They do not seem knowledgeable about many things. Im a contractor and had a simple question on a Lennox residential furnace. They could not answer and gave me the Lennox technical support number. After almost 2 hours on hold with support, I finally hung up. As a contractor, I just dont have time for this. Im very busy. Lennox needs to redesign their whole system so a contractor can get a quick answer without spending hours on hold.
I prefer this location over the others. Ronnie and Andy are great. Both helpful and knowledgeable. Im always hassling them for quotes and placing orders. I always get a timely response to my requests and my orders are always ready to go. They also help me get everything out to the truck regardless of weather without me asking for help. Great service here.

Manager of store told me there real customers are the technicians and was unable to help me exact words. This does make sense because their appliances are designed to fail, thus the technicians are required to do the repair. You are not able to get the parts yourself. Do not buy a Lennox appliance!!! You are not their customer per store manager!!!
