July 2021: I have a soft spot for local Mom and Pop stores in my city and try to support everyone, especially non-chain businesses when possible. Long story short...I gave Bulldogs a shot and was impressed.Pros:* They primarily have soft serve ice cream in which they blend into blizzards, shakes, floats, and fun, colorful concoctions that the kids seems to love.* Delicious ice cream. I ordered a blueberry mint shake, which was delicious--the mini chocolate covered mint candies (somewhat like Andes Mints) paired well with the slightly tangy flavor of the blueberry. They have scoop ice cream as well along with various cones.* The prices are reasonable.* Friendly staff members who clearly explain the flavor matrix.Cons:* They get really busy and it may take a moment to get the ice cream. However, the wait is well worth it...just ask any of the child customers.* The wooden park style tables need to be cleaned more often. The kids make a mess and drop ice cream on the table top. I suggest replacing them with composite tables that are more durable and easier to wipe down.* Somewhat cluttered appearance inside due to small real estate. NOTE: Do not confuse this with not being clean. If I suspected uncleanliness, then I would have not eaten there.

Everything is over the top! The sundaes are HUGE! And they have a lot of extra treats added to them. Youll definitely get your moneys worth. They can customize your sundae if theres something you dont like. I couldnt even finish all of my sundae. They do give you a cool Mason jar with their emblem on it. This is definitely a hidden gem ice cream shop thats a must try!

First time experience. Great flavor and honestly a shareable treat! I have never had an 8.00 milkshake before and the price made sense. Decadent is one word for their shakes!

Over the top BIG milkshakes! Kids love them! $8-$12 for the bigger shakes, you get to bring the mug home. Usually there will be a little wait but nothing to crazy. Besides the size - pretty average tasting.

The ice cream was delicious! Its a bit on the pricey side ($12 for a mason jar of deliciousness), but if you are visiting Cleveland its a nice souvenir to bring home and remember your trip.

It was very good, a bit messy but good! Staff was nice, really enjoyed the Oreo Cheesecake Special milkshake. Would go there again

Super nice and helpful workers! With this being our first time in we were taking a longer time trying to decide and get our kids to decide which shakes we wanted. We took ours home and really were impressed at how awesome they looked and how tasty they were!!!!! We will definitely come back soon! We have about 5 ice cream places between our house and Bulldog ice cream and it is still worth the drive!!!

We totally found this place by accident and tried it. Many times we drove past and never saw it. The ice cream was so good. I dont think a lot of people know about them. Hopefully this will help by posting it here. It was friendly, clean, and you can sit outside to eat. I will go there next summer for my banana split. I dont know what else they have. I will be checking it out more..

Love this place but today 10/27/2021 at 2:29 pm The kid or young man served me a strawberry milkshake, was ok.... The vanilla shake was a cup of soft ice cream it was good but it was frosty not a milkshake I took it back but still I needed a spoon to take it out the cup. The oreo shake ice cream cup also need a shovel to get it out the Cup, Ook a little Exaggeration, but the strawberry was able to just the straw. I hope this youngster do think he worth 15 dollars an hour. Hate to see him working in Macdonalds.

Well we give this a shot Boy was it worth it. Great staff, prices and ice cream. Cant wait to try on of those creations. Great addition to the community and local business ❤

Ive been seeing people go here and posting these delicious pictures!! My husband and I finally tried it. Ice cream was amazing! Reasonably priced too! $10.00 for both sundaes!! Service was not great. Thats why not 5 stars. However it wont keep us from coming back.

Studies have shown that a Banana Split from Bulldog Ice Cream is beneficial to your mental health. My first one was terrific!

Presentation was lovely but their special milkshakes are way too overpriced for the amount of ice cream you get.

I had a specialty milkshake and it was amazing. Worth the $12, which I guess is a lot to some people who review this place. Also I did not go in summer which Im sure takes forever. Not their fault, theyre making amazing deserts and that takes time. Will be going back for sure

The building is adorable, it looks like a dog house. My kids were very excited to come. However the treats look nothing like the photos. Also I asked if they sold beverages and was told yes but only in the can and was charged $5.50 each for soda floats to get cans of faygo. Overall this place is OK at best, I wouldn’t really suggest a visit unless you’re already in the area.

The owner is one of the most horrible people I have had the displeasure of meeting. He is rude, inconsiderate, and degrading. If you value human decency, please choose another ice cream place. There are several decent ones in the area where the owners arent complete jerks - DQ, Honey Hut, East Coast, Zero Zest to name a few.

Very cool place to get a shake! We got a Cookie Dough Monster specialty shake and it was pretty good. I only gave 4 stars because I was a little disappointed that the mugs logo was a sticker and will wash off eventually and wasnt enthusiastic about the Cookie Crisp(thought it was real mini cookies) edges. Besides those 2 minor things, it was pretty damn good!

