I originally went to Kenny 3 years ago to get paint protection film over my headlights and get a radar detector hardwired into my 2017 Audi A4. He did a great job. Just this past weekend, I went to him again for tint removal (done by another shop) and install. Kenny and his team are amazing and have not steered me wrong thus far. I would go to him for any car customization needs you may have. They’re experienced and professional. They are so good, I am willing to travel nearly 4 hours because that’s how confident I am in their ability to get whatever I need done and done right.

VERY ARROGANT !! would take advantage of customers easily.He made me pay $50 to tell me the ( 2 seconds ) trick to disarm my the security system alarm of my car ; and the trick didnt even work ; I had to google it again. I dont believe such owners still exist with all what the info we have access to on the Internet; big mistake from me for going back to his business.

I was referred to Creative Audio & Security by another business and read their reviews online. The work they did for me was very professional, reasonably priced and on time. I explained what I wanted and they understood right away. Not only were they confident that they could do the job - they delivered. With no surprises either. 5 Star Service. Kenny and his guys at Creative are total professionals. I brought my Grand Cherokee in for front and rear Blackvue camera install along with getting rid of any chrome with black satin wrap and tinting all tailights. The work was done to perfection and super timely. The wrap work done here is the best youll see. Kenny is really chill, he showed me a Lambo they were working on along with custom luxury interiors on Mercedes party buses. I will be a repeat customer and you should be too.

Very professional, reasonable and cool people here. These guys know what they are doing. Installed an in dash receiver with Bluetooth capabilities and a video switch to watch movies in my Mazda 6. Also connected the receiver to a back up camera. Havnt had a problem since.

I recently bought a used Mercedes that didnt have a backup camera, and I did a Google search and found Creative Audio Systems. Great reviews, and convenient to my home. I spoke to Kenny and he offered me the option of retrofitting an iPad to give me Apple Play and navigation, but no camera, or just the backup camera. I went with the camera and couldnt be more pleased. It works just like it was OEM (even though Mercedes said my system wasnt designed for a backup camera?!). Price was as expected and very reasonable, and drop off and pick up was a breeze.A couple of weeks later I contacted Kenny again because I wasnt happy with my sound system, and had spoken to a few people who thought Id have to replace all my speakers, which obviously would have been a major expense. Kenny asked me to bring the car by so that he could listen to it, and told me immediately I didnt need speakers, but a subwoofer. We then talked about where to install it, as a previous customer had asked him to put it under the back seat to save trunk space. Kenny said he could do that, but it would be substantially more expensive, and the sound quality wouldnt be as good. Again, price was very reasonable, and the work was accomplished quickly. I couldnt believe the difference in the sound - truly incredible.Today I asked Kenny for a small favor, to put on my new license plates as I was nervous about the back plate installation since it was near the camera. Again, No problem, just come on by. No charge, because as Kenny said, Youre a customer now.In summary, this place is FANTASTIC. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and Im not just impressed by their work, but by the fact that they have never tried to up-sell me when it would have been easy to do so. They will tell you straight up what you need, give you options, let you decide whats best for you, and then they do an amazing job.Kenny is a rockstar, and I will always go back to this shop for any future needs!

I saw that this company had nice reviews, so I gave them a shot. Ken was a nice guy and charged me $197 for installing an aftermarket amp and subwoofer enclosure I had in my previous vehicle into my 05 BMW 330xi . All worked out great! I now have much better bass respose and still use my factory setup (BMW e46 Harmon Kardon).

These guys do top end work they are experts when it comes to fixing electrical problems that baffle many dealerships. These are the guys that many dealerships in manhatten hire to install k40 systems and can handle and custom work you can think of. If a master tech cant fix an electrical at a dealership they call these guys!
