I was met by a staff member when I walked in which I liked acknowledging they knew I was in the store. I was given information on how the store was laid out so I could locate the glasses and services I was looking for. Ace was very helpful in helping find glasses, answer questions and place my order. This was a wonderful experience.

Friendly and helpful staff from the minute I walked in, throughout, until I left. Awesome guy greeted me when I entered and he was attentive, yet gave me my space to browse while I picked out frames. He checked in, but didn’t hover and I usually take a really long time to browse, so I appreciated that.The two women that helped me narrow my choices were the perfect mix of ‘best friend who encourage my bold choices’ and ‘other best friend who makes sure those choices are comfortable and will work with the lenses I am getting.’ Since I was choosing in my own, I was thankful for their advice.New store looks FABULOUS! The doctors and staff at the Brookfield LensCrafters are AWESOME-they take time to answer your questions and make sure youre getting exactly what you need. The staff helped me find really cute frames that I could afford-they have really good taste there and helped me narrow down what looked good given my style and face shape. They were awesome! My grandpa always told me to go to LensCrafters. I had a horrible experience 10-12years ago and I swear I would never go back. The experience today changed my mind! I got my glasses somewhere else. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Aliyah adjusted and cleaned them very quickly. Then Aliyah asked my grandpa if she can borrow his glasses. She said she noticed that his glasses were crooked and they need new nose pads. Wow! Wow! Wow! I’m going to figure out what insurance I have and I’ll schedule my appointment because Aliyah went above and beyond!

They just completed a major renovation! Looks beautiful and they upgraded the optical equipment, so my exam has never been faster or more accurate! Great, helpful staff!

As soon as I walked in, I was politely and professionally greeted by the store manager. Upon learning the reason for my visit, I was introduced to advisor. She lead me through the assessment and did a very thorough job. She made for a good conversation while balancing work and professionalism. Excellently done. While finishing the payment process, another employee compared prices thoroughly and helped me make the best decision for my situation and needs. Polite and knowledgeable staff that gave continued excellent service! I only go to Lenscrafters for my glasses and contacts. Ive read all the comments about this location. I see all the five stars...they are well deserved praises. I would give them a 10 star if that was available. The only issue that I have is the wait. Im only available on the weekends due to work. I know they are fully staffed and that the weekends are crazy busy. I just wish they had more employees on the weekends. Thats just wishful thinking on my part. I know they probably have limited labor hours. I waited 20 minutes for an adjustment after I picked up my glasses about a month ago. The place was packed. It was worth the wait though! The person that was helping me went through the check boxes to make sure my new glasses fit me. Voila! I can see.... Looking back and reading the negative comments that others posted. Im rolling my eyes and scoffing at them. One complained about the price. Its one thing if you bought glasses from them and they messed up the prescription. Service and price are two different things people! You are free to shop anywhere. Dont buy the glasses if you think they are too expensive from the get go. Get your glasses online and roll the dice on getting glasses that works. And Yes! Sales promotions change, so dont expect that it will be the same cost for the same glasses that you got six months ago... People! Really?... If you walked in and you saw that they are busy and you are in there for an adjustment be prepared to wait. You dont know how many patients they are helping in the back where the doctors office are located. Oh wait... where you expecting them stop helping the customer that they are currently helping because you just have a simple adjustment. Thats not how first come first serve works. You are helped in order that youve arrive... I share the same pain that you had endure. But, I know how things work. Im in healthcare. Everything that we do now revolves around surveys and reviews. People have to realize that a negative review or survey is detrimental to the reputation of that establishment. I hate to see a great place that does things the right way get blasted on Google.

My wife and I walked in to this store this evening to get one of our frames adjusted that we bought couple of months ago. The associate at the counter greeted us, asked us to take a seat and then told us that someone will help us shortly. We waited about 15 minutes and not even one of the 5 associates working came to ask if we needed help or if we had been helped yet. Multiple associates saw us but helped other people. It appears you will only get helped if you are purchasing something but if you are an existing customer, you can just wait. Eventually, we walked out of the store without any acknowledgement or apology for the wait. We understand if they were a little busy, just waiting for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement seems like poor customer service.

