Love this store but now with the change in hours I won’t really have a chance to go back. Love going but stinks that this had to happen.

I love the place the expanded the store, all products are high quality,excellent customer service they are very professional and kind.

Very rude practically yelling at me that I need my license told her I do my own and she got annoyed when I told her she needs to put it on website and out front of there store ! Like I wasted my time coming over here ! Didn’t know I needed a lisence to buy products for myself! This stores a f******* joke!

Love this store I am Black and I don’t feel the typical stereotypes we (black ppl) feel when shopping here ! I.e - being followed profusely while trying to shop in peace, harassed in every aisle until you’re just super uncomfortable! I feel welcome every time I’m here! The owner and his wife are super helpful they go above and beyond!! They also give great advice!! Definitely would recommend this place!!

If you dont have a nail tech license dont bother to go, the lady was really rude and hade an actitud, she close the door on my face after asking for my license.I have my license but i didnt have it with me at that day.

Polite, helpful, and kind people. I recently found this supply store and could be more thrilled. I am a small salon owner, and have to travel for nail supplies. This store is easier to get to than where I was before and they’re so friendly! I won’t go any where else again.

I dont even want to give this place a star but I had to. I will never go back to this place. There was a man that followed me around the store the entire time I was there, every time Id try to ask him a question he would walk away from me like he wasnt following me but then would somehow be lurking around like I was stealing.. there were other people in the store as well but I was the only BLACK person there.. I even told the man he could walk with me if he thought I was stealing and then again ignored me.. so they will never get my service again.

Linh is a wonderful guy. Know how to make deal. Honest, pleasant to talk to. Great businessman, haven’t found one like that in a long long time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The first time I stopped by, I called and asked if they were open and he said yes. When I arrived to the store the lights werent on and it appeared closed. The guy came to the door and I asked if they were open and he said not really but let me in anyway and asked if I needed anything. When I told him what I was looking for, he looked confused as if he didnt know what I was talking about (it was pedicure stuff). This time, I checked if they were open online and it said they close at 5 (its 2:45). When I arrived at the store I was not so surprised to see that it is closed. I wish I could say I will not be back but sadly it is the only nail supply store close enough to run to on my lunch break.

Nice guy. New store and will have more shipments coming in. Great selections of kiara sky from dipping to gel and regular polishes. DND will also be carried as I was told. Definitely will check in a couple weeks again

First of all there door is locked at all times u have to wait for them to open it then they follow u around the store like your going to steal something they asked me for my license like 7 times after I showed them it already poor customer service will NOT BE GOING BACK PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICED

Good afternoon, in this shop they are very hostile I went on Sunday August 18, 2019 and to begin they open the door to you from the inside and when I was going to enter an Asian woman tells me that if I have a certificate of cosmetologist to be able to get in there, she wont even answer and I try to explain I just wanted to buy the monomer to start practicing but she kept talking and wouldnt let me answer her at the end she closes the door in my face
