I love the people who work here. But quite frankly fresh thyme should be investigated over their produce. I keep buying food the looks good on the outside and is rotting on the inside. I just bought peppers there and one of them had black mold inside it. Fresh thyme used to be known for being trustworthy, but it no longer is. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars in the last year. And I will not buy produce from here again. I feel like using the word fresh in stores name is what makes it the most appalling of all

Should be called Not So Fresh Thyme. Their produce is the poorest quality I have ever encountered. We bought green peppers that looked great until we cut them open and they were rotting. All of their produce is the same. In most cases the produce is only edible on the day it is purchased.

Love this place. Handicap friendly motorized scooters good vitamin selection. Great fruits and veggies and love the Boars Head deli meats.

The older gentleman in the meat department is excellent. Always friendly and funny. The meat is always fresh and selection of sausages is good. I would recommend their Polish and Sweet Italians. I also picked up ribs which were meaty and very tasty.

Love their peanut butter..no sugar!

My first time visit was a totally pleasant experience. The layout of the store was really very comfortable and their attention to health was evident in all the items they stocked. The produce was fresh and fair priced. My biggest surprise was at checkout. The usual Did you find everything you needed line from the cashier was as expected...but from the bagging girl when she notice some guacamole that I purchase said: I had this for lunch today, I loved it! Then she looked at the item more closely and said...I dont like the way this is sealed, I will get you a different package. Faster than I could respond, she was gone and back. I am sure that she would have taken first in a Fast and Furious car race. There is NO doubt that I will go back to that store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While shopping at this store today a woman not wearing a mask began moving toward me picking out produce. I asked an employee whether they enforced the mask mandate, and his reply was “if they don’t want to wear one, there’s nothing we can do about it”. Then he scurried away from me so fast that he ran over my foot with the dolly they use to stock pallets-worth of groceries. Nice. Always great when a company doesn’t care about the health or safety of either their customers or employees. Incredibly disappointing.

The have an amazing stuff always! Im vegan and these Just eggs are kind of hard to find but not here! Sales are great and change every week. Everyone is so nice and helpful, parking is easy and close to more stores.

This store was great when it first opened, but more and more they do not have the items Ive come to shop here for....meat, and mainly produce..The truck never made its delivery, or, We sell out of that all the time!Heres a follow up...9/30...4:15 pmAnother follow up...we have been fans of the tornado shrimp, and this last batch we bought were horrible! We have noticed the shrimp getting smaller, and as you can see, these are probably the 51/60 count...tasteless and chewy.Again the checkout terminals were not able to register my rewards #....something the cashier or m.o.d. didnt know how to correct.Was told not to worry...none of the sale items needed a reward # !!!!!!....(lets just forget about me earning rewards for frequently bought items!)Down to one star now.

Very clean and enjoyable place to shop. They have good pricing on many things and also a great time to catch up on the great read called Bacon Gone bmBad, by Brigette Duval Begos and you can find it on Amazon, eBay and book patch.com till our next outing...

Like this store, good prices on regular produce, limited organic food relatively, decent bakery and meat sections. Wines, vitamins, open stock of nuts, a very easy to see the store from road.

Great selection of organic food and I didnt get harrased over my medical condition for not wearing a slave diaper. One of the few truly American businesses that hasnt sold out to communist dictates. The food is a bit pricey but thats a moot point considering its high quality and very delicious. Ill be going here now that woodmans went full on commie. Please continue to allow freedom so I dont have to boycott your business as well.

This is the friendliest most eclectic natural food store Ive ever visited.

Coming from California, where Sprouts was my go to stop for produce and meat, this is like a taste of home. The same in many ways, better in some, worse only in location. Wish it was closer to home, Id happily shop here weekly if it were more convenient. Cant miss stopping on a Wednesday, double sale day. Give it a shot.

I used to love Fresh Thyme. It was my favorite grocery store. FT was a cross between Outpost Foods and Sendiks, with low costs. I could find the organics I needed, high quality bulk items (wide range of nuts, seeds & dried fruits), some unique & specialty items (Fruit & Seed Granola, Wagyu beef), and Fresh Thyme branded versions of big brand items that were made with more healthy concerns in mind. I particularly liked FTs Clam Chowder, Bean with Bacon soup, and Wheat Square crackers. Since FT was bought by Meijer, many of the unique items (including FT brands) have been disappearing. Now it is just a regular grocery store. Why take away what made FT special?

