Answered all of my questions and offered more information about the stones I was choosing from. I chose the Elisa necklace and the jeweler placed the stone right in front of me. If you have been to Kendra Scott, you know that they have GORGEOUS jewelry. I have never been disappointed with what I have gotten from there. About a year ago, I had purchased a necklace from them, that I wore quite frequently. Within that year, it started to tarnish. I tried to clean it, but it still looked pretty sad. I brought the necklace in to see what I could do to salvage it. Cathy and Lyla were so helpful and kind. Because I had the receipt, they replaced the whole necklace for free. I now have my beautiful necklace back, and will try and take better care of it. THANK YOU CATHY & LYLA for making my bare neck look much better, and thank you for being so AMAZING!! I already thought highly of Kendra Scott store, but now Kendra Scott will get all my jewelry business. They are simply the best - best jewelry and the nicest people working there

I went into this store for the first time and was planning on just looking. A lady who worked there let me try on some of their more expensive rings. I ended up really liking one and was going to purchase. The lady told me to stand in line while she helped someone else. It felt very off putting and that they didn’t care for my business. I’m used to employees at jewelry stores helping you from start to finish..in part because they want the higher priced sale. Maybe I’m wrong, but I was put off by the service at the end and ended up walking out without the piece of jewelry because of it.

In the past Ive had nothing but good things to say, everyone there is usually so helpful but this week my boyfriend went in to return a ring he had gotten for me because the style just didnt fit my finger quite right. The girl at the counter was the same girl who had helped him before and when he brought it in the first thing she asked him was if things between you guys didnt work out. There were multiple other customers in the store and everyone was shocked that she would even ask him something as invasive as that. His personal life relationship details are not her her business. I thought it was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and it made him feel terrible. She processed the return after with no problems but made him feel absolutely terrible in the process and now he doesnt want to go back to the store at all.

I scheduled a color bar party for myself and my bridesmaids today and the experience far exceeded my expectations. They had the cutest little setup waiting for us complete with macaroons and bubbly and the girls were great to work with!! Would highly recommend!

Located in The Corners of Brookfield is designer Kendra Scotts boutique. The store is bright and airy, the jewelry sparkles as does the courteous and helpful staff. Definitely worth taking a peak at especially if youre looking for a gift or if its the month of your Birthday (you may get a piece of jewelry for yourself at a discount).

I love Kendra Scott!! I always get such fantastic service here! The aesthetic of the store makes you feel like youre in an oversized jewelry box. Its so feminine and beautiful. Her pieces are unique and special. I went in yesterday to see if the necklace my daughter recieved for her birthday could be repaired. Meg was amazing!! She attempted and succeeded at the repair, but had alternate options available just in case. (The style my daughter recieved was sold out). She even remembered helping me during Christmas with a different gift. I would definitely recommend visiting Kendra Scott.