When I was picking up my prescription I expected mediocre level service from a random company I haven’t heard of but I was completely impressed by the utter kindness and professionalism presented by the workers one specific associate Aliyah was extremely helpful and I hope that she is recognized🤩🤩🥰!! Within 20 minutes, I had already browsed a few frames, been prescreened, and was with a doctor. After finishing with my doctor, Ace helped me again choose my perfect glasses! I was greeted immediately when I walked in. The person that greeted me said it will be about 15-20mins for an adjustment because there were 5 people in front me. All the employees were very kind. I felt bad that I came in when it was very busy to get an adjustment, I badly needed it though. The associate who helped me had great energy, and he reassured me that I was not a bother at all. Not only did he fixed and adjusted my glasses, he returned from the lab and replaced my green nosepads. I didnt even ask! He just did it. That was outstanding anticipation of what I needed or just flat out taking the initiative to get the job done correctly. Again it was extremely busy, but the Asian man(I think he is Asian) did the job with enthusiasm and with care. He did introduce himself but I cant remember his name. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in and I felt genuine care for because four people said thank you to me and they all said have a great evening. An experience like this needs to be recognized! Kudos to the entire team at Brookfield LensCrafters. I understand why people were waiting for 20mins! It was worth the wait to get my glasses back and fitting perfectly! .

My husband and I went in for our yearly exams. We were told they had all our insurance information. We proceeded on with our exams, went out front thinking we would look at new frames instead we were told that the insurance system was down and the cc system as well but the lady next us used her cc. So now we need to make another trip back to pick out frames.

Ace, the general manager, is great. I had concerns and questions to which he provided quick but thorough answers. When I had issues he presented me with options. Retail, of any sort, needs managers like him.

Both my son and I have been coming to this LensCrafters for the past 2 1/2 years and I have always left extremely satisfied. Staff is knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in all aspects of service. In my opinion, they consistently go above and beyond. In all of my years dealing with eyeglass stores, this location is by far the best. I have recommended them to many others.

Ive been trying to call this location for three days. Selecting 1 for the doctors office results in a message that tells you to call back during business hours (it was the middle of the day, each time); selecting 2 for retail directs you to a a weird list of extensions and then asks you to leave a message. Pretty confidence-inspiring, team. Guess Ill purchase from on online retailer.

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Rentmeester at the Brookfield LensCrafters. I know I am receiving excellent care, and I have an enjoyable experience.

Very disappointed this time. In August 2020, my wife and I each purchased glasses. There was a sign, pick frames from this rack and get frames and premium progressive lenses starting at $199. We received poly carbonate, non reflective, blue light filter and transitional lenses for $249 each.Today (Feb. 2021) my wife needed a new pair. (Script changed.) Went in the store and saw the same sign. This time they priced out at $479. Asked about the difference and was told that there must have been some super, secret sale going on at the time.Super secret because no one told us at the time. Im guessing it had something to do with the manager, Ace helping us the first time. He wasnt available today.Needless to say, we left without purchasing.

I took my daughter on a Thursday evening and everyone was pleasant. Very disheartened by the amount of glasses that were sitting in a pile waiting to be cleaned and put back. Even heard the manager tell a person that evenings arent a good time to shop for frames because the personnel just can’t keep up with cleaning and stocking. “Cleaning” was spraying them with a solution and letting them air dry (???). The manager was actually waiting on us and was constantly pulled away. Eventually the system went down too. It took almost 2 hrs to get they the process. We were supposed to get the glasses on Saturday but they’d text us as to when. No text. Sunday I called and the person taking my call could only guess that my cell # was wrong or I didn’t opt in for text messages. When she checked, neither were true. My insurance is accepted here. I have learned to shop around for glasses. Mine are progressive lenses and a standard price with insurance is $400. Crazy!

