My husband and I purchased about $25 in merchandise from this store while staying at a hotel nearby.When we checked out the cashier was in the middle of a shift change. To expedite our transaction, the two associates coming onto the sales floor began taking the dishes we were buying to other registers to wrap them in newspaper.Upon arriving at our hotel and unpacking the items, we discovered that the first two items rung up (coffee mugs) were left out of the bag.I called the store and the woman who answered said nothing was left behind and that they were certain that I had them, insisting I check my car. I did so in vain as the items never left the store with me.The lady transferred me to the shift supervisor who explained Id needed to contact a manager 72 hours later on Monday so she could review the security camera and ensure I had in fact left without any cups. She stressed that she couldnt help and refused to stay on the phone arguing with me when she was certain I had the items.Seriously...who is going to lie and go through all this trouble for $2 in merchandise after spending more than 10x that amount on their purchase?Meanwhile I am drinking coffee from a paper cup and will be buying a pair to replace the ones I paid for and never received from another retailer regardless of the price on principle. Horrible and offensive customer service.

Manager is super nice....but i bought 2 different phone cases they were labeled as my phone type and yet they dont fit. Watch your cases.

We went in the store to buy some items being a waitress I have dollar bills the boy who was there was super rude and mean about it .saying really all singles:( then my fiancee was so upset he went to car I just left. I was going to get more money out of my car but he imbaressed me so bad that I didnt even try to go back in.smh I mean you dont have to be rude and mean when you work with people
