We had a customer that had an install crew from Minneapolis putting up a temporary fence near Hibbing, MN. The install crew did not have the correct parts and were at a standstill on the job site. Jonathon Krause and Michael Joyce at Merchants Metals went above and beyond and had the correct parts delivered to the crew in Hibbing 4 hours after I called them for assistance. Outstanding service!
