Don was terrific- knowledgeable, experienced, patient and repaired whatever needed to be fixed regardless of whether it was initially contemplated or not. He was neat and careful and professional. He was one of the best repair persons I’ve ever had in my home. He was given the wrong repair part to install but had the right part with him in his truck. He saved the day.

They fixed a leaking seal and replaced a drain valve on my aging Bosch dishwasher. Soon after, the door began falling open. They came back out and promptly fixed this new problem for a very reasonable cost. Nice service people and good communication. Recommended.

You don’t meet many younger workers that take such pride in their work and display the technological proficiency that Joe possessed. Ive used this team in the past for a refrigerator repair and they were just as reliable today as they were before. The technician, Dave, came in and had diagnosed the issue within minutes. Luckily, it was a common issue and he had a replacement part on the truck so was able to fix it within a half hour. Ill happily recommend them and will use them again if/when there is a next time.

Same day Service was prompt in returning our call and scheduling an appointment. Their use of text messages made it easy to know when they were going to show up. We are thankful they insisted on masks for both us. Joe, the repairman carefully diagnosed the problem . He was polite, helpful, clean and did a very good job. The company was able to get the part we needed quickly. When Joe returned with the part he was again quite efficient. He explained things at my level and had a very pleasant demeanor. Don diagnosed the cause of lack of cooling and upon consulting his expert, replaced the circuit board. The defrost cycle began and the refrigerator began working properly. Don was professional, knowledgeable and proficient with his repairs. Have used service previously and will continue as needs arise.

I called many companies to repair my refrigeratorAs the food would all spoil within a few hours and they were the only ones willing to send someone that day. The repair man was an older gentleman who was very experienced and fix it perfectly. I would recommend them.

He fixed the ice maker in our refrigerator--cleaned as he did it. He knew exactly what needed to be done--got the code for the part and then realized he had one with him. Technicians are very busy so we needed to wait a few days for the 1st visit. New part needed to be ordered so there was about another week before dryer was repaired. Tech was professional, friendly, and efficient. Diagnosis of the problem made and cost of new part and work involved calculated on the spot. You provide a credit card number to “hold” the visit day, and they use that to pay for the parts and visits to the house. The only thing other tech businesses do—provide a time window—would have been nice. The company has a system of confirming someone’s home 30-45 min ahead of arrival—which worked well for us

I have used them many times. Professional and responsive. I dont think they are able to be “same day” any more but you have to be understanding given the challenges of staffing and supply chain for everyone

I called on a Friday morning and Same Day was here replacing a Sub-Zero fan by 1:30. Jeff worked quickly and explained what was happening to our 20 year old unit. He was finished in an hour. I have used Same Day before and will use them again.

Scheduling was easy -- for this call, the initial visit was made on the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. A part was needed, and the return visit was scheduled promptly. Very satisfied with the service.

Easy scheduling, though same day is unfortunately not accurate. It took four days for the technician to arrive. The day he came, however, the process was professional and efficient. Ill use them again if theyre able to cut the response time down.