I went to LensCrafters to get my yearly test and order a set of new frames. I placed an order for one pair of glasses (new frames, new lenses) and the second pair was the ones I had previously been using which had a part that needed repair. That second pair had an unexpired warranty but I had still had to pay extra to get them repaired. The attendant told they would be repaired onsite because it was just a matter of exchanging the lenses for a new copy of the frames and that it could be done onsite. When I went to pick up my glasses the box had one pair of wrong glasses with the wrong lenses. The second pair was fine. The glasses I left at the store to get the frames repaired are missing. One person, who wasnt there when I turned in the glasses for repair, claims they gave them to me. They did not. Why would I keep the glasses if they were to be repaired? I paid extra money to get them repaired and I am still waiting for a pair of glasses. Every time I call the store, they tell me someone will call me back and they dont. Three times I have called and nothing. I am getting ready to place a service to the consumer complaint. LensCrafters has completely disappointed me with the poor service I have received. This had never happened to me before with Lenscrafters or any other store. I felt cheated and disrespected for that employee to insist I had the glasses when I did not. She wasnt even at the store when I had my eye exam, ordered a new set of glasses, and asked for my old frames to be repaired or replaced.

Reading the reviews I was kinda worried about how my appointment would go but it was 5 start treatment. I arrived a little early and everyone was helpful and accommodating. I had an eye exam and got a pair of glasses. They also let me know due to covid that it might take 21 days for my glasses to come .I would definitely come back here.

My 5 year old and I had a great experience here. Dr Sadler was so sweet to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. Aliyah and Panou were great, as well. They were short staffed when we went but everyone was in a great mood and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure their customers were taken care of! Great job! Definitely recommend this location!

Due to insurance changes this year, I ended up choosing LensCrafters on Bluemound Rd for our vision care. They did not disappoint in any way shape or form. The Dr. was great and gave me personal suggestions and polite dont dos and reasons for such. Ace handled my vision services and was amazing and very personable, I see why he is the store manager! On our second visit, the Dr was great with both of my children, gave my daughter options in contacts but gave her honest opinion in keeping my daughter on her current contacts, this was very much appreciated. Our eye-wear specialist Jesse took care of us, she was very polite, very trendy and suggested a pair of glasses that my son loved and had the comfort that he was looking for. Overall Great Experience!

We’ve been coming to the Brookfield Lens Crafters for the last 2 years. Never had any trouble except maybe waiting a bit longer than usual when it was busy. Other than that, everyone has been helpful and eye doctors have been great...there is no pressure to make a purchase. My daughter wanted to exchange her glasses after a week because she didn’t like the style she chose. Wasn’t a problem and the sales person even helped her pick a style she wouldn’t have considered and now my daughter loves her glasses so much so, that after a year, we just got new lenses to replace the ones on her frame (saved us money). My family will continue to go there.

I am NOT pleased on how long that I have to wait for glasses. I was there 4 years ago to get glasses and they were made in about 2 hours or so. I needed a new pair of glasses in an emergency because they were in shambles and can barely see out of them. Needless to say I am now WAITING up to 20 days to get a new pair of glasses! Totally unacceptable! Living with, and looking through total distortion and getting headaches every day! This was an emergency for glasses!!!

I have always been a fan of LensCrafters until just recently. I bought glasses there less than 2 years ago. I generally pay more at LensCrafters because I expect great customer service and a great product. After about a year & a half, the anti-scratch protection started to flake off. The gal helping me said she had NEVER seen this happen before. However...they claim it isnt a defect! What? I have never had that happen in all the years I have been going there. You pay too much not to have them take care of their product. Very disappointing. I might as well go to a cheaper place and update my glasses every year for the same price!

