Nothing in stock and you are ignored when in the store. This used to be the place to go for paint. Not anymore. Avoid if possible.

Way over priced! You can get the same quality of paint at Lowe’s for way less! I would not recommend this store to anyone. Spend your money at a store that is reasonably priced and get more bang for your buck!

Absolutely horrible customer service since the new manager took over. I know its a pandemic and some options are hard to find but common courtesy and and competitive prices would be nice. Lowes or Homesteads have the paint business for sure.

Mike is so knowledgable on their products and what to do in situations. The products are great and they always have what I need.

Love Sherwin Williams! The people are always friendly and SO very helpful! If you have questions about what color you should use, definitely ask. They have great suggestions. Also, the paint is very good. You can find cheaper paint elsewhere, but SW paint is absolutely the best.

Employee did not acknowledge my existence when I entered the store. I put some of what I wanted to purchase on the sales counter. No response. After waiting invisibly for 10 minutes, I put the items back. On my way out, I told the employee I must have come on the wrong day.Later I called to make an appointment for the next day, thinking that might help. It didnt.The company has good products, but employees know very little about customer service or care for that matter. The employee I spoke with on the phone said it was OK to write this review, so here it is.

The staff there is knowledgeable and helpful. They have a nice variety of colors and tools. They have quality products there.

They matched our paint color perfectly and it was super easy. Very helpful.

They got an extra 12 gallons of polyurethane within two days and let me return what was left over after the project. Always helpful and friendly!
