I always get a great deal on glasses here in comparison with optical stores. The Brooklyn Park store has Anthony. He is always very pleasant and patient with me. He is always eager to fix any issues or problems. Every place has issues, but its the willingness to fix them that really counts. Will always get glasses from here.

Worst customer service everMichelle the manager was rude. Took 2 hours to order glasses, we left and went shopping, come back to only to find them sitting in the back room. MY GLASSES WERENT EVEN ORDERED OR PUT IN THE SYSTEM. Then we waited and were looking at glasses- and yelled at us for looking!!! Horrible experience!! Lazy workers and didnt care about my time.....We will be going to Target for our families glasses!!Find a NEW JOB MICHELLE!!!!!!
