Hours posted are not accurate at all!They seem to run the store how they want.... They open when they want,and close when they want, perhaps their not apart of the corporate chain... Needless to say,they need more reliable workers, and better management!

Wish I could give no stars. 3rd time going between 8:30-9:00am and still locked but they open at 8:00am. I see the employee behind the counter trying to hide. First time a customer came out and they said there open so I tried again and still locked. Must of been a friend. Then when you call no answer and that’s all day. I’ve called Corp and that’s a joke too. Don’t get no customer service but you need to leave a message and they will call back. I get better service at the dollar store then I do at this place. Sad you get better service over North Minneapolis then here, lol.

I found a lot of great merchandise at a decent price and I was in and out in no time.

They do not open at 8am on Saturday like it states. When I asked when they would be open they responded that they had no idea...

If I could give no stars I would. I went in to grab a few things and the system was down. The cashier OFFERED to try my card anyway and it did not work. She had an attitude with me from that point on. Long story short her attitude and customer service were horrible. The cashier was slender with dreads working on 11/20 between 2-3pm. To make matters worse I thinks she’s one of the managers. HORRIBLE

Great store and I found what I needed.

Disorganized. Picked over selection. Unfriendly workers. One of the rude workers couldn’t scan my coupon, I asked if they could void my transaction and they did, after I asked for the coupon back because I didn’t use it the rude worker ended up destroying my coupon so that I couldn’t use it.

Is 8:50 and the store is closed when it said it opens at 8: and the person working there is seating on her car talking on the phone this is mad 😠😩😩😩

Never open on time.

Corporate should fire everyone that works there. They basically open when they want to. Saturday at 11 am and they still not open.

Brand new store very clean. Improper usage of masks and employees arguing with manager openly😒 so annoying I had to leave

They sold me tissue with blood in it, I tried to bring it back and explain that this is a issue, Never asked for a refund, I was told there is no way I got it from them even though I had the packing it came in and receipt....…. every single roll had blood in it. from junkies coming in a cleaning off needles. The woman looked at me like she didnt have time for this and said i had to comeback on Monday and talk to her boss. meanwhile they are still selling tissue and not checking for blood marks.

Theyve rearranged the store which is very welcoming, but the entry and exit doors should be changed to so that traffic coming in isnt walking between the check-out aisle. Seems to have new staff which is better than the staff from before who didnt seem to want to be there any way. I come in quite a bit since i live across the street, but not for anything major. They usually have awhat I need.

So unprofessional most of the employees have bad customer service I went in da store yesterday to get some food before I head to work and the two women that we’re working there had attitude towards me for no reason and gave me a hard time I’ve been going there for years now and I’ve never had a problem with no employee there before

Ghetto! Most of the employees are rude. How do you have 4 employees, a long line but only one person ringing up?? The store is always cluttered. Boxes of new merchandise blocking some areas and to top it off the older black man with the curl actually said out loud that he was tired of picking things up. I get it. I used to work in customer service but nobody is forcing him to work there. If he doesnt like his job then maybe he needs to find another one. Preferably not dealing directly with customers.

I have always found everything I needed at this location plus the staffs are wonderful people to their customers. 2021 update, few welcoming things have changed since 4 years ago.

1st time going in there ...good prices but had 3 workers in there an floors were dirty it was bad an some clothes on the floor. Plz clean ur Store... just saying just sad seeing workers that just dont care ...js

Your employees need to learn how to talk to adults i was treated like a kid today you dont tell adults NOT to talk in the store because you having a bad day i spend lots of money at family dollar and i should not be treated like that.

I dont shop at placed that dont allow you to use their restrooms. Because this is a predominantly African and African American area feels very Jim Crow.
