Great service and Excellent results. The team had great suggestions and knowledge of the products. I went with the pro comp shocks that are adjustable (comparable to Bilstein) to level my Silverado and went with the MT Baja Boss AT tires. Ride quality is good and the look is exactly how I wanted. I would highly suggest this shop for anyone looking to upgrade their truck.

Many businesses today are dealing with labor shortages and supply issues, and 4WP is no exception. However, if you are willing to have a little patience, these guys will not let you down.We recently took in our Jeep JK to have the front end diagnosed due to the wobble we were experiencing. Rachel, the Assistant Manager, told us exactly what was wrong and suggested what parts we needed to resolve the issue.On the scheduled day to have our Jeep fixed, things did not go as planned. Jay, the Store Manager, wanted to make things right given the length of time that the job was taking and the unexpected part the job required. Jay did not charge us for the additional part, plus he also covered the cost we incurred for renting a car for an extra day.Once we picked up the Jeep, we havent had an issue yet, and that was a month ago. These guys know what they are talking about, and they value you as the customer. I cant say enough about Jay and his team but, I can sure say that they have earned a customer for life.

ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Its so frustrating calling multiple times a day and nobody ever answers. I was told 3-5 days on my order. Its been weeks. At least an update call or something would be great. Ive tried ordering larger parts before. Theyll take your money but never get you the part. 4 wheel parts as a whole has been notorious for their lack of customer service. Dont give this company any of your money.

The Brooklyn Park, MN store never answers there phone. You cannot check on parts in store or ordered parts. I had to go into the store to order parts I was told when they would arrive. They did not come. We are know almost a month out no part. I went back to store to get a update on sales persons pregnancy? Really, your pregnancy is why our parts didnt come in? Never again.

Warranting anything out with 4 wheel parts is nothing but a joke. Weve paid for 3 separate warranties on 1 jeep. The parts only lasted 1 season and weve been trying to get them warranted out for a year now. No one answers the phone and after months you might catch someone. Youre told theyll take care of the issue and dont hear anything again. Its completely rediculous!

Decided to check this place out and stopped in after work, closer to closing but still had 15-20 minutes. I went there to grab a couple small things off the shelf and quickly see what else they had. Walked over to the counter when I was done and there was two dudes, one who looked at me and then looked at the other dude and openly said something about how annoying it is when people come in so close to closing, then they just kept going talking about people coming in so late, like no one else has a job. Then one dude left to go into the back, and the other dude told me to wait and ended up calling someone, at this point it’s after close and I was just standing there waiting to buy something that I had already brought to the counter. Didn’t seem like they wanted to me buy anything honestly, kinda weird.Ended up walking out cause I value my time and it’s clear the staff didn’t. I won’t be back, I’ll drive further for a better experience.

Same story as the other reviews. Going on eleven weeks for a set of tires with rims. They don’t answer the phone or emails. At the four weeks I drove in (1 hour)to check on order. After waiting in line for thirty plus minutes I was told they needed to call BFG directly on my tires and call me back. No return call and again they don’t answer the phone. So I went in again and Jason told me the size tire I ordered will not be in BFG production any time soon, so I reordered a larger tire. Said they would be there in five business. While all this is going on the rims arrived. Something on this simple order is going correctly. I waited seven days and call Jason about the tires he answered. It was a miracle, but more bad news. He didn’t order them because I didn’t pay up front for them. I already paid the tires that were cancelled. Tires came in and the only reason I knew is because I followed up. I came in to pick them up not mounted or balanced. Great. Picked up two days later and they damaged one mounting it. Said they will order new one and remount. No word from them after six days. Here we go again. Plus they over billed my credit card $75.00. Once I get this issue resolved and never buy from them again. Their loss because I’m start a new Jeep build.

I’ve purchased a few things for my Jeep from the online store over the years, usually with good success. This time I bought a console safe for my Jeep online for store pickup as the website said it was in stock at the local store. I ordered it and waited for some communication that it was ready for pickup. About a week later I called but like most of the other reviews I couldn’t get anyone on the phone, I continued trying to call for about a week. About a week later I got a phone call saying it was ready for pickup. I went in to pick I up a few days later and was handed an open box with a bunch of parts not wrapped in any type of way except the keys and screws. I got the product home and tried for an hour to install before I finally watched a video on the manufacturer’s website, at which point I learned that I was missing parts needed to install (the Rubicon used a smaller set of brackets that are provided with the kit). I’ve tried calling several times with no luck. I can’t say I’d ever pick up a product from this store ever again and though I have some items I’d like them to potentially install on my Jeep I can’t ever get in contact with them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or doing it myself.