Surprise! So many friendly former Menomonee Falls store staff work here, that it was a joyful blessed experience to run into so many stellar smiley Falls staff! This Brookfield store gained a lot of sweet valued and treasured employees!

Not impressed with the produce department at this location. Much fresher produce at the one in Greenfield. Wilted baby bok choy, apples soft and way past their prime (maybe found 3 in that variety that were still good out of the whole display), most of the garlic is shriveled and looks like it’s been ages since the stock was rotated, wilted and yellowing parsley roots, artichokes turning brown, heads of radicchio wilted and shriveled. I did go on a Sunday, but even so, a lot of those took some time to go bad. Honestly this level of neglect reminds me of Woodmans’ produce department. Would like to see more “fresh” in this Fresh Thyme.

Liked it a lot- a little different fare from Pick and Save. Many discounted items. Friday night at 6:30 very few people so shopping was easy. I got sushi and curry chicken kieffer, carrot juice and milk.

Love fresh thyme! Great produce, & meats. My favorite place to shop for both.

Kind of Trader Joe style. Service was friendly and good. Vegetables not bad. Fair amount of specialty products. The polish and bratwurst look good, but are devoid of any flavor. The Polish was like eating a center cut pork chop. The brat was full of water. The most prominent thing for both is a slight sugar taste. A brown slurry emanated from them while cooking. I would state somebody made up a batch of stuff and forgot all seasoning. Seriously. All seasoning.

I just bought a bread today (11/3/20). After reading the label when I got home it was best by 10/9/20. YUCK!! Usually things are ok here.

The store is nice. I have had a lot of great experiences at the downers grove Illinois locations, but since living in Wisconsin this store has been sub par to those experiences. Some employees are genuinely annoyed when you ask a question or need help with something. Produce seems to overstay its welcome to the point of having mold if you visit the store at the right time

Love Fresh Thyme, their service is great and they carry a lot of stuffs which I cant find elsewhere. Fresh veggies and fruits. Good variety of seafood and meat selection.

Good but expense

Loved the produce. Nice bulk selection! Puts other natural food stores to shame. They also have essentials like laundry soap, health and beauty aids, etc. I was very impressed. I was greeted warmly and the man explained how their ads work (overlapping ads on Wednesday, so double sales). Clerks were helpful. Cashiers were awesome. Cant wait for the one to open by my house next week!

With reservation (covid-19 concerns) went this afternoon to take advantage of produce sale. Felt safe —though, disappointing, some customers were not wearing masks. I worked at staying 6 feet from others. The clerks wore masks—one wore a shield mask. But I did not like that the checkouts were so close to one another. A fellow customer was less than 6 feet from my backside and I had to wait for a customer to leave the aisle next to me otherwise I would have been less than 6 feet from her (she was not wearing a mask). Not sure I can go back in person due to my age and the lay out.

They have great produce and fresh meat . I love the sausage from the meat counter .

I love fresh Thyme, I dont say that too much about grocery stores but fresh thyme has carved itself this little niche and I dont see them stopping. Most products are natural and organic with some better known brands scattered throughout the store but its not very tight with their own brand. The greatest thing... you can grind your own peanut butter and its taste is out of this world, Nothing beats fresh Peanut butter especially when you have multiple choices for which type of nut you want from peanut, to almond, even cashew.

Martin in the butcher shop was incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable, knew about the type of meat we were looking for and was very well versed on where they source their meat from. Fresh Tyme in Brookfield is worth coming to purely due to him. We went to the one in the Falls and they were relatively clueless about their meat. Expertise is rare now a days, but Martin is a master of his craft.

The store is always clean and bright. Produce prices are great. Salad bar always seems fresh. The only thing needed is more attention to detail with the sample set ups.Humus tasting with no crackers. Electrolytes to try but no cups.. Cheese to taste no toothpicks.

The people here are kind and helpful, they have a lot of the things you might be looking for in a grocery store. Missing a few speciality or obscure items, but generally good selection.

