The employee did not want to do her job, bossed me around, and called police on me.Her name is SHAY. SHAY refused to bring my prelabelled boxes, which she already scanned, to the side wall behind her counter. It is not my job, SHAY said. Instead, she commanded me to do so. I disagreed but still did it just to be done. She then did not weigh my boxes (11 boxes) correctly, and blamed it on me; she said because I picked them up out of the scale too fast. She did not tell me that at the first box, but waited till the very end. So I would have to bring them all back up for her to scale them correctly. That made me mad and I pushed my box, the box dropped inside her counter, she yelled and shouted at me, and called police on me. I had to bring all my boxes back to the car to drop at another store

Showing up 10 minutes before closing time, to find the door is locked, bars have been brought down around the cashier area, and there was a hand-written sign on the inside stating sorry closed. This is unacceptable, as many people have shipping deadlines. Mine was for an item that is approximately $700. This happened on 11-6-21.

I would never recommend using this location. Spend the extra 5 to 10 minutes and drive to another UPS. We dropped off a large box, filled with Christmas gifts for my daughter, at this location on 12/20/20. We wanted to make sure it was able to be delivered by Christmas Eve. We thought we paid for 3 Day Select, to ensure my daughter would have her gifts by Christmas. The receipt had a delivery date of 12/24/20. On Christmas Eve, the day the gifts were expected to be delivered, I checked the tracking number to see if there was a window of time listed for delivery, so I could let my daughter know when to expect the box. Once I put the tracking number in, the UPS website tells me that the package is ON TIME FOR DELIVERY OF 12/29/20. We immediately contacted UPS to find out where the package was currently sitting as their online information was never updated. (At this point UPS had the package in their possession for 4 days.) Nobody could tell us where our box was at. We asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told us that the box was in a town a few hours away from where my daughter lived. We begged UPS to do anything they could to deliver the box that same day/evening. We were told by the supervisor at UPS that there was nothing they could do because our package had a regular UPS Ground label on it. That delivery takes 3-5 business days. The UPS supervisor said that the local franchise, that we shipped the box from, put a regular UPS Ground shipping label on our box, but they should have sent the box via 3 Day Select. We were then told that we needed to address this issue with the store because they made the mistake. Since it was now in the evening of Christmas Eve, we could not speak to anyone at the store so my daughter went without gifts for Christmas, due to negligence by this UPS Store.My husband went back to this store this morning to advise them of the mistake, that we wanted the box located and shipped UPS Same Day so our daughter could have her gifts today, a day after Christmas, and not on 12/29/20. The girl at the store was unable to help my husband as she needed the managers information in order to initiate an interception of the box and change the label on the box to UPS Same Day shipping. She had tried to call her manager to get the needed information to start the process but her manager would not answer her cell phone. Also, the manager was not scheduled to be back in the store until Monday.So now we cant get the delivery date moved sooner, and we paid over $80.00 for this poor service.We also found out it was the store manager herself, Kim, that put the wrong type of shipping label on our box.Besides all of the other poor reviews of employees attitudes, there now this to add to the list of why you should never use this location.We will also be contacting the UPS corporate office for what its worth. Save yourself the headache. Dealing with someone who has a bad attitude is bad enough, but when they ruin your childs holiday by making such a stupid mistake and not rectifying it is unacceptable.

Obviously management here is incompetent for allowing terrible employees to run the store without supervision. FYI - if you get overwhelmed by having 2 customers in the store, you need to find a non-service type job. Seems like the Caucasian lady everyone is talking about is the main event, as she treated me like garbage as well. Management including her are complete jokes. It’s ok, I’ll take my business elsewhere and they’ll just live out their life as below average human beings. Clearly they’re mad about something in their life.

I called to confirm if a service was provided. I had to repeat myself because the woman was rushing me and not listening (it wasnt a long winded question I had asked either). She was rude when she provided the answer and promptly hung up. I understand she may have been busy in the store, but that is still no excuse to come across that negatively on a 21 second phone conversation.

Put on hold and finally had to hang up after no one returned to the phone. Tried calling back a different time the next day and before I could say anything she just put me on hold with the same outcome. I guess I’ll use a different company.

Always only 1 person there helping people. Waited 15 minutes for 1 customer to finish his multiple boxes to ship. Lady working was rude. Visited on Monday. Finally got to counter for a transaction that only took me 1 minute. So, I have to wait almost 20 minutes for my 1 minute transaction.

Please please please take your business somewhere else the black lady at the counter is extremely rude. She gives you minutes to find an address where to send your stuff. She doesnt care at all. Just retrain them people there. People need good customer service and that business doesnt have any

The older lady that works there is obviously unhappy and has a hard time hiding it. She is rude, doesnt greet customers or use a pleasant tone of voice. I have been there thrice but promised myself I will not return. There are so many people in this world that need a job and would take pride in any work they were given. But, at this store, the woman not only disrespects her job and the company that hired her...she doesnt value the customers spending money to keep the business in operation. Please either retrain her and hold her accountable or let her go and hire someone that cares.

I told an employee that I wanted to get a mailbox, and she said, Oh, you people are killing me. I was so shocked that I just laughed. Even if I werent in customer service, I would know that youre supposed to act like you love your job, at least when youre talking to a customer.

I went to this store on November 14. I would leave 0 stars if possible. The girl behind the counter was rude, impolite and had a very badattitude to all the customers. She stared up at the ceiling and just stood there instead of calling on the next customer. She acted as though she was being inconvenienced. No “thank you “ or “have a nice day.” She looked mad the entire time. Worst customer service I have ever had!