First I went in there and someone gave me misinformation on lights. Then I went in to buy wheels for my Jeep. went back and forth with the manager there and after she got my information she quit replying to me. I ended up getting my wheels elsewhere. I was also going to buy a few more accessories but I will pick those up somewhere else too. Dont waste your time. Sounds like all the reviews are pretty similar

Disappointed with service. Brought my 2014 Wrangler in for a alignment. 1st time at the store they looked at the jeep and told me I needed a bunch of parts ($2700) before they would fix anything. Waste of time and money, they said. Okay, couple of weeks went buy and we decided to go with the upgrade on parts. Funny thing is we had to drive to Brookln Park fir the 2nd time to make the appointment because knowbody answers the phone. We brought the Wrangler in for the parts and excited to get it back without worrying about letting go if wheel and not going into oncoming traffic. Went to pick up jeep 3rd time and the part looked shinny and steering felt like new. We got onto I94 and got up to 60mph and I let go of wheel......still pulls to left! I called the business as soon as I could. Told them to call us back. 3 days went buy and no call back, so we called several times. Finally, we got a hold of the manager asking for the $130 of the $2700 back for alignment which they obviously didnt do right. His response was, NO, bring it back in we will look at, AGAIN. So we didnt fight, because it wasnt worth it. Just brought it somewhere else to get fixed. And yes they were $90 and they DID fix it. Wont be going back!

Ordered tires. Absolutely no customer service. No one answered the phone when i called to check on the order. Ended up calling discount tire and they had me booked for the same exact tires at the same exact price and had them on within hours. Will never do business with this company again. EDIT: It took me 5 phone calls and hours on hold with their corporate office in order to get a refund refund for my purchase. Corporate office would say just call or email the store where you purchased which clearly doesnt work when no one answers. They seem to comment on a lot of bad review that you should email them. They do NOT respond to their email. This company is an absolute joke.

If youre in the off-road scene you got a Jeep or you want to lift your pickup truck or SUV go to these guys they know what theyre talking about its right in the twin cities now which is fantastic and when I lived in Las Vegas I bought a lot up stuff from them and if you live in the twin cities and you have a Jeep a four-wheel drive truck or some other kind of SUV that you want to take off road go visit four wheel parts and they will set you on the right path.

Ordered a radiator and was told it would be here Tuesday. When I asked for a tracking number I was told to respond to the email receipt requesting it and they would send it. No response. Called on Wednesday after I had not received my radiator and was told they would get back to me either with a call or through email with tracking information and why it was delayed. Its now Friday with no response and they wont answer the phone. Spent an hour waiting on the phone with 4WP corporate and got disconnected within 2 minutes of talking to a real person with no call back. Unless you have the availability to wait with no indication when youre going to receive what youve already paid for and no communication whatsoever as to when you will get it. Order from 4WP. If you expect professionalism timelines and communication. Spend your money anywhere else! I know products across the board are in short supply but simply not communicating with your customer is unacceptable.Google wouldnt allow me to respond to you so Im editing my initial post. Thats the same email I reached out to from tracking information and received no response.

So I was passing through this morning on my way down across states. And I was hoping to pick up a steering stabilizer damper for my 2012 jk. Everyone inside was very friendly. There were lots of things like wheels, tires, lights winches, etc. I was told that that two options I was looking for were not in stock along with several other options, unless I wanted to drop more coin. Which would have been double or 4 times the amount I was budgeting for. To me, in a very narrow market I would have expected there to be a couple of these items in stock. Suspension and steering to me is like the meat and potatoes of a 4WP store. So to find out they didnt have any was dissapointing. The man who I assume is the manager very politely offered to order one. I said no thanks. To me it kind of defeated the purpose of the store when I could have ordered it off my phone from quadratec extreme terrain, etc. To me the bread and butter of having a store is to have it accessible at the moment its needed. Im not saying yall should have so much overhead on your shelf you go broke or anything. But having products at the store is kind of the whole purpose of having an actual service for walk in clientele. And this was the bread and butter of a 4WP location.

This store is an absolute joke. the store manager jay couldnt manage his way out of a wet paper bag and doesnt even know his primary steering linkage parts. hes failed twice now to order parts iv requested to match my full lift kit and then just tries to make excuses and offer sub par solutions. This is probably his first real job after working at jiffy lube. nothing but headache and wasted time dealing with this shop.