I have been shopping here almost daily for close to a year now. Lately Ive noticed staff has changed quite a bit and i dont think its a good thing. There is one cashier thats just a little rough bagging the groceries, so i try to avoid that line. Ive been twice to the deli this week and feel like Im inconveniencing them to cut deli meats/cheeses. I want to shop somewhere that I can get my deli meat/cheese the way I want it sliced and not have to worry about a cashier that may damage the produce I just picked out carefully. I am sorry to say, but after today I need to find another deli...the bag was all bunched up and I had to take it out of the deli bag and rearrange it. At close to $10 spent on Swiss cheese, I expect to at least have better customer service & care put into what Im purchasing for my family.One big factor in me continuing to come back to shop is the meat department! Great prices, good quality & excellent customer service in that department!! Ill just have to figure out where to go for the deli.

Love the selections! Though I wish there was Rebel Kitchen coconut milk there. Would have loved a pint to have as a treat.

As an employee, typically you never enjoy going to work. Especially when you are 7 and a half months pregnant and can tell your work ethic is declining. But I have by far the best managers and co workers around! Jeff the store manager has been nothing but amazing to me! He is the most caring and understanding store manager you’ll find. Nadine is also another great manager!! I’ve been employed with them since finding out I’ve been pregnant and every single manager and employee in the deli has supported me, been by my side, and have been very understanding as I continue to get bigger and am slowing down. I have never enjoyed a job as much as I enjoy fresh tyme.

Great salad bar! Fresh lettuce and spring mix with lots of options for toppings. Great selection of produce too. I wont go anywhere else for my fruit, vegetables, and meats!

Had a fantastic prime rib steak from here. The food was fresh and is priced right. I really liked the store and is worth the time to go there. Nice job!

Spectacular, have been here almost three times a week for the last 4 weeks, be it for groceries, drinks, fresh made pizza, or sandwiches. I had to share my experience after one of their employees, Eli, literally ran to make fresh tuna salad for me instead of simply telling me that they were out. The sandwish was amazing. Genuine people, fantastic service, great food, and terrific prices. Go here.

Great prices and sales on produce! I love how big the store is, too. I wish there was a hot food bar, but the choose-your-own-jelly-beans station makes up for it. They have great soaps, probiotics, and supplements here, as well!

Have been to the Brookfield location 4 times and feel like I have given them enough chances. Twice went for sale items that they were out of. The last time was over charged, they were offering a 20% off frozen seafood and the receipt did not reflect the discount. When I questioned the cashier since there is no customer service, she had to look in the weekly ad and after quite some time for her to come up with the refund amount she still only gave us back 10%. At this time people were waiting in line and it just wasnt worth it nor was she very helpful. So were done with Fresh Thyme.

Nice store with lots of healthy items. As an AfAm I appreciate they dont follow me around. Really nice staff, and they make their own juices. I love the red juice made with beets

The one glaring problem, at the Brookfield store at least, is they are out of stock of the major sale items frequently. The area with the most problems is keeping their meat specials stocked. Management seems indifferent and does not respond to messages left on their website. Great produce, pretty good meats. Very good prices. Just very hard to do your one-stop shopping for the week. Not good for busy people.

What an amazing store! First time going, had great deals on produce and a huge selection of vegan goodies!! Olive bar was divine!

This location in Brookfield has a lot of nice staff and they were very helpful. They were out of the honey roasted ground peanut butter but did offer a rain check for the next time that I come in. Otherwise the location was clean and I had no problems finding the grocery that I wanted.

I loved going here till I went the other day and brought 2 packs of wings. It smelled like dead animals when I opened the packages. Now if you been at this location the meat section is like 15 wide . The chicken should have been checked to small to not check. That was the last straw. That could make my family deathly sick. Never go back.

Always great selections and plenty of sales of you watch the ads closely. Wednesday is the best day to shop since you get the proces of last week and the current weeks ad!

They have everything and anything healthy that you can imagine I kind of reminds me of a flea market but its clean and the work are very nice, the prices are extremely reasonable!!

Makes shopping for healthy foods and organic produce easy, almost fun. The olive bar is a savory dream.

Both my daughter and I shopped at the new Fresh Thyme Market in Brookfield. Neither of us were impressed. They carry a fraction of organic fruits and vegetables that Whole Foods has and I think even Trader Joes has them beat on fresh organics. Unless an Item is on sale, their prices are the same if not higher than Whole Foods. More hype than anything. Wont go back.

Surprisingly good prices on weekly sale items from time to time. Reliable quality. Very pleasant sales staff.

My 3 year old loves to come get grocery here with me!