Wow, what an experience. “Ace” (I believe he is the manager) helped me out of a jam. I wear my favorite glasses to court almost every week, and I had dropped them onto the concrete making them unusable. Not only did he cover them under warranty, but he made my backup pair of glasses comfortable enough to wear in a pinch. Friendly, pleasant, professional and efficient. I’ll never go anywhere else! What a great team, and their frame selection is wonderful too. A+

I went in today for replacement nose pieces and to ask about replacing a cap that screws onto the end of the earpiece (I have a Burberry brand glasses purchased here). The nose pads were no problem. But when I asked about the earpiece cap, I was met with a blank stare. Then I was told that they didnt have that part, and wouldnt consider taking it off a display piece. I was told that my only recourse would be to contact the manufacturer myself. Further, I was told to google the company to find their contact information. Really?I come to Lenscrafters for the quality product and service. Im very disappointed in this service. First of all, they should really have common replacement parts for each brand. Second, she didnt even check with a manager or look to see if they did have a display unit. Third: why wouldnt the tech call and arrange for a replacement part? Im supposed to find the information and contact the manufacturer myself? These glasses are less than a year old and are under warranty.Also, everytime I come in for an adjustment the staff makes me feel like Im inconveniencing them. Very dissapointed.

I was told I had a system issue with my insurance and had to wait until today to get glasses. I call earlier and they said they would get the prescription ready in case I wanted to pay cash. I show up, they did absolutely nothing. Then, told me I was lying about what I was told.Edit: I was called by Ace, the store manager, and he is willing to pay for all costs for the inconvenience. I pick them up tomorrow, but if all is in the up and up, I will change this review.Edit #2: Was promised and delivered by Ace. He kept me as a customer!

I came in for an exam and new glasses. Had an appointment, was seen 20 min late, and then after picking out lenses it was a full hour to get checked out on a Friday morning. I was told in store itd be 4-7 days to get my frames and I called in after 5 days to be told itd be up to two weeks.Completely unacceptable. And I will not return after I receive these new frames.

Unbelievable waiting time. They have no sense of how to scatter their employees so that some are working with pick-ups and some are working with new buys. When I phoned, they said they would call back and then they never did. Ive come to this store for years - it never used to be like this. This will be my last time.

I had such an amazing experience at this busy Lenscrafters. I called the store on the Friday before Christmas to see if they could fit me in for an exam. Ace understood my time crunch and was able to fit me in before I had to pick my son up from school. When I arrived, Ace was so helpful, personable, and very professional. Dr. Seprish spent time with me assuring that my prescription was correct. He was very patient with me and knew my previous experience at another glasses store was horrible. John helped me choose the right lenses for me and my lifestyle. All of these gentlemen were friendly and very good at their jobs. In fact, every member of the Brookfield Lenscrafters team went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with the service and organization of the team at this location. You have made a customer for life!

Just left this store - came here 3 times to get my glasses repaired.First.time waited 20 minutes and no one even helped me, was just before Christmas and figured they were just busy. Dropped them off yesterday and they called to indicated they were ready. Came back today and they couldnt find them...Good luck if you choose this place

Incompetence. I went here in April 2016. I had been there in the past, but I guess their eye doctors (Drs. Roy & Associates) left and went to a new location. The eye doctor who replaced them couldnt figure out my prescription. Ive been to many eye doctors, and I didnt even think that was possible. They said I may be a 1/4 size so to come back and they would try that. I wasnt going to waste more time there, however they did charge my insurance which used up my allotted appointment for the year.

Attention to detail is not their strong suit.

I got disappointment when they told me that my eyeglasses will be ready in 3 weeks 😳 and that was after I spent long time for test and choosing my glasses! 3 weeks? Really???

I were bificals . The old Dr. Should retire. He said that there is no such thing is bifocals in contacts and I have to wear the contacts I have .I cant see anything .even with biffocal glasses . He said its all part of aging and sent me on my way . I am very dissatisfied . I will never go back .was a patient of Dr Roys .

I went in to get my glasses adjusted, and the lady who helped me was very snotty. She made me feel really bad. She started out with a chip on her shoulder for no reason. I will never go back to this location.I have been buying my glasses at LensCrafters forever. Now I am either going to have to find a different company or drive to the LensCrafters in Menomonee Falls where I used to go. The people in Menomonee Falls are very nice. But it is a much further drive for me now. I am not happy.

