I AM BEGGING YOU to avoid this place by any means. These folks are scammers, and i should have listened to the other reviews on here. PLEASE do not make my same mistake. it is the same story, they don’t work on your car and give you a million different excuses. I am an honest hard working individual and these people burned me. Dishonest, shady, liars, thieves and are the most unprofessional people i have females with in my life. Take your car to the east side of cleveland before you come here.

Took a 850.00 check from them and it was no good for merchandise we sold them, they keep avoiding me to make it right, I am out the money till I take them to court but the good news is that it is a felony, so looks like someone will be doing jail time in Brookpark. I am still waiting as of 3/26/2019 for payment on bad check, been getting a run around about making check good, I guess Rick Hoskins or Kim Hoskins dont run a reputable business!!!

Horrible communication, even worse body work. read the other reviews. this is one of the worst body shops in all of cleveland. im sure they will be shut down in a few weeks

In this place you will find nothing but real life scammers, they have all of their steps planned out to steal money from you. They are dishonest, shady, liars, thieves and handle business very unprofessional. I know from experience. If you plan on taking your car here and youre here reading this first, dont do it, go somehwere else. Notice that the people who run the shop (Hoskins) got their own good reviews on here. Dont fall for it. Dont make the same mistake I made, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Update: see the respond I get, how they lie to cover up their dirty work. I dont know these people and dont want to know them. They can keep their dirty work on that side of town.

Unfortunately I had to give a one-star to even leave the review, which is indeed undeserved.March of 2018, I contacted Dealers Choice one and spoke with one of two owners Kimberly Hoskins. Mrs. Hoskins, agreed to repair my left driver side vehicle damage for the amount of $2000. That amount was said to cover the purchase of 2 used doors, vehicle body repair and paint. My vehicle was then towed from home to Cleveland, ohio. Thus, on Apr 2, 2018 $500.00 was sent as a down payment to begin the work on my vehicle. Then again on Apr 9, 2018 $725.00 was sent making a total of $1225 paid  of the total due $2000. Since then, each week I received a different story in regards to when my vehicle would be repaired. There was a lack of communication, whereas Mrs. Hoskins would not respond to neither my calls or text messages. There has been a conflict of  stories, verified lies, about when indeed my vehicle would be complete and ready for pickup. Today, May 10, 2018 I came to check on my vehicle which was sitting outside untouched and in the same position for weeks.    I asked for a complete refund of what was paid. The other owner Rick Hoskins stated that the business was not in his name and that he cannot offer a refund and that I will have to contact Kim whom had left the office as soon as we arrived. Kimberly was not able to be reached by phone however in a text she stated that she would refund the amount she determines she wants to refund. My situation was handled in an unjust and unprofessional manner.Please note that every week I received an excuse for why my car did not get fixed. First she stated that her daughter was in an accident then she stated she was hospitalized then it was Kittys left in my car, and so on.. I have messages and phone calls for every lie that that they told as to why my car did not get fixed.I do not recommend this business for any of your needs no matter how big or how small. Dealers Choice one is a choice to not make.
