognize each and every one of them.

As a commercial mowing and landscaping company dealer are there to help support your business with repairs, demo equipment and so on. Called because one of our 52” inch mowers is down. I inquired about dropping off the 52” mower and getting a loner or demo to cut 5, 1 acre properties and the only thing the person on the phone would do is try and get me to rent a machine for around 600 dollars. If that’s the support I’m going to get then I’m not doing business with this company.

Charged $45 to replace a $3 pull cord on a gas trimmer that as purchased from them.
They said they could make 2 chains for my chain saw. The chains wouldnt stay on the blades. Kept spinnig off. When I reported it to the staff they told me, you have to file the tooth sides of the chain. I had never heard of that nor have I ever known anyone to do that. And told her so. She said again thats what you have to do. I took the chains and chain saw to another repair shop. They told me I was lucky I didnt get my hand sliced up! And the chain material they use shouldnt be used on my chain saw. Advice to all!!!! NEVER Let THEM MAKE YOU A CHAIN FOR YOUR CHAIN SAW!!!!!
This place is absolutely. I would strongly recommend it to anybody for all lawn Care needs from parts all the way to equipment. I have been to every Lowes and three Walmart trying to find an edger beltnot only did the others not carry them but they also had no clue of a substitute belt that might be useful nor did they offer to help me try to find one. finally I went to the Lowes in broken arrow which is just down the street from ba lawn and garden and when I was turned away again I calledI explained my situation and frustration to the lady on the phone who told me to take a picture of the equipment or bring it with me and they would do their best to find out what belt I needed and where I might find it even if that place wasnt them. Very friendly and proactive. They also have a large selection of equipment and accessories. That said they just acquired themselves a new life long customer.
I was originally looking at Kubotas, but found the Kiotis to be better priced and just as good quality. I had visited other dealers with other brands and had so so experiences, but it was mostly people trying to upsell me. I went here Tuesday after doing a lot of research. on tractors. I spoke to Jonathan prior to my visit and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When i went in, I did have to wait a bit to get to speak to Jonathan and the other staff members werent as knowledgeable as I would have liked, but they did say they were new. Jonathan was very polite, helpful, and walked me through the whole process. The young man that let me test drive it and showed me the controls and all, was also very helpful. I was able to close everything out that day and it so happened I was able to get delivery the next day. Raymond, the delivery driver was a class act. We ran into multiple challenges during my delivery, neither were anyones fault really, but he remained calm, helpful, respectful, and made sure when he left, I was fully taken care of and that my tractor was ready to go. He was in contact with Jonathan the whole time too and Jonathan clearly made sure I was happy too. I was really happy with my experience, even with the challenges during delivery and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking. The only thing I would have changed about the experience was that I wish their delivery vehicle was better suited for its job, for the sake of the customer and Raymond. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the entire experience with the store.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable on the mowers that I was interested in answered a lot of questions over the phone and made me feel informed. I decided to stop by and speak with him face to face and to get a look at the mowers and ask more questions. Even through all of my questions and inquiries Jonathan was very knowledgeable and shared all the information that I asked for while being very professional and friendly. These things and the overall family type friendly courteous service and knowledge base are what made me fell confident in purchasing my mower from them and I will be returning to them for service and parts. they are just good people. I would recommend them to any and everyone as a matter of fact I already have.

Lyndzi was very friendly and helped us to navigate the warranty process with Honda.We were treated the same as if we were buying new equipment and they had us back up and mowing in no time. I purchased two products from them on 6/12/19, a Kioti Mechron 2240 Utility Vehicle and a Ferris 48 zero turn mower. The sales staff I worked with (Jonathan) was awesome and very patient while I argued with myself over which zero turn was the one I really wanted. He listened to the type of yard I had and gave me the options he thought were best. I appreciated his patience and help. I obviously have not been able to use the equipment yet to provide an opinion about them but am very pleased with how the purchase went and how I was treated as a customer. Will definitely be making all my lawn and garden equipment purchases from BA Lawn & Garden moving forward.

I live in Bartlesville so when i need service it has to be done quickly to get me back to work.Mike always makes it happen! I think he has the best team! I drive 60 miles to do business with Mike and his team because i find them trustworthy, honest, and dependable.

Took my lawn mower in to get repaired. Service staff was very nice. They unloaded my lawnmower for me when I got there and loaded it when I came to pick it up. They were prompt to call me when it was ready, which took about four days. My mower works just like new again.

My first experience with with BA lawn and garden was when I was 15 years old and got a go cart for my birthday. Now that Im an adult I still get great service and most recently and they fixed my power washer. Cant wait to buy a new mower from them next year.

