I had incidents where I was having a clunk during rapid acceleration. The Ford technician was able to determine the cause and synchronize the motor, transmission, and rear end through some computerized adjustment. It was great that he could do fix while I was there.

Fast but quality work, they were able to get my rear window replaced ahead of time and slightly under original price! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and prompt.-1 star thanks to Ford not offering the rear window in pieces, had to replace the entire rear window because one side was cracked even though they are physically separate pieces of glass. 2012 F150

A few months ago I went into Einsphar and knew exactly what I wanted! Jim Langland is the sweetest and one of the most amazing sales people I have ever met. He is honest, and makes sure you get the best bang for your buck! He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and made sure I could afford it! I walked out with a brand new 2018 Ford Ecosport! Not only is Jim amazing but the whole staff is pretty great people. They make sure you feel like family! And their Ford Technicians are pretty great too!
I had a recall on my vehicle. I live down in [insert city name] and none of the dealerships could work me in for the mere 20 minutes of service necessary to tell me if my car needed the full recall serviced (they happily scheduled me about 4 weeks out with no other option). Lo and behold, one call to Einspahr and they said they could service my car if I got it there before they closed. Definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive. It truly means a lot when folks care about you AND do great work. Highly recommend!!

I was visiting family in the area when I started having problems with my transmission running too warm. Einsphar Auto Plaza in Brookings probably has one of the worse customer service’s I’ve ever experienced. I called four times trying to make an appointment to have my F450 looked at as the transmission was overheating. Each time, I left a message and was told someone would call me back. I finally stopped by personally and got a little irrate with the service department and was finally able to get an appointment. After dropping my truck off I had to call for an update as I had a morning appointment to have it looked at and still hadn’t heard anything by 3:00. I was told my truck was not overheating but they did change the transmission fluid. I’ve been driving F450’s for 20 years and I’m very familiar with how they run and a transmission temperature of 235 degrees is not normal. I’m still getting messages on my control panel for my transmission so I will take it to my reliable Ford dealer in Missouri when I get home.
I dropped my 11 year old car off with the Enspahr service department, and the next day it was cleaner than it was when I bought it new at another dealer. Staff was very friendly and helpful when they walked me through the results of my inspection. There were even a few things they didnt fix, instead advising me to first try to get it done under warranty at other shops to save money. Einspahr is always my first choice for service on my vehicles.
Ive been taking vehicles to Einspahr for years, and my family has bought numerous vehicles through them. They have a great service team, and are really vigilant about making sure safety recalls are taken care of. Id highly recommend them for sales or service.

I came in with what I thought was a small problem only to be told that I could not drive my Ford Ranger off the lot as the front bearings were out and the front axles were in very bad condition. I purchased a 2012 F-250 King Ranch from Einspahrs just after Christmas. The sales team did an excellent job addressing my needs and the finance team was expeditious in finding a great loan rate. The online tools were excellent non expediting the entire process. After 10 days I was contacted by the sales team to determine my satisfaction. I indicated that I was enjoying my truck and I also mentioned that a small service issue had occurred. They immediately contacted their service department and an appointment was made to fix the minor issue. Thanks to Einspahrs for taking care of me and I will definitely recommend them to other people.

Was quoted a 700 dollar repair, a new coolant hose, and a thermostat. Get my truck back 2 days later. For 1600 I got an o-ring, and an alignment. Called another dealership said it would be 500 for the whole deal and they would have it done in 4 hours. Was a terrible service and when asking questions about it. Seemed to get really upset then asked for the manager who listened to both sides and agreed with the service manager. Shocker I know. It was a 3 hour job that the 20 year old service tech took a miraculous 7 hour break to make his profit.
Do not bring your vehicle here to be serviced. We bought a 2008 pickup in September of 2018 and purchased the extended powertrain warranty that was offered as well, just in case. In May of 2019, less than 8 months after purchasing the vehicle, we towed our 22ft camper. The pickup made an odd sound then stalled when backing the camper up. No lights came on on the dash and it did not do this again. Per the extended warranty, we had to have the vehicle looked at before continuing to drive it, so we made an appointment with Einspahr service department because we did buy the vehicle at Einspahr. First time we had it in, the mechanic said he could find nothing wrong with it and sent it home with us. My husband has some mechanical knowledge and knew there was something going on with it, so he made an appointment the following week to have it looked at again, this time after towing the camper. The mechanic this time recommended a new engine. We thought since we had gotten the extended warranty and had followed the directions, we would be all good. The service supervisor Zach said they would jump through the hoops for the contract company. After THREE weeks at the shop, Zach informed us that the service company would not cover anything, and we would have to contact them to find out why. It was denied due to continued operation. We had them reassemble what they had torn down, paid the $500+ we owed for diagnostic testing, and took it home. When we wanted to appeal the companys decision, since we were told the first time we brought it in that the vehicle was fine, we went back to Einspahr to request our service records. They had no record of our first visit: no mechanic records, no appointment record. This has been a nightmare. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Einspahr, but we will gladly drive 50+ miles to not have to deal with them again. Very poor service all around.
Working with Einsphar auto plaza is very easy. I called scheduled an appointment brought my truck in and was called by 11 o’clock in the morning saying that my truck was finished. I had two recalls that were taken care of quickly and when I got my truck back it was in the same condition that I left it in. I would recommend Einsphar for all of your servicing needs.