1st Jeep Wrangler lift: Success!I have never owned a lifted truck. I bought my first Jeep Wrangler this year and decided to bring it to 4WP per a friend recommendation. I knew very little about lifts or what to expect. I talked to Rachel over the phone then came in to the store to discuss options with her. The experience was not stressful but really fun. Rachel help me pick out a lift that would work well for me and fell within my budget. A week ago I picked up my lifted Jeep and absolutely love it! Overall, I feel like 4WP and Rachel were very transparent, provided a great customer experience, and did quality work. Without a doubt I would recommend this business to others. I intend to go back and continue adding fun accessories to my Jeep! They have my business forever!

This company has zero customer service. I will simply post the same info I put in my other review that they will not publish on their site. Thats ok as there are plenty of other places to post a review... After corporate saw this review they ask me what they can do to assist. I tell them to get my stuff or cancel the order. They then proceed to transfer my info to the local store who had nothing to do with my order or its lack of shipping. To which the local store has no way to help other than send me back to the online people who wont do anyting anyways.

So I found out about this place from a friend at work swore up and down about it. So I live in st.paul I drove out there and checked out the store. Inside the store looks great lots to see lots to pick out good selection. I came back a second time during COVID to actually purchase parts this time, after saving for to get the parts. I go and get a suspension kit for my truck. The guy said it would be 7-10 days for it to be here. Ok no problem I can wait I was hoping to walk out of the store with it but I get it. So I let the time go by 7-10 then I try and call. No answer. I let It ring for 10min then hang up and try again. I do this 6 times at 10 min a piece. That’s an HOUR TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! So at this point I’m already disgruntled and starting to get frustrated. Then I have my brother try calling off his phone while I’m calling to which someone then goes and answered right away for him. I’m then informed by my brother that it will be ANOTHER 7-10 days for my parts…. By this time he’s already off the phone with the store. I’ve tried calling again now today is the 10th day of the second round of “ordering” and am still trying to get ahold of the store and to no surprise I’m not getting anyone to answer the phone. I will NEVER go through this place again. Unsatisfactory customer support and EXTREMELY poor customer service. Had someone told me it might take longer because of COVID or atleast kept me in the loop I’d be more understanding but this is RIDICULOUS and no way to conduct business.

Terrible customer service. I called this place yesterday inquiring about a cold air intake, and the first thing that the employee said is, Well, we only have a few left! As if he surpassed his quota of intake sales for the day. I told him that I was still interested in purchasing an intake system and provided all of my vehicles information. The employee stated that he would check and give me a call back; still havent received that phone call telling me yay or nay, or the next availability... nothing.

I got 2.5” leveling kit installed on a 18’ F150, which fixed the crazy front incline and got very large wheels and tires. They knew the best and correct wheel/tire combination to get in order to match exactly what I needed for best off road and winter performance. Thank you all!

Purchase an online order and in turn was not what I had in mind for the build. I Was able to contact the business and they worked with me on finding what I needed. Within minutes my initial order was canceled, refund initiated, and new stuff ordered. I have been a customer for a few years and while it takes forever to get an appointment, they work with you any way that they can to get the job done right the first time. They have the lowest prices I’ve seen, and if for some reason they don’t, they will price match or beat it.My only suggestion would be to have more appointment times and longer hours for customers to more effectively support their needs!Thanks again!

Drove 48 minutes to 4 wheel parts from Hastings. When we arrived there was one customer leaving and one other customer in the store. My buddy and I were there to price out leveling kits with install for both trucks, and a bed cover for his. We were in the store for over a half hour and not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed any help, so we finally just left. After leaving I decided to just call and see if we could get some pricing that way, the phone just rang and rang! After two minutes I finally hung up. Apparently they do not need anymore business, we were prepared to purchase and set install appointments.

Ordered a bike rack on-line. Shipment took longer than promised. Box was damaged on arrival. Parts were missing. Waited on-hold for their customer service department for over two hours. Spoke with Lina in customer service. She created a ticket and told me that the replacement parts would be shipped to me and should arrive within days. Three weeks later, Ive yet to see anything. Note - the Brooklyn Park MN store attempted to be helpful. My order went through their corporate website. I will not shop with them again.