I brought in my Gravely zero turn for tune up, some tire leaks and wanted an overall check on my belts and steering. I received a call that it would be over $400 to take care of several issues. Initially I was pleased with the work done.When cutting my lawn this weekend, I lost control of the mower and slid down a hill in to my fence. The reason I lost control is the powertrain belt which controls the steering and wheels broke. When I found the pieces of the belt, it was obvious the belt was in bad condition. I went in today to show the belt and understand why it was not changed and what could be done about it.When speaking to a woman at the counter, I expressed numerous times how disappointed I was that the belt was not replaced while under service. I was unable to bring the mower in to the shop as it is stranded in my backyard with no way to retrieve it as I can’t get my car back to it. I asked her what the next step was in fixing mower and her response was I guess you need to buy a belt and change it. I told her the real disappointing thing is now I need to remove the belt BA Lawn installed and jack it up etc. I don’t recall hearing any apology or acknowledgement of any short comings on BA lawn’s part.I had to rent a trailer to bring the mower in to pick up and drop off, it’s a real ordeal for me even when I could drive the zero turn on to a trailer. With the trailer rental and the repairs I spent over $500 to bring it to get fixed and I certainly expected a better response from their service department. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s a question as to how you respond that reveals your true character.I was going to buy a small mower for my daughter’s new house from there and had spoken to the owner about what to get her, but I’ll pass on that and steer clear of BA Lawn and Garden.UPDATE 7-26-18: I changed the belt with help of YouTube, got the zero turn up an running. Bought a new Honda mower from my daughter at Home Depot. Will not be using BA Lawn and garden again.

I have purchased two mowers from BA Lawn and Garden and have always received excellent service. The second mower was only a year old and a piston rod broke. The mower was still under warranty so they submitted the claim to the manufacturer and the manufacturer denied the claim claiming oil starvation, but the BA Lawn and Garden tech had measured the oil when she drained the engine and the oil level was exactly within specs. The managers continued to pursue the claim at increasingly higher levels at the manufacturing company until they agreed to replace the engine. I received my mower today and it runs beautifully! I had also been offered a loner mower because it was taking so long. This was service above and beyond and I appreciate the excellent customer service in the interest of taking care of a repeat customer.

I had dropped my mower and weed whacker off for service the first week of March. I was told the service would take 10 to 14 days since it was beginning the spring busy season. I also ordered an extra attachment for the mower. No problem! I wait my 2 weeks, but never heard a peep from anyone. I check up on things, but I am told that my stuff hasnt even been touched. Why? The attachment I bought was back ordered. It has absolutely nothing to do with my needed service, but because it was on the same order ticket as my service, they refused to touch it until that accessory came in. I told them to just cancel my order if that was how they do things. They told me that cancelling wouldnt be necessary, and that they would start on the service right away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them keep my mower.Service begins, and Im told my automatic drive needs a new belt. They dont have one in stock, but they would order it and have it ready to go within 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks go by...nothing. I call again, Im told that my belt is still on order, it should be there Tuesday and ready by Wednesday. I check back then? Nothing...Im given the same story for the next week. Now 6 weeks have passed and Im quite frustrated. I finally got someone to check on things for me, and they tell me that belt is on back order. Why did it take 6 weeks for someone to tell me this?! Im told it will probably be another 2 weeks until the belt is in stock. I wait 2 more weeks? Still nothing. Instead of apologizing for the delay and lack of service, Im told this is why we dont like working on your brand of mower... we prefer not to even take them. Wow!!In frustration, I just picked my stuff up and took them home. Against my better judgment, I agreed to bring it back once my parts came in if they promised to keep them on order. After 2 more weeks, my parts did arrive. I brought the mower back for the service and Im told that Ill be placed in the front of the line, first one they work on. The entire week goes by and not a word from anyone. I check back on Friday? Im told theyre still waiting on parts and havent done a thing to it. NO!! I told them to go look because my parts were there and I saw them with my own eyes. The tech apologized and said they would do it next and would have it ready to go by the end of the day. I go in to pick it up on Saturday morning? Nobody has even touched it. Im irate now, and I ask for the manager. Im given a refund for my parts as compensation for my trouble and they ask for a couple of minutes to put the belt on. I ask...what about the service? Blade sharpening, oil change, filter change, all that? Nope...they havent even done that yet!! Im then asked for another hour or two so they can do the service, too.************************************************************************As for why this isnt a 1 star review? The manager did indeed give me all of my money back and didnt charge me for the service. That did restore some of the good will or whatever, but I figure thats the least they can do for wasting 3 months of my time, especially since I had to pay to have my yard mowed while waiting. The back ordered belt was not my problem with you guys, my problem was the snarky attitudes and the complete lack of service and care I was given. Your employees treated me like Im the bad guy for getting frustrated with it all, and instead of apologies, Im given we dont even like to work on your brand anyway!!