I had a lot of printings to do and called the store in advance to ask if I can email the file prior of me coming to the Store, the lady pick up the phone and ask me to hold immediately. I was on hold for 20 min when I decided to drive to the Store and still keeping my phone on hold. When I got to the Store the lady was outside smoking with no customers in the store. At that point I wasnt upset as she deserve a smoke break. When I entered the store she seems upset that I had interrupted her smoke break. She help me print all my files then I proceed to staple them. Unfortunately the stapler was very small. I looked around and saw a bigger stapler behind the counter, I then ask her nicely, Please do you have a bigger stapler that I can use? She said NO visibly upset. I then ask her what about that one behind you? ... She responded very agitated No it wont work And I said can we try ? I gently handled her my papers to staple and everything work perfectly... I have never wrote a revue in my life but i felt compelled to write this one. I will never return to this store where I had spent a lot of money thru my Job. The sales associate was an older lady. Date of visit was Thurs June 11th at around 4:45pm ( See screenshot of call wait time of 28min)

I’ve been here many many times hoping it would get better, but service is extremely slow. There’s always only one person working and a line.If you’re in a hurry, avoid this location. Otherwise, try to come here within the first hour or two of opening to avoid long waiting times.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give this location any stars. Don’t ever go here!!! Worst UPS location ever. They are no help whatsoever. The older Caucasian lady here was RUDE the minute I got inside. Because of how RUDE she was to me I just left. She didn’t even help explain why I needed to get the boxes for when Amazon offers free returns. Drive out a little farther to a different UPS store to get better service. Before it was even my turn they were RUDE to the person ahead of me about their package.

Went in to have a simple package delivered. The employee was not very competent and quickly overwhelmed. I tried to have patience until they placed the shipping on label on a random piece of paper instead of my package!?! I walked out and 10 minutes later received a phone call from the manager insisting that i stole their label and messed up their computer system. They then abruptly hung up. I can not even express how sad i am for anyone having to deal with management that blames and accuses the customer for their own mistakes.

I came here to return a text book that I rented on from amazon on12/14/19. The customer service agent was very inattentive, rude in addressing my concern on packing and labeling my package for shipping. He didn’t complete my package for shipment properly by closing and labeling it, but I did pay all the fees attached to my order and I was worried that he just dropped my package behind his desk while serving others. I walked out the store feeling so bad that my package wasn’t handled right by the agent before exiting the store.

Not sure what the negative reviews are for or why these individuals who posted the reviews at the time are lackluster bitter. I purchase and print my own prepaid labels from home on my ups online account. Then affix & tape the labels onto the box, drive over to this ups store branch at Brooklyn Blvd, drop it off & get a receipt for my records. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. Havent had any negative experience over the 8 years I been coming here for my shipping needs. People need to relax and chill 😐.

Very poor customer service - rude! I went into the store to drop off a USPS package (I know its not UPS, but dropping off USPS to a UPS store is a common occurrence) and I just said that I had a package to drop off and handed over the package. The woman behind the counter was very rude in her comments and tone. Heres how the conversation played out (keep in mind her tone): The woman said THIS is a USPS package so I CANT give you a tracking number!! Which was fine since I had already purchased the label, I didnt need a tracking number and didnt ask her for one. Then she proceeded to say And this WONT go out today, our pick up already happened today!! Which, I hadnt asked for that information. I then asked her for the times that they do get pick ups and she said I have NO clue!! Which, okay, she could have stated that in a different, more professional, just more kind way. So then I asked if she had a rough estimate of the pick up times and she said I dont know, one pickup is sometime before 2 pm and one pickup is sometime after 2:30 pm. Very helpful...not.

Paid to have replacement phone shipped overnight through UPS. Waited at work all day, checked online update. It stated delivery attempt made. Security checked ALL video footage and no one attempted delivery. Driver lied, no delivery was attempted. I work for a major corporation and the building is highly visble. Now I have to wait two more days with no recourse. Use Fed Ex better service

The Brooklyn Blvd. & Broadway UPS Store, they tried to rip us off, 3 shipping packages that should have cost a total of $161.00, they wanted to charge us $303.00. keep a close eye on these independent UPS Store owners at 7964 Brooklyn Blvd; they will take you to the cleaners. they are extremely unfriendly they never smile that should tell you something right there. we took our 3 packages to to the Maple Grove UPS Store and they were super friendly and charged us the appropriate shipping charge of $161.00 for the 3 packages our Company will never do business with the UPS Store #1981 at 7964 Brooklyn Blvd ever again.

Overpriced for mediocre work. First of all, I wanted color cardstock and they only have WHITE paper. I was in an urgent situation so I went with it. I had someone else pick up the order so it wasnt til a couple days later I saw that they charged me $30 for 15 cuts on 2 files that needed 1/4 cuts. Should have only been a total of 4 cuts (2 cuts per file), but they said the sheets werent aligning properly so they had to cut them individually. It was 2 files with 8 sheets. How is it my fault that your printer is inconsistent?! Also charged an extra $0.50 for Cardstock, which was a complete shock to me. I called the store and corporate to try and resolve but they see no need to rectify this situation. So the least I can do is warn everyone else.Save yourself the unprofessionalism and cost...go to the one on Shingle Creek in Brooklyn Center (#2108). Its not too far away from this one in distance but galaxies better in terms of quality, cost, and SERVICE.
