I give straight A’s across-the-board for Rob, the man who answered many call, followed up the next morning exactly when he said he would, and arranged for Pete to come and look at the garage door. Pete arrived when Rob said he would, quickly assessed the problem, explained why the opening mechanism had stopped working, showed me how to fix it if it were to ever happen again, sprayed lubricant on all the moving parts, recommended the best lubricant, cautioned me to wipe off the bottom of the garage door in the spring to keep it from being damaged by salt, and asked me at least three times if I had any more questions or other concerns. Both men had excellent communication skills and made an outstanding impression with their work ethic and service!

Talked to a guy and told him the issue.He had someone come out the next day and was here not even 5 minutes and quoted us $500 to replace the garage door opener.I had a feeling to get a second opinion and im glad i did. All we needed was a new sensor and everything costed less than half of what we would have paid for with this company.Be careful people!! I am disappointed in their service. I had a issue where my cables came off track. I told the tech that this happened in the past and wondering what is the root caused to this issue. The tech said the wheel need to be lube. After lubricant the wheels, he retrack the cables to the wheels and left. Few days later the cables got off track again.My neighbor felt bad and he went to inspect my garage. He said I need new wheel baron. It is ceased and frozen up. My neighbor ended up fixing it. Now my garage is working great for 3 weeks straight now without an issue.I wished Champion Garage would go beyond to find the root caused of the problem instead of just lubricant the wheels and retrack cables.I guess the tech just wanted my money and move on.

Called on Monday, week of Thanksgiving no less, looking for a quote and was able to have someone out the next morning to fix the problem.Chris was excellent. He came out to replace a spring and drums but ended up having to replace the whole bar due to previous work done (torqued bolts down too hard). Two stars for customer service. I chose this company because of the good reviews. At first I was glad that they were able to set an appointment for the next day to check and fix my broken garage springs. I was told by the staff that the tech would call to confirm a time early in the morning. Im a pretty patient person so I waited after an hour to call and check on the status. The staff told me hed check on that status. He never called back. I called again to get the answer and was told that the tech was on his way to our area and would call when he gets there. Another hour passed. No body. I then called back to cancel the appointment and scheduled with another company with a better rate. Not a single apology. To my surprise, their tech showed up at our door. No call either. My husband felt bad so he ended up having the tech do the work. Payton did a great job. Im not disappointed in the techs work but the customer service needs improvement.

Had an emergency need because my husband bumped into the garage door track while backing out, and some wheels came off of the bent track. From the time of the call, to the service person (Chris) arriving, it was only about 30 minutes! He temporarily repaired the rail so that it was usable until he came back yesterday to replace the entire garage door (which we had wanted to do for a long time anyway) and did a fantastic job, in below zero weather!! My garage door had a cable break. I called in the evening and they were able to come out the next morning at 9am. Chris did an excellent job explaining the issue along with sharing knowledge how I can maintain my garage door for long life. My opener is over 25 years old but he did not push me to buy a new one yet. He said to use it until it dies. Quick fix and I felt it was a trustworthy transaction.

This company is wonderful. As a new homeowner, I am always leery of being taken for a ride or being sold things I didnt really need. The rep they sent didnt do that to me. He explained things and told me about choices I had, but didnt push me into anything. In fact, he told me that even though the garage door I have is old, it is still in pretty good shape. I sent a request through Angies List on Sunday night, got a response the same night. The next morning- Monday 7-23-18 confirmed an appointment for between 12 and 2. Jeremy arrived by 2 pm and had my working great within 20 minutes! The price was very good at $89.99 less a $20 off coupon on Angies list.I will definitely use them again for any garage door issues!

We had new torsion springs installed by Champion. They were very easy to do business with. I called on Monday, they replaced the springs early Tuesday. They called before they arrived, did great work, and followed up with me after. Excellent service.

Door spring broke at 6:30 on a Thursday night. My call was answered right away and the guy walked me through how to get my garage door up safely to get the cars out. A technician (Peyton) texted me first thing in the morning to come take a look. Turned out I needed a spring conversion kit instead of just a new spring, I was a little confused as to what that entailed, so I called. He answered on the first ring and clearly and concisely explained what was needed and why. He came back in the afternoon and did the conversion in about an hour for $475. Again, he clearly and concisely explained to me how to maintain the garage door properly. He never attempted to upsell me on anything like new seals etc. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company.

Champion has provided excellent service on two different occasions. They are very responsive and very friendly to work with. On both occasions I had questions on things I thought needed replacing but was told they were in good shape and only needed some servicing which saved me money. To me that says a lot about this company. I will not hesitate to refer them at any time.

I had my garage door break at 6:30 am. It was in real bad shape and I knew I needed professional help. I found Champion on Google and gave them a call. By 9:00 am Chris was at my home and helped me get my car out in a few minutes so I could go to work. He quickly took measurements and explained what happened and why a new door was needed. He said he would be back the next day to install. True to his word, he was. The door looks great, his stuck with his original quoted price, and he went through explaining how to maintain the door. Needless to say he made a bad situation a great experience!

I called on a Saturday because I couldnt get the garage door open and both our cars were stuck in the garage. The person who answered the phone asked me a bunch of questions and had me try a few things to see if I could save some money and fix it myself with his instructions over the phone. That didnt work and he gave me the options of coming out over the weekend or coming first thing Monday morning. Even though it cost a little more to have him come out immediately, I needed to get the cars out. He arrived within two hours and after inspecting the door determined we had a busted spring. He had the right springs on his truck and repaired it right then and there. He also went through the whole door and opener to check to see if anything else was in need of repair. He found a bearing was bad and that probably contributed to the spring breaking. He had the right parts and changed them also. He completed the work in under two hours, including lubricating all the moving parts on the door and opener. Fast, professional service tech who knows his business. I would recommend them to anyone who needs excellent service to repair their door.

Garage door cable broke on a Sunday morning. Called around 10:15am and a representative answered right away. I explained the problem and let them know we had a birthday party at our house at 1:00pm.
