LOST PACKAGE. Dropped a package off on Monday at the desk and received the receipt. This store lost the package. Thank God the company I work with insures and guarantees it otherwise I would have been out a ton of money because of the incompetence here. Stay away from this UPS Store. I wouldnt trust them with even mailing a post card.
They can’t bother to answer their phone! I’ve tried repeatedly and they hang up on you. First 2 times out me on hold without actually answering then hung up again
I have had really good customer service at this location. Its super busy, but the people there are always very cheerful and helpful!
Lost package - poor serviceI sent out a package 3 weeks ago, it contained a large 20 cymbal which was very dear to me and expensive. A large package you couldnt miss or lose.In the store they wouldnt let me pack it or see how they pack it.They lost the package and now - 3 weeks later I still have to call and chase them down. I dont believe you could lose such a thing so someone must have stolen it. No other explanation.I call every few days now I know for sure that the package never left the store and the shipping center didnt get it. Whoever answered the phone tells me to wait until Monday so i can talk to their manager because non of them know what to deal with a claim.This was an expensive service to begin with, and they gauge you for more money to insure the package, which I stupidly didnt do. Now Ill lose hundreds of dollars and more importantly a musical instrument that was dear to me because I trusted them with such a simple task.
If you really need help and are looking for great service from an UPS team member, turn to a brilliant young woman named Erin at this location! I am so frustrated with U.S. Postal Service problems and no longer want problems with them losing my packages or slow service at the P.O. Boxes.It is worth the extra cash to use UPS and closer to my workplace. I am so impressed by their customer service and talking to real people instead of the basically skeleton service at the USPS. It is sad we can no longer depend on them, but at least UPS is still working hard to give us a choice and get our loved ones what they truly need during a pandemic. I am so happy everyone was so compassionate to me when I truly needed their assistance after getting caught in a lockdown out of state, and just wishing to come home. I miss Boston and Brookline so much right now, and look forward to coming home. In my experience, this is the way to go for mail services and there seems to be reliability at this location. ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Six stars. Loved my experience!
This UPS store is managed and owned by Hahn. Hahn is the example of a hardworking, calm, doing it all the right way business owner. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly when you are in a bind, she is willing to help with a smile and proficiency. To all the one star reviews I say this: Wherever you go there may be a disgruntled or had a bad day kind of employee. The business owner when not there in such a business has no control over the employees mood. And yes, there may be one or two people who may not give you a smile. The truth is, I have been going there for years and in the end they ALL do all it takes to help you if you ask them for it. I saw many an impolite person address the employees there and that may explain some of the reactions from employees (they are human after all and respond to a warm and appreciative customer). I would never go anywhere else. HEY, try JP post office and then you may be grateful for Hahn and her business!!! Recently she moved a huge shipment for our family and never once did she not do it with a smile and confidence. the packages arrived safely and UPS helped carry all 25 boxes up three flights of stairs! She is accurate, helpful, and precise. Next time you have something important to ship or feeling dissatisfied with an employee dont dismiss this business, given it a chance and contact Hahn. The best service in the Boston area. I guarantee.

I’ve been using this UPS store for the past year or so, and every time the staff have been very friendly, and super helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 15 minutes getting a label sorted out and a package processed. Further, I’ve seen a number of frustrated people in the store and the staff have taken it in stride.I’d definitely recommend this location, especially as it’s very convenient to both the C line and the 66 bus. One thing that potential customers might like to be aware of, is that printing the label from an email on-site will cost $2.50 and require either the use of the customer computer, or forwarding the email to staff and having them print it.

So I was looking to save on an upcoming move. And UPS helped me save about 3X less than I would have with a quality mover.This site. Two people, Han and Jay were super friendly and worked through helping me manage a complex move. I changed my mind several times through the process regarding items to use, but they took it in stride.Not only did they help me pick up, but they also helped with the packing and repacking of the items. I think two things. One, Han should get a manager position and have maybe two employees working for her at any one time.Two, I think the company should sponsor Jay through her current IT schooling as part of a pathway program for logistic support with UPS.Jay and Han are great and I think they are under appreciated. They should be delivered lunch or breakfast at least once a week.Also, they should be given discounts for Lyft or parking passes to provide incentive for them since they deal with all manner of customers.Lastly, for goodness sake, please fix the air conditioning in this place, it is boiling in there.

UPS stores generally have free UPS Envelopes, but for some reason this store chooses not to carry them. However, there are some additional option that you can pay for. No thanks!

