If you call for parts availability, they will answer on speaker phone, let you ask your question, then place you on hold. Never to return. Eventually you get tired of waiting and just hang up. I think this is standard practice. I have called multiple times, and this has happened, every. single. time...Kind of funny, i was in the store making a purchase the other day and witnessed it from the other end too. The lady checking me out answered the phone on speaker. She totally ignored the callers question (she was ringing up my purchase), then said hold please, and finished ringing me up. She never once looked for what the lady asked about. After I paid, she started ringing the next customer leaving the poor caller on the eternal hold. I felt her pain.

The worker put a battery in that cost $174.00 and didnt put the plastic container it was supposed to sit in and didnt tighten the cables.had to get someone else to take it out and redo what he was supposed to do..WILL NOT GO BACK
Knowledgeable staff, helped me install my mass air flow meter in my truck, as I was passing through on my road trip. Had a great conversation about Alexandria, Louisiana, with a cute red headed employee, and after all that.. Alexandria, not even that nice. Jk thanks guys

The young man in charge was black and so was the young female associate. She was new and really didnt know alot. I took my daughter to order and purchased atorque converter. Which was no small price. Instead of helping his trainee, he told her to wait as she was trying to help us. After being on his personal cell, he helped another customer who came on long after we did. Customer was black. He felt he had a problem with the only two white customers. I want be back and the lose mine and my familys business. I know this, credit cards or the prince but Cash is King and no business can survive without it.
Only one person of the 4 or 5 on duty was actually working. I stood there for almost 30 minutes while everyone that came in after me was waited on and out the door. Even when asked to help me by the young man helping the customer on the phone the other employees went in about their business of nothing.

Words cannot describe how I appreciate the workers at this store. For context, I just moved here not a month ago from across the state knowing just a few people. Today, my car decided to refuse to start on me at Clints pharmacy. Luckily, Autozone was just down the road. I went in to ask if they knew any mechanics that could put a part in without requiring a towing fee. They referred to me to one of their workers, Tyler M. The boss let him take a 5 minute break to see if he could be able to install it. He was able to. I bought the part, and met up with him at my car once he got off work. He worked on it and found that main issue was the battery (He constantly apologized for not checking it first which was no big deal to me. I was more upset at the Walmart mechanics who put the battery incorrectly a few weeks ago). Due to the part already been in use, store policy would not let me return it. He advised me to have the old part tested at their store. When I did, I found out that I was eventually going to have to replace the starter. Not only he charged me a very fair price to installed the starter (other places wanted to charge double just for labor and not including the tow fee), but he helped prevent a headache in the future. Every employee I have came in contact with today was very polite and have good manners. Lets just say that I am definitely going to be a returning customer at this location.

Helpful and allow you to borrow tools if fixing auto on store premises. I bought a radiator hose and changed it out in the parking lot. Very positive experience at this store. Superior to other AutoZones in the region.

I love the AutoZone in Brookhaven, the people are very friendly and go the extra mile. I dont remember the managers name but he is very knowledgeable and is just a really good, service oriented guy. I cant recommend them enough.

Ordered a raditor for an older vehicle that I was selling. Was told it would be in on Friday. Went to pick up the radiator and it was never ordered. Lost the sale and cost me $7500 because it wasn’t ready when the buyer come to pick it up. Incompetent!!!!
They were very busy, probably could have used another cashier, but very nice and helpful.

Went to autozone to get a battery. I broke down in town so had no other choice. The service was poor. They were not friendly at all. I felt like I was talking to a wall. When I went to buy the battery I bought it on my card. My card didnt have exact change on it and they canceled the purchase. They still took all my money off my card now 4 days later my money is still on hold. If I didnt have family to help me I would stare and not have anything I need. Thankfully my mother in law bought the battery for me with a 90 day warranty and one of the employees goes on to say youll be back in 91 days. If they hadnt taken my money i could of gotten a better one. It was just a horrible experience if I could give no stars I would.

Oil 50% higher than Wal Mart, and refused the price match. Sell K&N air filters, but not the recharge kits to maintain them. Very long wait just to find this out.
The best postal you can go to is AutoZone and Napa OReilly a man can be off the map with no charge

Finally after 24 months and 18 starters a young lady at autozone got me the right starter for my truck, she actually listened to me and didnt do what the computer told her. And it was in fact a different starter than whAt the computer had been giving me.
Everytime I go in here there are always plenty of employees however they always ignore everyone and dont try and help. Then once youre ready to check out, good luck getting anyone of the employees to check put your items or even acknowledge youre ready to go. Calling the store is just as bad. If you call be prepared to be on hold for at minimum 15 to 20 minutes and thats before they find out what youre trying to get. Best advise is to just go to Advance or OReillys.

Well if it aint in the computer. Evidently it doesnt exist. Because the computer doesnt list it and I dont care if you are holding it and it has numbers on it. It doesnt matter.

Walked in and passed 2 employees. Had to find the book to look up what I wanted, which they apparently were out of. 4 employees in the store and not a soul acknowledged my exsistance. I walked back by them and back out the door. They were not waiting on anyone.

Every time I go to autozone in Brookhaven, MS no one is willing to help and have NEVER been asked if I needed any help. Today I was passed by same employee twice and she never asked or offered. If I did that in my business, I would be out of business. I’ll never spend another dollar on here
I found out today at this particular location that if I pay for an alternator with my debit card, someone who is NOT ME can return the item for cash. I paid with a pin number apparently. Just a heads up for unsuspecting customers like myself!
