I found a car on facebook marketplace and fell in love with it. I did multiple searches found that they were in fact below book value for the make, model, year, mileage and condition of the car. The first phone call to John was asking more about the vehicle, he had it all at his fingertips and rattled it all off what I was looking for. Once I arrived he had it brought around front for me to take for a test drive. SUPER friendly! I am from a small town and felt very welcome. No pressure, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend JR Auto for sure! Very nice selection of vehicles as well. The vehicle itself is mechanically sound and is going to be a fantastic car for me!

Dont go to them they sold my other half a car and told him that the title will come though mail. We never got it. So he call them and ask about it and they said they had it there and we have to pay 100 or 50 bucks just to get it. We payed full price for a car that doesnt run that great. They neversigned or dated it.

Do not do business with this place they are not good business owners and will rip you off. When I purchased the vehicle the price I thought I was paying change and when I ask why the price was different than what was on the contract she told me that it was just an example not the price I was paying. Shame on me for trusting her word. I knew something wasnt right . Please dont trust this company they will find a way to con you.

Nice clean Acadia however told him it was loud sounded like exhaust leak he “took” it to be fixed when I drove off lot was still loud went through car wash the wiper arm in the back completely broke off then I took to my trusted mechanic and we needed to put $3000 into it. Dealerships would have already had all this done before buying. My mistake

I have bought 3 cars and 2 pickups from Jr Auto. I love my lexus and the little car I bought for my wife gets great mileage. The pickups one went to my brother, he loves how the Lincoln drives. My avalanche is great in the snow. I recommend this to anyone needing a nice used car.

Found nice ride & staff was very friendly but when it came time to deal jr didnt want to hassle with my trade & give even close to fair value of my vehicle. When I went to get loan, I found out from my financial institution that of ALL the loans done with jr Auto -- ALL BUT 1 HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR VEHICLE! Not a sound investment at all! Had a refundable money down hold the vehicle, after I found the problems I called to remove hold & let the vehicle go but what the HECK, MY REFUNDABLE MONEY DOWN HOLD WASNT REFUNDED, THE CHECK GOT CASHED & I WASNT NOTIFIED -- ONLY FOUND OUT BY LOOKING AT ESTATEMENT!! UNBELIEVABLE, JR AUTO LIED TO ME!! IM GOING TO GET MONEY BACK, THIS IS DIRTY BUSINESS!!

Great experience at JR Auto. They were very attentive and found me exactly what I wanted. Got a quality used truck at a very reasonable price with no problems.

Worst experience EVER, he let his detail guy sell me a car that isnt even safe to have on the road then didnt want to make it right! Will never go through them again and I would suggest stay away from this shady business.

Out of the 7 dealerships I visited, JR Auto gave me the best trade in value for my car. 2nd place wasnt even close. Not only that but I got the truck way under book value. I never once felt like they were forcing me to buy now, like other places i visited. always felt like more than just a customer. I told JR what kind of car I was looking for and found multiple cars for me to choose from. Very friendly.

I bought a vehicle from jr and while purchasing it he told me that it had a new transmission and nothing else wrong with it. After getting it I have had nothing but issues. And now 8 months later I have to put $4000 into a new transmission. And when I called him to ask about the paperwork for the transmission he told me he gave it to me which he didnt. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND JR AUTO TO ANYONE.
