Do not come here for fingerprinting. Or anything else for that matter. The person guiding the process knew nothing and I had to do the while thing myself. Which was a struggle being the machine barely worked. A constant process of spraying my fingers, cleaning the pad, drying them slightly and repeating over and over and over again.Thoroughly poor experience.That and when I arrived by appointment Id barely walked through the door before being yelled at to go sit down.So yeah, go literally anywhere else.

Ordered item from Goodwill auction, was referred to Pack N Ship Plus for mailing. Six weeks later have not received item. Nobody at pack n ship plus can find item. Nobody answering emails or can understand me over the phone. Zero stars

Had an appointment scheduled for finger printing at 10 am and the doors are locked and no ones there. Appointment was confirmed. I am a travel Rn trying to get finger printed and now have to run around trying to find another place. So frustrating.

Absolute worst! My sister and I used them and the item arrived smashed/broken. We were upset because of how the girl packed it, it was broke on arrival. Stay away from this place, Im warning people here in this review so you dont go thru what we did, heartache and loss of time and money. They shouldnt be in business thats how bad they are.

Bought an item from a local store online. I live in Ohio. They picked up my item, a large glass framed lithograph, from the store, packaged and shipped it for me. The UPS Store told me it would cost 325 bucks, insane, she did it all for me for 75 total. It took a couple weeks, but if youre patient and email or call they keep you updated. The lady doesnt speak the best English but yall are on here trippin, she is still understandable if you listen and have patience. You see that price difference? I definitely recommend them. If you need ultra fast service let her know Im sure she will speed it up for a little more cash. Thanks again!

Had a finger print appointment for 9AM. All the signs posted and online hours said the store was opened for 9AM. Waited outside until 9:30 for someone to show up and open the store. She then said they didn’t do 9AM appointments. After I was finally seated for my finger print scan, she skipped through all the instructions and reading screens. This was my first time doing any sort of finger printing, and when I asked questions or did something wrong she got frustrated and giggled at me? I took much longer than it should have taken because she had skipped through all the instructions and didnt verbally explain any of the steps besides voicing that I was continuously doing something wrong.I understand background checks and finger scans are important, so save yourself the time and frustration and go to an actual UPS location. The extra drive away is worth it.

If you want things to get broken when you ship them this is your place! They could care less if your item breaks ----- theyll practically guarantee your package contents will get broken en route. the worst of the worst!

Like many others here, I had a 10:00 fingerprinting appointment for work, but they were closed.

I drove an hour to get my fingers printed for a new job. I made an appointment and the only employee working didnt know how to work the finger printing machine. She said it was new. Basically was never trained on a service they provide and they market this service on their door as well. Please dont market a service that you are unable to provide.

I arrived at 9 a.m. when the website (and sign on the door) said it would open. It’s been almost 40 minutes, and no one has arrived. The door is locked, and no one is answering the phone. I now see from reviews that several other people have had a similar experience. A bit disappointing.

Its 9:15 a.m. and while Google says theyre open, they most definitely are not. Business hours are supposedly from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and I have been sitting here for nearly 20 minutes waiting on them to open.

These people were supposed to pick up a print for me almost a MONTH ago from Goodwill. I dont think anyone there knows what they are doing and are barely able to speak English! They suck!

I went in to get finger printed and the lady was speaking to someone over FaceTime the entire time. She didn’t even ask me for any identification and wasn’t explaining to me what to do because she was on the phone. Unbelievable.

I already came twice the first time I came at 9 o’clock when they were supposed to be open and waited here for 20 minutes and nobody was here. I can another day at 12 and same story. Place is supposed to be open but it was not. Very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stopped by at 9:20am to get fingerprinted so I can volunteer at my childrens daycare, and it was closed. No answer when I called. Hopefully someone will be there when I come back after work tonight.Update: Came back at 3:35 pm and still not open. I may not be able to volunteer now as this was my only chance to get this done, and its the only one near me that can do this service. Can I switch this to zero stars?

Went to get fingerprints done.Lights were out and door open.I came to find a young man on the phone.I am still waiting on prints a week later.When I called to cheek on them phone is busy!

I called this location and told them I was coming to get a finger print when I arrived there were other people waiting outside the door was lock and noone was answering the phone I had called 10 minutes before I got there and the other people that were there had called them too.

I went here to make a color copy and the two copiers at the entrance were broken, the printer that the cashier used was out of blue ink and the cashier had zero customer service. Will not return.

Not very impressed as the hours are from 9-7 and yet there are several individuals waiting for the store to open and it is now 944am and the store is still locked and closed with no one inside. Called multiple times and no answer and the mailbox is full.
