Do not get you oil changed here.Overfilled my truck with three more quarts of oil than needed and sent it off, because they misread the manual and looked at the total transmission fluid capacity instead of oil. Needless to say you should not trust someone who screws up this badly with your car. If I hadnt caught this mistake early my engine could have been seriously damaged.

2.5 hour wait to change ONE TIRE when I had already made an appointment online days in advance. Stood at the counter waiting for service for almost a half an hour every time I went, waited for 30 minutes to check out after they told me my car was done.

I normally love Walmart Auto. I never had any issues with my vehicle after any work done. I just bought a new set of 4 tires from Brookings SD Walmart. And one of them has a leak. I came in at 8am so I could get to work within two to three hours at most. Because my car is in flandreau at a gas station and I just brought the tire alone due to my donut being flat as well (I forgot to check it that was my bad) and my vehicle not being in Brookings. I thought being one of the first here, I would be in and out for them to find the leak, repair it and I could be on my way. But according to the guy manning the register and their manager. it’s more important for them to complete oil changes first. I am disappointed because Walmart is usually a first come first served basis. But this time was not the case.

Bought a jumpstart kit with air compressor. Works great helped me a lot to jumpstart my old Chevy Malibu.All products are neatly stacked, not cluttered, well labelled, spacious and clean. Have most of the things you need for your cars. Better visit traditional auto shop for serious issues.

Have only gotten tires fixed, or replaced here. That went fine. Prepare to wait if theyre busy though.

Gat what I needed and I was back on the road sweat home. Friends let me down but Walmart was my saviour. I love Walmart every thing under one roof, you will never be disappointed by choosing Walmart supper centre any were you go.

Had a nail in a tire while passing thru Brookings. The team at this Center got us a new tire mounted and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Super fast and super friendly guys.

They were able to help me with my vehicles battery and oil.

Waited 3 hours in the store after them telling me it would only take 30 minutes to fix a flat tire that i had bought from them 2 weeks ago, still wanting to charge me 10$. After they take the tire off the rim, they proceed to tell me 2 hours into me sitting there that they cant put the tire back on the rim due to liability issues, and that I need to buy a new tire. They told me that a broken sensor caused this to happen (mind you the sensor was broken before i had the tire replaced 2 weeks ago) and there were no holes or major wear on the tire itself, the employees even said so themself. Not wanting to give them my business, I tell them to just put the spare tire on, they do so but take one whole hour to put the spare onto the car. Telling me several times throughout the hour that they were getting to it. Respectfully I should have expected this kind of service from walmart.

Brought in my car in my car to have the battery replaced. Not only did they replace it with an older battery from 2013, they put in the wrong battery that was too small and died 6 months later! This is incompetence on a new level. Dont recommend taking your car here for anything. Go to ASC if youre in Brookings.

I went to replace my tire (one tire) .they told me that it will take 1 hour and 30 minutes, then I left and replace it in downtown Brookings in less that 5 minutes. Rude people in Walmart . They just want you to spend money shopping in Walmart while they supposed to be working at your car.
