Honestly, was our go to location during the pandemic because if the drive thru and decent wait times. Since restrictions have lifted, however, management at this location has been awful. The shelves are never stocked with different items, and its not a supply chain issue because all the Sheetz stores (3) in a five mile will have the products this location cant stock. Their sense of urgency is terrible, theres only one or two passionate employees but you can tell their passion has been completely drained from lack of leadership or empowerment. I understand its a difficult time to find employees or good help, but theres really no excuse for how bad this location has become.

Food is always good. The general manager and employees are always great people. Went Tuesday night and felt so bad that they were left with just two employees. They deserve better. Love this place hope it gets better !

The parking lot is always full of trash, cans over flowing. The lobby is disgusting. Thought at first it was just a bad day, but after going there for months nothing has changed. Bad management when it comes to cleaning. The personnel seems friendly. I would never buy food from across the counter due to filth around all the kiosks.

If youre hungry dont waste your time with this place. I waited over 40min for boneless wings and there were still people ahead of me. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Not the first time Ive had a ridiculous wait for food at this place, but this was the last straw. Never ever making the mistake of getting food here again.

A little bit of a wait for the food, but the food was very good for a drive through and they had a pretty large selection to choose from! Overall I was pretty pleased, but not sure I’d go there for a quick stop. They also have a decent automated car wash there, which was nice.

I love their salads, even if theyre $10+. The lettuce was browning when I came here at 2:10am 7/13th and also at 7/14 at 12:20am. The lettuce was still brown so they hadn’t gotten anything new in the last day. When I ordered the second time, croutons were forgotten and I forgave it all, no biggie. I then found a piece of hair in my salad and I couldn’t help but to write this review. I tried calling first to see if they’d maybe hear me out and correct, but no answer or voicemail. Lastly, I also ordered a Homestyle chicken sandwich 7/14 @12:20am and they made it spicy. Again I would forgive if I didn’t find hair in my food and for the prices I’m paying, this is unacceptable. Nearly $50 for 4 salads, I’m expecting a little more. Paying too much for brown lettuce, not following basic recipes on screen and no customer service. I’d appreciate it if they acknowledged this.

All the pumps are old and in need of repair...slide my card to pay then notice 87 octane button missing..had to purchase higher priced gas...or move location which would be organized chaos...place is always dirty ...go elsewhere if you can

Ive tried this place 5 times, not large orders, fries and microwave pizza usually, for some reason it always, and I mean ALWAYS takes 30-45 minutes to get my food. I simply do not understand what is taking so long. If I were the owner/regional manager Id clean house immediately and get a somewhat competent staff. Ive been to good sheetz locations, this is absolutely horrendous performance.

By far the worst sheetz Ive ever been to.. drive through wait is horrible greeted by the rudest employee to be asked if I ordered this big order with a attitude, like dude Im paying for it whats the issue? Tonight I literally sat there for a hour yes a hour because there was people in front and behind me couldnt move to then get my food, fries are salty and cold salad nothing that I ordered was on it! Its disgusting inside, and I went to the drive through twice now, for 2 hotdogs! I sat there for almost 20 minutes paid and decided it wasnt worth it and just left. This sheetz is hands down the worst in the area

THIS Sheetz has really went down hill !Under cooked or over cooked food..never seems to just be cooked just right.Its dirty inside and out all of the time, always out of napkins or washer fluid..now they changed the mac n cheese and dont even cook the noodles till they are done..use to be my favorite place now its hard to even get my wife to want to go there..sad to see it go down hill so bad over the last 3 yrs..

They find it extremely hard to stock shelves. Thought maybe it was a fluke I walked in between busy periods or something. But no, everytime I come in for a drink, more than half the shelves are empty.

Everyone should come to sheets. You do not need to wear a mask. The employees had several customers who did not have on masks and did not speak to the customers. They even had free masks available, for free, and did not ask the customers to put on a mask or leave.

Where did all the drinks go?

Stopped in after my flight returned. There was no one at the checkout for several minutes. Many of the people in line walked out. I glanced at the food prep area and was shocked. It was filthy. It makes me rethink ever buying MTO if this is their standard.