I received a coupon from my new vision insurance for $40 off Blue IQ lenses, which is the only reason I went to LensCrafters. After this visit, I will never be back. Just doesnt have the same feel as a doctors office.

Worst experience ever! Went in for an eye exam and came out 2 hours later without the necessary information to order glasses. They would not give the pupillary distance measurement. I asked for the manager and she told me that if I order one pair of glasses from them, they will let me have the information. Dont waste your time with one of these mall doctors.

I got a phone call saying my glasses were ready and when I drove 15 minutes and waited another 20 for service, they couldnt find them and then claimed they hadnt called anyone today. I showed them my caller ID in my phone and they just shrugged. Never coming here again.

I was a little leary to go to such a large franchise store to have my eye exam, but I figured I would give it a try. SOOOOOO happy I did! Dr. Roy is the first optomitrist to be able to explain why I have some of the eye issues Ive complained about in the past and everyone else said I was just fine. After his very thorough exam, I decided to check out the glasses at LensCrafters. After wandering around comparing all of the glasses for an hour, one of the girls came up and helped me make the decision which glasses looked best on me. I was very grateful to have her help, it was nice having an objective opinion and she was right! I have gotten so many compliments since I picked them up yesterday. Well done and Ill be back next year!!

Be bery careful! The eye dr that use to be in the back has left and opened their own place. (We did not know this until my husband was half way through his appt) Lens crafters is totally un organized. A VERY Un professional experience, no one could get their story right. Did not feeling he was a priority. 4 people during his appointment asked if her wore contacts and then asked why he is not wearing them right know.( ummm duh thats why he is in for an eye exam) His prescription has not changed in years and now all of a sudden it changed supposedly. Google Dr.Roy and associates in Brookfield they were the ones that were in the back of lens crafters they moved off of Capital, been going to them for years and never had a bad experience.

I have been wearing glasses for years (13) and going to lenscrafters for just as long but I yesterday I had a terrible experience with your costumer service in your brookfield location. About a year ago I went in to get prescription sunglasses but never really wore them because I rarely if ever wear my glasses. This year, however, I am now wearing my glasses 24/7 so I started to wear my sunglasses.I started to notice that with the sunglasses I had no depth perception- I thought things were closer than they were and when I looked at things that were close to me I was seeing things slightly blurry (keep in mind I have no problem reading or looking at my phone - in fact when I am reading I take my glasses off because I dont need correction). Also, I see perfect out of my glasses (the same glasses I have had for 7 years). So clearly the problem is NOT my vision but in fact the glasses.I did know that I was past the 90 days so I was fully intent on paying to get them fixed- I never once asked for free or insisted lenscrafters did something wrong. All I wanted to know was why I was seeing fine out of my glasses and not fine out of my sunglasses. However, the person I was talking to insisted that the glasses were made perfectly, that it was my vision that was wrong (even though I told him multiple times that I see perfect out of my glasses and saw the eye doctor (at that lenscrafters mind you) just three weeks ago. He even suggested that at 24 I may need bifocals because I told him it was hard for me to read in the glasses- even though I told him multiple times I dont need glasses to read and I see FINE with my glasses.He was so hell bent on making sure that it was something wrong with my prescription and not the glasses. Well I knew that was wrong because like I said before and multiple times to him I see fine in my normal glasses. So because he could not diagnose what was wrong with the glasses to throw off my depth perception, I took my business to JC Pennys to get a new pair of sunglasses (ones I could actually use). While there, I expressed my concerns over getting another pair since LensCrafters couldnt diagnose my problem. She looked at my sunglasses and immediately detected a prism in the left lens that was not supposed to be there which would account for my lack of depth perception as well as the slight blur.I was so frustrated when I left LensCrafters. I was fully willing to pay to fix the mistake because I had not realized it until past the 90 days. However, instead your company just kept insisting I must be wrong.All that being said, I do absolutely LOVE my doctor at LensCrafters and will continue to see her. However, I will not be buying any more frames from your store.
