Clean and well stocked store with generally helpful staff.Harbor Freights return policy is quite misleading, and in the last year the prices have risen to become nearly equivalent to other stores. Often harbor freight is more expensive for an inferior product. Ill let my inside track club membership lapse this year for this reason. Ill still be a customer for certain items, but no longer a fan.

Well i havent been in there but in Brookhaven people are wonderful

Im loving me some Mrs. Shoneta she is very much enjoyable when going thought her line and she doesnt rush u or make u feel bad especially if u do coupons she actually checks and make sure she got the and she enjoys her job but also I very much love that she remembers u bc today I went in and it did it made me feel good she remember me from last month when I was there but also we both did a wonderful thing today we helped a lady with some gifts for her church with the shoe boxes not to many people as in the workers will tell about the sales with coupons or help Iike she did THANK YOU MRS. SHONETA FOR BEING A GREAT PERSON ... BROOKHAVEN STORE IS MUCH BETTER THEN MC COMB STORE I MUST SAY

The people working for this company are Awesome!!Yesterday, I accidently left my brand new cell phone in a shopping basket. I wasnt sure if thats where I left my phone but if it was there, I was hoping it was still there when I called the store hours later.The nice worker Matthew, looked for my phone but didnt have any luck finding it.This morning I called the store again-- and the friendly associate working informed me that my phone was there and was in the office for safe keeping until I go pick it up. I feel like this store should be recognized for Honesty and Courteous to customers (me!)Thank you Harbor Freight!!+

They have some real nice tools and products there for gardening outdoors construction to flower beds they have all the tools that you need for a lower price up to generators drills you got to like the paint cars they have it all

Just looked around today. Did not make a purchase today, but will be coming back for future purchases.

Hours says they close at 8 on Wednesday and I called the office to check in. She got rude and said they were closed for the holidays. I literally watched 2 people leave before me and 4 after me. And more pulled up to the door confused on why they were closed so early, while I was strapping my baby in.

I bought a drain cleaner from Harbor Freight in Brookhaven Mississippi for $214 and it broke the second week I called back to the store and they put me on hold and never returned after I waited 45 minutes at one time 30 minutes 28 minutes they never return to the phone all returned my call I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and I wont ever go there again I have spent a lot of money in there over the years but this issue has stopped me from shopping at Harbor Freight very poor service and tools
