Super cute cookies! The reason I am giving them a 4 star is because when I placed the order online it said I would be sent the tracking number for fed ex. That never happened. Even after I messaged them online they said it would be sent to me and that I should call the store. Which I did and the store said they didn’t have a tracking number. A little frustrating when you pay that amount for 3 cookies. The cookies were as $37.99 for these cookie which is a bit pricey. The fed ex shipping price is outrageous almost $15.00 to have these delivered. There should have been an option to have door dash or grub hub deliver. 3 cookies for around $50.00.

Cookies were a big hit. The person retiring loved it! A bit on the pricey side for the average consumer, but worth the money for special occassions and corporate events/gifts.

I called on a Friday afternoon asking for a dozen cookies for a bridal shower on Sunday. The woman who answered the phone was very polite considering my almost impossible request. Her and the rest of the staff not only did a dozen but two dozen for me. The cookies looked amazing and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very thorough to make sure the colors and writing were exactly what I wanted. They were the ONLY place out of 10 places I called that did this for me in such a short amount of time and were polite about it! Will be using them in the future for everything I can!

The cupcakes were fine, but the staff wasn’t wearing a mask. It really soured my opinion. She also could have used a hairnet. Gross

Excited to see this was the only place, aside from grocery stores, that offered personalized cookie cakes. Sadly, most of the cake we ordered was discarded as the frosting was...terrible. Im not sure which ingredient was overused, probably the powered sugar, but it was very bitter. The part we did eat we took the frosting off to just eat the cookie part. We picked up a cookie cake from Metro Market for the Packer game and tasted much better, will return to the grocery store for future orders. Again, very disappointed with the order.

We live 3 hours away from our immediate family. This year we chose to send personalized cookie bouquets as our gift of choice and our children, grandchildren, nieces, etc. are THRILLED when they get their delivery! Personalized cookie bouquets show people that more thought was put into a long-distance gift. Hand delivery even makes it more special. The cookie designs are incredible, they taste great and are a fun surprise. We couldnt be more pleased with the customer service and delivery too. Thank you, CBD!

Incredible customer service!!! I walked in hoping to get a cookie cake for the same day and they went above and beyond for me. The cookie cake was so beautiful and well made. Kim was so nice and even wanted to make sure I loved it when being delivered. I cant say enough to thank them for how awesome they are!!

I ordered 5 cookies on Tuesday for a special birthday on Wednesday. They cautioned me it wouldn’t be done until Thursday. That’s fine, completely understand. I received an email that the order was in process. I assumed that I would be notified when it was complete.I received a voice mail at 2:18 pm stating the cookies were ready to be picked up, however cookie pick up time is only until 2 pm.I immediately had to leave work, which is 30 minutes away to run and grab them, otherwise they were closing and I’d have to wait another day.I guess I was just frustrated on the lack of communication when my order was ready/pick up times/closing times (online says open till 6 pm).

Very happy with the big 12 piece cookie bouquet, very large Cookies! Will buy others in the future. I have tasted them in the past and know they are delicious 😋.

I ordered cookies for my wifes birthday to be delivered on a Friday because her birthday was on a Saturday. When I placed the order I communicated that it was being delivered to a school (my wife is a school teacher) and that it needed to be delivered before 12:00 PM because that is when the teachers are in the teachers lounge eating. Additionally, I called once in the early morning (9:00 AM) and (11:00 AM) to confirm that the cookies were going to be delivered on time and both times Cheryl assured me they would be on time. They werent........ School lets out at 2:30 and the cookies were delivered at 2:45 and were handed to an after school sports coach who placed them outside the office because it was closed. Over the weekend that cookie basket was ransacked and looted by kids and whatnot. Obviously, I called and complained to Cheryl who assured me they would send a new basket out Monday to make up for being late and missing out on the deadline. I was happy with the resolution and waited to hear from my wife on how the cookies were and if her co-workers enjoyed them. Once again they were not delivered. I called Cheryl again and she said she spoke with the delivery company and they said that they were delivered and handed right to my wifes hands on time and that is why she did not send out a basket. I explained that was not the case and that she had been lied too. Cheryl assured me that she would send out the cookies on Tuesday and she would even add some more cookies for good measure to make up for the mistake. Although the birthday surprise was now ruined I honestly (at this point) wanted to get what I paid for and move on from this horrible experience. Did the cookies come???? NO. Instead Cheryl called the school to investigate the whereabouts of the first cookie basket. She spoke to the principal who said she say the first cookie basket (the one that was left in the hallway over the weekend and ransacked) and decided that Cookies By Design is not responsible if things are not delivered on time. I spent almost $200.00 on cookies to surprise my wife and her co-workers on her birthday and the poor management and this store decided that what was delivered was good enough. Obviously, I will be disputing the charges. This is just a warning to all if you are going to do this for your friend/family and purchase from here.

They delivered a beautiful cookie bouquet very quickly to help brighten the day of a little girl. Although the online order said they couldnt deliver until 2 days later, I called the next morning and they happily moved my order up to same day. I will definitely use them again!

I ordered cookies for three different companies using promotional coupons. The person taking the orders from me was very pleasant and thorough about the details of each order. At the end of our conversation, she repeated all three of the orders taking special note of each companys address and telephone number. I really appreciated the fact that she did not rush me when I was conveying the information to her. I was really impressed with her professionalism and friendliness on the telephone. It was apparent that she had been well-trained for telephone orders for Cookies By Design. I have always thought that your company offered a good product at a reasonable price and made sure that the deliveries were completed. I ordered a cookie bouquet and a side of cupcakes for my daughters sweet 16th birthday. The cookies and cupcakes were amazingly delicious! We have already gone back for some cupcakes and we cant wait for the next special occasion to treat ourselves! This was a delicious change from flowers that will just die! The quality and variety of products are awesome. You can leave a personal message on one of the cookies for the family.I would recommend selecting the hand delivery (even though it costs more) as then it is delivered by the local store instead of shipping up from some other place such as Texas, all the way to Wisconsin.I also appreciate that it seems as though the hand delivery is scheduled to be when someone is actually home (afternoons and evenings) instead of just left at the doorstep.

My son’s very good friend broke his shoulder and had to have surgery. We thought that cookies would cheer him up. The presentation was spot on and the message was written the way I requested. I ordered the cookies at 8:30pm and the cookies were made and delivered by noon the next day. Great service, great presentation and great taste! My son’s buddy felt special and so did the rest of his family. This was a great way to let them know we care and that we were thinking of them.

Im obsessed over their cookies! It would be awesome if there was a rewards program where customers could earn free cookies though. That would get me into the shop a lot more than I do now.

My dad has been working at a company for quite some time with many challenges. He has been trying so hard to get a new job and he had his heart set on one in Madison. Hes in his 50s so I think he was a bit hesitant on applying initially. When he finally heard back from the company, they told him he did not get the position. I know he was discouraged and my mom told me not to say anything to him. So instead, sitting at home that night, I figured to make a negative, positive and send him something to his work. If I can make even 1 day at the job for him better, its worth the money and time. He sent me a picture of the cookie bouquet and couldnt stop thanking me. My mom sent me messages saying how my dad came home with the biggest grin on his face. Thank you all so much for helping out my dad. He will always be my hero... no matter what he does in life. I bought a cookie bouquet for a dear friend who had surgery. Because he didnt have a room yet when it was delivered so it went into the day surgery office. After the surgery he went to a room but the office was locked up for the weekend. I called on Saturday and the cookie bouquet place checked into why he didnt get his bouquet, made him a new bouquet and delivered it within 2 hours of me calling.