Coolers arent fully stocked very often. Also they just changed their car wash from laser wash to brush.

Made a simple order of a milkshake and a pizza. They make the pizza but dont make the milkshake. Then proceeds to make two milkshakes for two other orders before starting mine.I go to Sheetz a lot but this is the first and last time I come here.

Worst service ever received here tonight. Went through the drive thru, and ordered on a screen that barely worked. Waited to receive my order, which wasn’t the problem, because I knew it would b fresh and made to order. Drove all the way home and didn’t receive an item. Okay, I get it, it happens. When my husband called, he was told “hold on, and I’m going to check that for you.” Waited 10+ minutes on the phone and finally just hung up. I then tried calling to receive no answer. Multiple times. No answer. Drove up there to speak to the “manager”, who gave me the worst apology about not picking up the phone. Never once apologized for the inconvenience, or poor customer service. Got my money back, but will never come back to this location. I can see why this location doesn’t have good reviews. Never can get an order right or provide good customer service.

Poor customer service. The male employees making food spent an entire 10 minutes gossiping and delaying orders. They used racial epithets against Spanish speaking employees and were discussing dating. This is inappropriate in a work environment but is worst when there are waiting customers listening. The manager seriously needs to speak to his employees about this.

The food and gas are good and cheap. However, the place is often filthy and wait times are unreasonable. The staff is often talking amongst themselves when work needs to be done and they close at random times.

Food just plain terrible. Sure ordering from a screen is Future Forward but when youre ingredients are subpar it means nothing. Sure its a gas station but still its not exactly cheap. I wouldnt recommend anything on the menu coming from someone that ordered at least 5 times. Garbage!

TERRIBLE experience. I always go to the one on ridge but live way closer to this one. I actually was deterred from coming here because of the poor reviews. But against my better judgment i decided to come here today. Worst service ever. The food was wrong, she didn’t bother to apologize... had her make it again and was wrong again. The meatballs were nasty nasty nasty and the cheese was literally ice cold. The eating area is filthy!!!!!!! It’s only 10am... Very pathetic compared to the service we are used to in Parma. Good place to stop for lunch after shopping at Walmart. Investing in a Sheetz card is one of the best things Ive done. Ill often stop here after ballet class to get a milkshake and a cookie, and I once got my cookie for free on Black Friday thanks to my Sheetz card. Great service!

All I have to say is EXCELLENT! Phenomenal customer service, awesome people and food. I love sheetz in Brooklyn, and will choose it over mcDonalds and other fast food type-places any day. Not to mention, I get gas there, and will not go anywhere else. if I had to rate it on a 1-10 scale, i give it an 11. Great job you guys

Bought a personnel cheese pizza for my dinner while in hotel while my husband was having surgery at Lutheran Hospital. Today is Monday and I think they made this pizza on Friday. Can’t chew it. All gummy. Horrible food!!

Love sheets. When they get it right. Weekend night shift is better than all of the other shifts. Theyve probably got me for like 5 dollars in sour cream that they never remember to put on my food. Train the employees to actually care. Im ready to just stop going. Shouldnt have to hope my order is right its not that hard.

The staff wasn’t very professional. Sam, the manager wasn’t professional. We had an issue at the register due to a cashier ringing up the wrong items and instead of resolving it the right way, he said smart remarks as he walked away. I wouldn’t return to this sheetz location.

Just got the worst chicken salad sandwich Ive ever had! Half toasted (not supposed to be) more bread and lettuce than chicken. Two bites in and it tasted sour. Next time I need a bite to eat before work itll be BK.

Staff is courteous, this sheets features a FEE FREE ATM ON SITE. But be careful when there is heavy rain fall because this area has a tendency to flood quickly.

Used the order kiosk to place my order, pulled to the window and waited over 5 mins with no service or acknowledgement of any kind. Called but was on hold for 3 mins. While waiting i watched the clerk lick his finger before pulling apart the plastic bags then using the same hand handle the customers canned drink. It was then that i knew i was done. That was my first and last visit to the mto drive thru.