The people here are really great. I came in today with a problem with a Honda engine that I use for my farm, and they stuck with it for hours until they got it figured out. They did a great job and I really appreciate them.
I wrote a review on 4/13 and gave a 5 star rating and was supposed to get a 5% off our next service or parts. My husband and I went there today to buy a weed eater and some string and other. They said they never got my review so we didnt get the 5% off. I cant find my review, When I finished writing the review it said it would send the review to the store, but they said they never got it. So Im out the money. Dont know what happened to my review, but I DID SEND IT. So it was all just a waste of time. Now I changed my rating to 1 star, they werent very helpful.I hope this changes the rating.I now changed my rating back to 5 star. Thank you for your help. Having trouble getting this right. This is the first review that I have ever written.......anywhere online. I went into BA lawn and Garden about 2 weeks ago and was treated with so poor customer service that I felt compelled to write my experience for other potential customers. I do not want others to experience what I did. I went in to simply purchase a new carburetor for my weed eater. They wanted me to take the carburetor off before they would go and look for one as they were unable to identify it by the model number. They did not want me to bring in the weed eater itself (which is fine). When I asked for a screwdriver to remove the carburetor, they told me that they would not loan me one. I borrowed one from another customer. Very poor customer service in my opinion. The woman that worked with me was rude and unhelpful despite the fact that she was unquestionably being treated with respect. I will never return.

Lots of places do the same thing, that said customer service is what will set one apart from another. BA Lawn and Garden has, in my opinion the best customer service, seems my equipment is always fixed before they said it would be as well. Check them out for yourselves.
Bought a Toro Titan 2500 from Trent. He did a great job answering all questions and providing several mower options. Will definitely return for all my outdoor power equipment.
Took my grandpas rider and push mower here. They were not fixed right but at least we werent charged for it. I did buy a weed wacker from here and it is amazing. Good price on that one. But the place did seem like they wanted you out unless you were interested in the new riders or pushers. Plus the service took forever when I had my older weed wacker head replaced with the bump feed.

I took my push mower in to have it diagnosed and was told if i have a diagnosis done and dont have them do the work then its a $35 charge. That was ok and I left the $35 deposit. They wound up doing the work anyway, and sticking me with the bill without ever letting me know what the cost was even going to be. When I tried to talk to the woman, she was NOT interested in what I was trying to say and told me, Next time maybe you should try YouTube.The customer service at this place sucks, and that woman (too bad I didnt get her name) behind the counter is rude as hell. They just want your money. Make sure they make very specific notes about what exactly it is that you want, or your going to wind up with a bill you dont want!

They do not stand behind their (far overpriced) products and what I KNOW to be simple repairs always turns into oh, that cant be repaired, you need to buy a brand new, blower, mower, trimmer, etc..Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Smith farm and garden is MUCH friendlier, interested in helping find the part you need and helpful overall. BALG is not at all interested unless you are buying brand new equipment and then they want you out the door as soon as possible.Less than a mile from my house but I drive to Tulsa and even Owasso to avoid having to deal with them.
I have lived in Broke Arrow for 5 years now. I have and will continue to buy ALL of my lawn care equipment from them. They are personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I normally would prefer to buy from a local business even if I have to pay a little more but Broken Arrow Lawn and Garden actually has better prices and financing then ALL big box stores. I have bought: Stihl Chainsaw, Stihl Weed Trimmer, Echo tree trimmer and now my first Zero Turn Mower Gravley 42 AND soon I will be buying a Honda Generator. They will not pressure sell. I have an Ariens lawn tractor that was not starting and my friend advised me that it was either the starter or solenoid. so I purchased both at Broken Arrow lawn and Garden. Turned out neither was the issue and that is was a bad battery. I never installed either the starter nor the solenoid. I took both back to get a refund and was told at that time that electrical parts are NOT returnable. It was not posted anywhere in the store nor printed on my receipts and the clerks never said that at time of sale. It is nice that they want to take my money but will not take back parts that they sold and could tell that they were never used. I will never do business with them at all.. I have purchased a belt for my tractor and they sold me the wrong on even with the serial number and Model number given to them. I do not live in town so it is a drive just to get there. So I will be looking for another dealer of Ariens or go directly to the company itself should I ever needs parts.
I recently used them to do a tune up for my gravely mower and also repair my Billie goat street sweeper when the chain broke. While service and good pricing. Now I’m taking in my old gravely tractor to overhaul.
I’ve spent over seven thousand dollars there in the past few years. I brought in a couple blowers for matinence. One needed work, the other was a loose knob ( they only tightened). They charged me $35 for about 5 seconds of work. It may seem petty to some, but that was a unnecessary charge. I guess they don’t appreciate my business, and have lost it in turn.
I have bought two commercial Gravely ZTRs and various other equipment from BAL&G over the past several years. Always a fair price on equipment, however parts and supplies seem to be a little on the high side by a couple dollars. They always recognize me by name and are helpful. Overall good experience.

I was quite pleased with the service BA Lawn & Garden performed on a portable generator. It was ready within a week and runs like a new machine.
Have not had a good experience there yet. Hate to drive to Tulsa but the service and prices are better.

I didnt purchase my Toro MX5050 from Jonathan and his crew but that didnt deter them from delivering top notch customer service!! In a day where you are normally greeted with skepticism and indifference, the staff at BA Lawn and Garden went above and beyond to help me get my mower back up and running. Next time I buy a Toro or related equipment it will be at BA Lawn and Garden!!!
