I am not a Regular five and below customer.I was very surprised and shocked to see the new layout and items @ five and below .I am so glad that they carry more than just phone chargers and batteries etc.. When I tell you that I was very very shocked to see all of the great items five below added.I had to break out my camera and start snapping shots to let everyone know Don’t sleep on five and below go in there and check out the great items they have to offer.I now have a new store to shop at.This store is amazing there is a lot that you can find .Check out the new and improve five and below go check it out hurry hurry!!

I always love Five Below and the Park Ridge store in particular. Five Below is a great place to go to find a phone charger, or a t-shirt, or even some candy. I do like this location store rework to include self checkouts.

Nice store. My first time at this location. Store was clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like all the variety the Five Below stores offer. I purchased clothing, beauty aids, candy and workout equipment in one stop! The price is great. This store had self checkout registers. I would recommend this store to others. Enjoy!🙂

Love all the new things they have now

The layout of the store is very cramped and you can not go down an aisle without basically bumping into someone. There are not cashiers just self checkouts which isnt terrible if the people know what they are doing bit most of the time they dont. I do not like this location

It is nice but i dont like the self checkout they had cashiers a couple of years ago it is there way of put people out of work

Love 5Below anyway! Located in a shopping center off a main road. A sign for it is aligned with the road with a group of other named stores. Handicap parking. 1/4 of this store is filled with a candy section. Main objective is everything is 5 or below yet nothing higher than 10. You enter one way and exit the other door. Not handicapped friendly and aisles can be tight. Clean, bright and the varieties is what makes it great. This location didnt require mask and didnt notice sanitizers for customers.

Good store and fine employees some people didn’t have a mask and the store was over crowded and I felt overwhelmed but overall good place

Very messy!!Staff was playing in the store-not very professional. Probably over crowded for covid19 health laws. 6ft rules.No one was whipping carts and hand baskets down.I just needed to run in and outBut it made a great few moments to people watch...lol

So different now much more organized and clean love the self checkout the last time I was there was a year ago

Five below; I wish I had one closer. I love the products they have and various selections, along with a decent quality as close to the original as one could get. I’m usually here for charging cables for my phones n tablets yet; I would walk out with more that I bargained for. Not saying it’s a bad thing. Would definitely Recommend.

They separated it so that you can come in one way and leave the other...But they did let you know which way to come in and which way to leave! I like the new self checkout but it sucks that some people are probably out of jobs now; welcome to the future! Im not a fan.

Every time I go to this ridge road location the staff is very nice and helpful....the store always have what Im looking for. Thats always a plus in my book...i just hate the store open up at 11a.m. I think 9a.m should be normal open up time...

Obviously the prices are really good. But in this case you get what you pay for it. Lots of cheaply made items that dont last long at all before they break or quit working. Did have excellent experience with staff here. Very friendly and helpful with quick service.

I love the price tags here but does seem to me that everything I want is always at the five dollar mark. They have a little bit of everything.

Great prices & I usually find what I was looking for. This particular visit, I found exactly what I was looking for, beach stuff, including a large, beautiful & durable beach bag. And, you cant beat $5, compared to $12-$20 at other stores. 👍🏼ETA: you can order online & shipping is only $5 no matter how much you order. Thats very convenient.

I love five below. I can always find a nice gift very reasonably priced for young people in my family. I recently found a very nice iPhone 7 case for my phone for only five dollars! I was very impressed that they had hired a security guard with Down syndrome. He was very proud of himself and it was obvious he took his job very seriously. Thank you five below!

This location seems to have just about anything Im looking for and its never overcrowded unless its a holiday which is expected. And for the amount of things they have in the store its pretty clean and theres no safety hazards and I always like some other locations. I visit this location quite often.

What a nice store. Lots of fun things. Great place for stocking stuffers. They have incense.

Even while packed lines moved fast and they have been busy all day according to the cashier but manage to keep the shelves stocked and workers on floor helping customers while stocking.

They have alot of stuff for pretty much anyone if your looking for something cool for a good price this is the place to go

Nice to pic up odds and ends but they are starting to have merchandise over their 5.00 and below slogan.

Was very surprised to find the name was an expression of truth. As I was wearing shorts and flip-flops frostbite settled in before I even picked out a single sparkly Keychain. My doctor says Ill never use my right big toe again, but my keys look dope.

The store is pretty much organized however the customers pick up items and put them where ever they dont put them back in the appropriate place. The employees are helpful. I would recommend going to this store.

Well maintained, very clean, good service but could do a little better with organizing the electronics in my opinion the car electronics shouldnt be all the way hidden at the bottom under a bunch of headphones made it a bit hard to find. Other than that great store!