Einspahr Auto Plaza has done all service work on our 2012 Ford Focus since August of 2013 when we bought it. It was a program car of some sort, and looked nearly new. Im satisfied with the work they have performed on the car, including attempting to compensate for the Ford 2 clutch transmission. They have repaired it many times due to the erratic shifting, (getting it to quit shifting like an early Oldsmobile Hydramatic transmission.) And I appreciate that. The Ford transmission specialists even suggested that we owners quit driving it easily, and begin to allow the transmission to shift under load. If thats what we wanted, we would have bought something that was marketed to the Hot-Rodder of Days gone by.I had my Focus service and prepped for an up coming trip, which we began this morning. Einspahr Service Department - BRAVO - It drives and handles as it did on September of 2013, our first voyage after purchasing it to Red Cloud, NE. We are now in Great Bend, Kansas, and it drives and handles quite like it did 5 1/2 years ago. We are now at almost 102,000 miles, and all is well.As I said, Im well satisfied with the service work and customer service provided me with. The jury is still out on the 2 clutch auto transmission in the car is factory equipped with. If this lasts more than about 40,000 miles, then Ill be completely satisfied with Fords choice of components. I see this Dog of a transmission is no longer installed in your cars. Good Choice!

Had asked if they could work my Lincoln in as one of the blinkers had a light bulb burned out and I had appointments out of town. They did get me in. When the maintenance person went to change the bulb, he noticed it appeared rather black like too warm - he took the extra MILE and investigated and found that two of the bulbs had been so hot - caused the problem. Ended up having to replace two bulbs and two sockets. THANK YOU to the maintenance worker for taking the extra time.When done - they washed the car - it was sparkling. Everyone is ALWAYS very polite and helpful.. Mary is the one I worked with in the service and as said - always pleasant.

Told me they had no clue what was wrong with my car charged me a lot in labor told me it was fixed nothing was fixed. then they found out what was wrong charged me basically the same thing again felt like they knew what was wrong and decided they wanted my money before they fixed it... they also had my car for a month I love my Ford Explorer but this will be my last Ford for sure....update after two weeks of working problem came back spent 1000 bucks and no results.....

Ive purchased two vehicles here and have done all of my service work here for as long as I can remember. Ive never had a bad experience. From their sales team all the way down to their service staff, these people know how to take care of their customers . Their service staff is always willing to give me a ride wherever I want to go while my vehicle is getting an oil change.

Wow!!! I was having a problem with only one of my tires but it wasnt a consistent issue so to get to the bottom of it took a couple of trips. But... The customer service representative was most friendly. He listened to the problem I was having and went through a couple of steps to find the answer. The service tech was just as helpful and kind. I will go there again.

I expected them to be quick with an oil change but apparently oil changes take 1 hour and 30 minutes now. Every other place that i have taken my Ford to get the oil changed has been less than 40 minutes. Being a college student with classes and homework, i would have brought things to do if i would have know they are slower than a snail in the winter time.
Einspahr Auto is an excellent place to work with when having something done to your vehicle. Friendly service at the front and outstanding mechanics in the back. Never have any issues when dealing with Einsphars.

STAY AWAY!! I bought a 2013 Malibu from this place. First I was impressed with the staff and the overall process. I got first oil change for free. The car also had 50% warranty for the first 3months. In about 7 months the car broke down. My mechanic told me that the engine is gone, and that the oil looks like it has not been change in more than a year. I am really disappointed. I am now looking for engine on the market as I am making my monthly payment. I would rather get good cars and bad customer service than being scammed by people that pretend!

They always do a good job when I bring my vehicle in for repairs. Their customer lounge is small but nice, with coffee, cookies, and wifi. Can be more expensive then other places though.
