Great experience.They entire store was fantastic, but Durrell gave me the best customer service I have seen in years. The way he helped me and matched the stain in my kitchen with 3 different woods,..... very impressive. I wont go anywhere else for my paint.

Needed a roller pan that’s it and I got there 4 min before closing time and the door was locked. Drove out of my way knowing I’d get there with time to spare. Please don’t lock your doors early it’s very bad service.

The absolute best Sherwin paint store to go to. Mike and Ben are the two most helpful and knowledgeable guys behind that counter. If you have questions they have answers. Whether its paint matching or deciding on what product to put on your unique project they will guide you to the best material to purchase. I drive out of my way on many of the jobs I do to get my paint from them because its always right where Ive had other SW stores fall short.

I couldnt decide between colors, they suggested buying sample cans and advised where to put it on my wall so I could make the best choice. I highly recommend this location for all your painting needs.

They both worked hard going back in the computer system to find a purchase we made 7 years ago at the Plymouth store so we could get the same color paint. Personable, knowledgeable, and caring. If you want amazing customer service, wonderful product information, and beautifully mixed paint this store is your best bet!! As a painting contractor we visit several stores weekly to pick up paint. After constant poorly mixed paint, colors not matching when picking up an additional gallon of paint, terrible customer service and so on, we will not even visit the Maple Grove Sherwin Williams, we will drive an hour out of the way to go to Brooklyn Park Sherwin Williams!! They are the best in the Business!

I bought some emerald paint (the most expensive kind of paint they sell) and it was the most junks paint ever. It’s starting to peel, and it hasn’t been more then a month, and it took 5 coats to cover up the other paint this is unacceptable, don’t go here and get paint, Menards paint is way better quality no doubt

I have been going to this store location for 40 years. The place is always clean! The staff is extremely helpful and have even carried my cans out to my vehicle for me. The paint is exception I have never had a problem with it. The colors are always tinted correctly. As long as I can continue to paint this will be my go to store.
