I have used FASTSIGNS in Brooklyn Park for branding projects at work. I will continue to use them for the simple reason that they have followed through on each project - the final price is what they quoted, the project is done the day they say it will be done, and the installation work is fantastic! Now that they have my graphics/logos on file, its just a matter of sending an email with what I need and it gets done. The staff has been very cordial as well.

The rep Amanda was great & somewhat helpful but either the company itself and their partnering company or wherever they get their signs made lacks when it comes to getting the signs made. It took almost 3 months just to get our signs to be made & ordered then another month just for our sign to be installed onto the building. Was disappointed that it took this long just to get our sign up especially with the hassle of having to contact so many point of contacts to get our sign put up before even placing the order in and approvals needed.

Excellent service and top quality signs! The turnaround time was amazing, even with my ridiculously short notice. Thanks for all the help to get our COVID-19 required signage complete so we could re-open our facility!

Nate responded to my emails immediately. He worked with the artwork I had submitted and was spot on with his suggestions for placement and fonts. He printed 20 large decals to cover 10 open house tent signs and volunteered to apply the decals to my signs, as well; and all for a great price. The process of having the decals adhered to my signs in his shop saved me so much time and aggravation! I brought the signs in on a Wednesday, and they were ready that Friday. The colors look vivid, and they really stand out. I blow away all of the other agents signs on any corner on any Sunday! There is nothing but courtesy, professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness at Nates FASTSIGNS shop. He was accommodating with EVERY aspect of my project. I will definitely be back!

Last year I did business with the Brooklyn Center site. Amanda was wonderful to work wth very accommodating.I went there yesterday to have some changes made on the Graphics I had purchased last year, with the intent to make another purchase. Amanda is no longer at this site, and another person that was helping me seemed more interested in looking at her computer. She pulled up my Graphics and I showed her the changes I needed. She then proceeds to tell me unfortunately there will be a CHARGE to add the changes. This was not the Customer Service I have received in the past. After a minute of discussion about the added charges, l informed the person that, unfortunately you will not get my business. I took my business to another Graphics Company.

I wanted a sign FAST and as their name says Fast Signs. Sent them what I wanted. They sent me a picture of what the sign would like. I made a few changes. Sign Done!! Fabulous great to work with.

We used Fastsigns to order name tags and signs for our chiropractic tables.Joelene was my contact working with fast signs and she made the process very smooth. Her team was able to make accommodations and change things in an extremely prompt manner. I changed our logo, I changed the words on the signs, I changed the number of signs I wanted and not one time did her team bat an eye in making adjustments they just did it and sent me new proofs right away.We received our products and they look great!When we got out products we had one sign with a small crack in it (things happen and we understand that) so I emailed Joelene to let her know and with in seconds I received a response with an apology and we will get a new one out to right away!Great experience and would recommend to anyone!

WOW worst experience ever, the person we used to use @FS for our work needs left (who did a great job) and the person who replaced him had no training or experience and was completely lacking in customer service skills. I was told that I had to pay prior to seeing the proof (what?), which I did as I needed these ASAP. It was a simple valentine type heart fit onto a 8 1/2 x 7 3/4 sticker with a black background (prop for training), she couldnt understand what I meant by black background (?). I had to keep e-mailing asking where my proof was. When I received the proof, I replied with notes explaining again what a black background meant (not a 1/2 black boarder around the heart). Two days later I sent another e-mail asking if she had seen my notes (she hadnt). After getting a good proof the next day that I approved a couple days went by (no email confirmation). I had to call again asking when I will get it! I let her know I wasnt happy, she asked if I wanted them Friday (this was Thursday), I said if I could receive them Monday it would be OK (I was trying to be considerate). So I called Tuesday asking where are the stickers I was told that the work wasnt done until Monday afternoon and it was shipped ground. So here it is Thursday I did receive the stickers (folded in half in an envelope) and guess who now has to work this weekend for my presentation Monday. Something this simple shouldnt ever take two weeks. BTW the stickers were cut to 8 7/16 x 7 3/8 NEVER AGAIN!

I loved the consultation for design and the end result. The signs and vinyl are gorgeous and we will certainly do business again.