I needed 500 copies of a double-sided leaflet printed and folded in a hurry. Not only were the staff (in particular Thai) helpful to me but also managed to help those in line behind me while I made last minute corrections. The leaflets were ready on time, neatly boxed, with no degradation from the original. The price was also less than that of competing local stores. Thank you.
Hanh T. Le Le, known as Hanh L of 367 Summer St Franklin MA, operating as Le Shipping Inc. is rude, condescending, and discriminating. She caused a moral injury on 2/24/2020... After her desktop computer UPS system was not working (took an extra 20 mins to do a 10 min job), she did not want to print the 5 pages according to her advertised UPS fees posted on the computer (included with a payment of $2 for 10 minutes of use). I asked her to please print the remaining 4 copies. She refused and stated that I took longer than 10 minutes. I told her that she spent a lot of time bypassing her UPS system just to get the job printed and that it took me just 10 minutes or less to create my document. I told her that she did not treat White people like that. She took the document back after I was willing to pay for it under protest (did not want to print the 4 copies), ripped up my document in front of me and put it in a locked shred bin after I asked her to return my document. She stated that she did not need money from people like me (she gladly takes White peoples money). When I told her that I was going to put a formal complaint and claim against her and her business, she encouraged it and gave me her full legal name. Hahn is high middle class with several properties in Franklin and I suspect that she has treated those she perceives as lower class than she, in a demeaning and disrespectful manner several times in the past. Hanh uses the name and reputation of UPS to enrich herself but not keep to the ethical business standards required by this Franchise. I will never use any UPS product or service again in my life. She kicked me out the store and said to go to FedEX around the corner. On two occasions, I was in the store (2/21/2020) and I over herd her three employees making negative remarks about Hahn and how they will be leaving employment soon and were going to trash the place on the way out. Her employees were herd making negative remarks about customers and are immature and very unprofessional. UPS needs to take the franchise name from her. I have video and audio of the incident and it will be posted on YOUTUBE and other social media outlets. Hahn broke the law by taking property in my possession and destroying it. She also took the intellectual property I created and sent it to her personal email without my authorization. She was very snug that nothing will happen to her and encouraged me to take action in a mocking way. Her online reviews are low with several other people complaining of similar service.
An arrogant female staff refused my Amazon return (she required me to purchase a $6 tape), and she explained to me how she hates Amazon return. I will never come back to this store.
I went here to buy a T pass and the salesperson was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a drawback that they only took cash, lucky my bank is across the street but he was very attentive and friendly.I would definitely turn for any of my packaging needs

I brought a prepaid package in, needing one piece of tape to re-close the box. $1.00!? And she had the gall to lie to my face and claim usps and fedex charge as well. I’ve never before been charged for tape, let alone a small strip!

The worst IPS store.Very rude. If you have a chance go to another one.Two time was there and both time they didn’t take my amazon return.One was tires, they told me that I should to pack them. But I got it without box.Second they told that my box is packed not good enough and they can repack it for extra money.Terrible.
I was overcharged when using the printer station. Instead of processing a refund, the manager opted to hide in the back and call the Brookline PD. Pathetic customer service

I went to this store wanting to send a package abroad. There were two people working and they didnt seem to care but it was late and they were going to send my package so I didnt say anything. After a few complications, I needed my package to be sent back to me. I went to the store explaining that they needed to notify DHL that my package needed to be back. They didnt give a single damn and told me that they would contact me when the package arrives. Now Im dealing with deadlines and extra fee just because they refused to contact DHL. Do not use this store. The staff doesnt care at all.
I have received great services from here but only noticed about their terrible customer service after I was in trouble.Tuesday morning I spent over 30 min for a gentleman, who started working there recently, to figure out how to send my bridesmaid dress ro Canada! Finally with the helpf the agent on anothe counter, the slip was ready. I was paged from hospital so I was in rush to go back and I was on the phone with hospital when they put a paper in front of me to sign. They made me to Turned out the apt number was missing. Long story short; after 7 days the dress has not reeived yet. The horrible part is that their employer told me “I never trust anyone, you should have not signed the paper they put it in front of you”. Low class customer, so rude and so impolite to accept their fault. $30 is nothing, the courtesy for an apology would have made a huge difference.

I did drop off my amazon package and I had a bad experience with the cashier. He was really rude and customer service is really bad. When I asked what are you charging for instead of telling me patently he said do you want me to repeat that to you. I am worried about my amazon package now will he ship it or not.