Jon the manager has been AH-Mazing helping me jeep-muscle my Wrangler so i can properly go muddin😊 yesterday was my 42 birthday celebrating how cool your car is....? Is seriously? The bestest feeling in your stomach as you fly up into the air like a whirlie bird like I so did yesterday. Between a new rockstar winch that can handle 12000 pds and then getting some amazing spot lights attached to my new super unique full roof rack that i dont have to drill into my roof nor use on my water/rain gutters. Since...that seems like to much stress on such dainty little things and potentially having to handle a roof tent. I wanted something I could see and TRUST and JON MADE THAT HAPPEN🤩🤩🤩🤟💯

So I scheduled my truck to get it lift on a date they gave me to drop off the truck. Apparently the car was not on the system to get worked on and they couldn’t even call me to reschedule or pick up my vehicle. They kept the car the entire day and they were not going to call me to get my truck back. Thankfully I came 5 minutes before closing or else wait till whatever day or time they would have found convenient to them to reschedule or pick up my car. Wasting people’s time. F! Them! Over the course of several weeks, I had repeatedly inquired about pickup for an order I placed and received no response. Multiple emails sent and phone calls made and no one answers. Their phone will just ring off the hook after about 20 rings. I ended up calling customer service and after holding for nearly an hour, was advised that the store would need to provide the order status, so back to square one.After numerous phone calls, someone at the store finally picked up and advised that they would contact the vendor and provide me an update shortly. Next week, still no update so after multiple tries I finally get someone on the phone again and they still had no clue. I then requested to cancel my order, which they at least promptly processed. I still needed to get my money refunded, since they had somehow charged me on a backordered part that they didnt even have, so questions on ethical accounting/business practices aside, this was still a dismal experience.I dont need my parts right away and can accommodate if there is a delay, especially in light of recent circumstances, but not knowing a single thing after several weeks (not even a timeline or status) about whats going on with an order and needing to go through extensive effort just to get in contact with someone is ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend shopping online with these people.

I spoke with a sales rep on the phone to verify the fitment of some shocks. The sales rep was extremely rude. He didnt seem to want to be on the phone nor answer my questions and gave smart aleck responses; pretty sure his job is to help educate and inform us on what is best for our needs.He never even verified if these would fit my truck and wouldnt even allow me to tell him the year, make, and model of my truck. He cut me off multiple times on the phone and gave a You either buy it or you dont attitude. A little confused, I asked him for other options and he just replied umm no, then proceeded to hang up thereafter. Horrible customer service.

Every time I’ve gotten work done on my 2017 Super Duty everyone at 4Wheel Parts in Brooklyn Center have been over the top helpful. There were no attitudes or issues with anyone. They offered great knowledge and insight with what would work best from what I wanted my truck to look like. At the end of the day they were reasonable and efficient with what I had done. These folks are awesome! I had a Teraflex spacer kit installed in my Jeep Wrangler JL, together with new 32 tires. All told it figured to be about five or six total hours labor. Probably because they did everything at one time they finished sooner than that (which was a real plus, because I had a veterinarian appointment for one of our dogs this afternoon). But not only did they work efficiently, they lowered the bill by over $200 because the work hadnt taken as long as predicted! I was pleased enough that they were done early so I could make my appointment - I was astounded that they lowered they bill. Who does that?! That kind of work ethic and honesty is hard to find these days - needless to say, I cant recommend this shop highly enough. Theyre people you can trust!

Called to order some super common parts for a super common vehicle. Not only did they not have them in stock, Chris who answered the phone couldnt have acted more annoyed that I bothered him to call and ask. Special order? 7-10 days availability? Being put on infinite hold to check the price (seriously I just hung up after 10 minutes of waiting)? Amazon can have them to my door in 2 days. Amazon wins the business again! Ive had my 17 jku in here a few times for a new lift, differential gearing, stereo, exhaust, back up camera, etc. These guys are awesome and I couldnt be happier! They talked me through what I wanted to do with the Jeep and help me get the look I wanted with quality parts. The one time I did have an issue, they got me in asap and fixed right up. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Brought 2 trucks In to get a leveling kit installed. One kit the shocks they sold me were bad after only 300 miles. Not a big deal I thought. Turns out they dont like to warranty their products they sell. Its been 6 weeks since I first reported it to them. Still no resolve. Your probably better off going anywhere else. Worked with Kris to have them install a TrueTrac limited-slip in the rear of my daily-driven XJ Cherokee, along with bearings and axle seals.Parts pricing was competitive. Labor quote was a bargain compared to the cost of the specialty tools and a long weekend spent swearing in the garage.They ended up needing to install a new ring and pinion too, then after some head scratching over a nasty vibration they figured out the new gears were factory defective. So they had to order another set and tear it apart again. It took a couple weeks to get the Jeep back to me, but I dont believe that was their fault. And they stayed true to the original quote, plus a pittance (less than retail) for the R&P set.The new diff really keeps both rear tires planted nicely now, yet its transparent in regular traffic. Thanks to Kris and the whole crew!

