Born and raised in Brook Park. Every time I go to this Shell location for anything(I use to stop for gas, lotto and alcohol), I have had negative experiences. If you want to see the finest Brook Park has to offer, have at it at this Shell location. Good luck if the regular sweet lady isnt on the clock. Poor customer service. No social distancing. The customers are rude. They cut in line and stand on top of you waiting in line. Better off going across the street to Circle K. I am just shocked at how nasty people can be. This is a pandemic, people. Funny, no matter how crowded it is at Circle K, social distancing is adhered to. Gasoline prices are not competitive at this Shell station, either.

The customer service representatives are fantastic! So friendly and helpful! And the gas is always the cheapest in town! Its very close to my house and these people have always made me feel as though I am part of a tight knit community...

How do you sell lottery but cant cash wining tickets this location had no problem taking my money but it is like Im inconvenience them to try to get my winnings wow the man telling me to go every where else to cash it why should I have to drive around to get my winings when I bought my ticket from this location Im tired of the customer service at this location Maybe Shell Corp should evaluate there customer service protocols at this location 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Use to always go to this Gas Station but lately with the turn over in help it has gone down hill. Yes they have big winners with lottery but so not going there anymore as there seems to only be one Clerk who is actually professional and smiling. If she is not there the clerks refuse to key in lottery tickets unless the card goes through...God help you if it does not as it is given back with no attempt to hand key in the numbers....clerks eating right on the front end...ignoring a customer till there conversation is through. Seriously! I have run a front end of this kind of establishments...I have run the lottery machines...never would I treat customers what i have seen these past few months. Sad because it use to be my go to stop for gas...lottery and when my children wanted a snack after school.

First time using this shell and upon. My approach to the register, the lady says to me Whatchu need?I was taken back by the ghettoness I was greeted with. Ill just avoid this one so my IQ doesnt drop while attempting to decipher what theyre saying.

There were two attendants standing there ignoring the customers waiting to get lottery because they were in the middle of a conversation. Even after 2 walked out, they still didnt care. I do not know their names but this happens every time I walk in. I will not be returning unless I can help it. Please spread the word, DO NOT GO HERE!! Their parking and small shop is enough to deter anyone, but the customer service these last couple times is the last straw.

Not a big place, but your in and out quickly. Lottery is a good bulk of the traffic.

This place has the worst customer service Ive EVER seen. I was completely humiliated, trying to tell me my cards, yes, after multiple times of telling me my card was declined. I asked if their could be a problem with the card reader because I had the money. The clerk was rude and said NO!. I said ok, Ill go across the street to Marathon. My card worked first try their, WOW. I will NEVER go here again! No wonder your always hiring! Ill take my money elsewhere.

Every time I go in there the elderly women have poor attitudes when It comes to the Lottery. . Its a known Lottery establishment. .But I wont go there anymore. .not even for gas. Treated wrotten.