Poor customer service never able to get in for instillation on anything. I purchased taillights for my truck called after a week to see if they came in was told to give them a few more days. I call the next day to cancel them and found out they came in the day I was told that they didnt come in. The manager was rude and wasnt helpful. I will not do business with this company anymore not even for a light bulb.

Customer service at the store was fine. The online ordering is what Im reviewing as being poor. I ordered stainless nerf bars for my Bronco and after paying and receiving the order confirmation I awaited tracking information which never came. I called the store a couple days later and they said they didnt have tracking information either but the computer said they should be in Friday. I stopped by the store after work today (Friday) and they werent in yet. The store called the online department and was told theyre on backorder and wont ship until June 10th. (I ordered May 11th). Wouldnt you think that would be information a customer would like to know before ordering and having the money withdrawn from my bank account???!!!

Called to order a billstein 5100 kit and have it installed. Called back 30 mins later with a question, they had no record of my order but it was still up on the managers computer screen. So, I thought we were good to go. Two days prior to the appointment for install I call with another question, no record of me and no parts.Had to wait another 3 days and reschedule all my personal stuff around them. While installing the kit, the tech noticed a tear in the cv boot, drivers side. I say fine, swap it out. That turned out to be residual grease, no tear. Anyway, I pick the truck up, drive it home an hour away to find the axle seal is now leaking and I have front diff fluid literally everywhere. Even on the tail gate. I drive the truck back the next day, they literally finished it up 10 minutes before closing.Weeks later I noticed while changing oil they didn’t replace me skid plate. Called again and they say I can come pick it up anytime. HELL NO. Ship it to me.I’ve never had a more ridiculous experience with a business. These guys couldn’t care less. You call and they’re annoyed you did.Lesson learned. Do the easy stuff yourself. I would NEVER recommend this place. I wasted a total of 8 hours driving.

First visit. Installed new front and rear suspension. Told these guys over the phone at least twice before the installation work that if there was any difference in height, I wanted a little bit of rake. Got my vehicle back to find out that the front sat over an inch too high. Called the store and they immediately offered to fix it and absorb the costs. Thats where the two stars come from.Second visit. Took it back to fix the height issue. Height issue fixed. Took it home to find out in the weeks to come that my vehicle developed excessive creaking and clanking. Brought it back.Third visit. 10-day inspection and to address the creaking and clanking. They checked everything and tightened everything down. Called me saying that it doesnt make anymore noises. Picked up my vehicle and it was quiet until the next day. The next morning, it started creaking and clanking again.So before I took it in, it was silent. Now that I have it back, my vehicle is creaking and clanking. Now, Im stuck trying to figure this issue out because they keep telling me to bring my vehicle back in. Ive had enough goof-ups. So we agreed to take it someone another shop.Other shop says that the bolts were tightened while the vehicle dynamics were on the hoist and in the incorrect final position. Also that my upper control arms are part of the noise.I dont know how my upper control arms werent making noise with my old 3inch lift and now with the new lift kit on, its creaking and clanking. Its the same kit...just softer in the rear. Has nothing to do with the control arms in the front. So what changed? Did my control arms get damaged when the front was put in too high?!WTH 4WHEEL PARTS!!?? WTH!!??Hours and hours spent on trying to get this issue solved.

The people that works at this place are dutie leave your car with grease finger prints and then enter at your vehicle with dutie clothes they dont use cover for your seats or something that can be prevented to get your truck mess up after you bring it very clean they dont care about keep it that way or at least clean it after their are done hope they can change their manners.

Honest, knowledgeable & professional.I have a lifted F250 Powerstroke and I originally got thousands of dollars worth of work done at 4 WheelParts in Florida. I move to rochester MN & took my truck to Ford for a check up one day and Ford realized that I was missing suspension bolts and made other disturbing discoveries in regards to the work that was done in Florida.I called up 4 Wheel Parts in Brooklyn Park and they made it thier upmost priority to get my truck in ASAP. This particular location & staff went above and beyond to correct the wrongdoings of the Florida location. From the first phone call I had with the Manager at Brooklyn Park I knew that my precious truck would be well taken care of. The manager immediately built rapport with me and calmed my worries, he was honest and I am still impressed with how efficiently the entire ordeal was handled. The manager and staff at the Brooklyn Park location gained my trust and confidence back.A week after I got my front end practically rebuilt by this location I found out I had melanoma, I was scheduled for an emergency surgery and have been unable to go back for my 10 Day bolt check but am sure they will greet me kindly and handle my case with the upmost professionalism. This is the only place I will take my precious Powerstroke for service and I live over an hour away in Rochester. Thank you 4 Wheel Parts in Brooklyn Park.