The ice cream was amazing. The frosting used to hold decorations on the side of the glass was too sweet for me but others might like it. Its worth the money and trip

The ice cream was very good and the have a great selection of specialty items. It is pricy but also extremely good with topping ranging from a slice of cheese cake or an ice cream sandwich on top of the shake with a glass cup dipped in chocolate and peanuts.That was the good part, the bad part was the wait. It took 45 minutes for them to call our number.

Let me say this. Me and my sister went here in 90 degree weather, the ice cream was fresh and helped cool us down, as the ice cream was amazing we had a sugar shock extreme 10/10 would recommend getting it again

Would love to come back on a less busy day. The staff were friendly but the wait time was extremely long. Would like to try some of their specialties but kept it simple with sundaes. Me and my son enjoyed the product.

It was fair. Once you got past the many many flies inside, the ice cream presentation was good for the milkshakes, the hot fudge sundae was disappointing in presentation and flavor. If you like hard serve ice cream this is not the place if you like dairy queen youll probably be pleased.

This place never disappoints! Everything on the menu is great, some items are pretty pricy but in my opinion they are worth every penny. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who likes ice cream/milkshakes.

First time here,😊 we got 3 of the specialty shakes, cotton candy for my granddaughter, strawberry shortcake for me, and fruity pebbles for my daughter!!! They were wonderful, very filling tho🍦we will be back!!😅❤

The ice cream and service was excellent but I gave this review four stars because they were out of everything. A couple of different flavors on the menu wasn’t available and no spoons. I’ll return but next time I hope I don’t get no we’re out of this nope we’re out of that.

Don’t go unless you have an hour and a half to wait for your milkshake. not being dramatic. got there at 7:30 and waited until 9pm to hear my number called. milkshake tasted good but I won’t be returning.

I went here with my son and my nephew to get some ice cream and let me start off my saying the customer service was very very rude and unprofessional! If I could rate this place 0 starsI would I went to get a cookie dough monster and it was half melted! And my sons ice cream cone was not very appealing to the eye it was very limp sided and the ice cream wasn’t even on the cone all the way. It was just horrible I will not be returning. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY THIS PLACE!

More like 3.5 stars. The service members were pretty nice didnt seemed to be overwelmed but a very busy location. This was my first time going and it was an ok experience. The bad part was it took 40 minutes to get our order. The ice cream was delicious, my son had a strawberry cheesecake and it had really good cheesecake inside with chunks as well. But all and all the wait time was just horrendous.

This place is always packed full of people! They have good ice cream and very expensive sundaes and milkshakes! I wasnt real impressed with the cookie dough sundae I got for $11. It seemed like runny chocolate ice cream with 2 balls of cookie dough on a stick. But I love their superman ice cream in a waffle cone when there isnt a million people there!

Im giving this a one star. me and my step dad got their at 8 20 and we got our ice creams at 9 16 but we had to wait another few minutes just for them to give us the other three that needed to be fixed. the problem is we waited an hour just for them to mess up our orders, i do not recommend this place a lot of people have waiting an hour or more to get their ice creams just for them to mess it up or not get their orders at all.

I have had lots of ice cream in Cleveland. I will make a 10 minute or more drive to Bulldog for a cheesecake cookies and cream in a jar. I mean you just have to try it! You also get to keep the jar!! The service is awesome and the ice cream keeps you coming back.

1st time here after a coworker told me about it. I can say the price was reasonable for their little decorated mason jar, cheesecake, syrup, whipped cream & ice cream. There are lot of young people working there, and rightfully so. It appears to be a fun place and they all appeared to be enjoying themselves. Our items were delicious and I will absolutely visit again...my husband ordered a strawberry banana milkshake and he was super impressed...real fruit!!! Great job guys & the lot was not dirty, social distancing was in place and ALL THE STAFF HAD MASK, I did not notice any offenders🙃😉

The girl at the cashier seemed as if she had an attitude I asked for a fruity pebble and my glass jar was only half filled with ice cream and the treat at the top was horrible. Not worth it.

This was my first time coimg there. Good service. Good ice cream and milk shakes. Whimsical flavors to choose from and regular flavors. Take the whole family something for everyone. Enjoyed my ice cream and kids enjoyed there milkshakes. As will be going back.

40 mins for 3 shakes. They had the wrong sizes and overall the place was out of control they didnt know what they were doing 6 people making ice cream and it took that long?

This is a honest review. This place is very welcoming and clean. Clean parking lot and the trash cans were not filled all the way up to the top. It was a bit of a wait but not too long. Given the pandemic crisis they followed the 6ft rule. Allowed you to come in and take order and wait outside until your order was ready. The ice cream was very good according to my children. I ordered a peanut butter and brownie milkshake and it was very good. I do not eat dairy due to stomach issues. However it did not mess with my stomach at all. I also ordered some chilli cheese fries and they were good as well. I will definitely come back to this place. I did travel from Euclid Ohio to take a chance with this place and if you try there menu you will not be disappointed⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

It took 57 minutes to make a milk shake and a sundae . I had to ask to have the sundae remade because it was half melted by the time my shake was ready not worth the money or the wait

Absolutely insane icecream desserts! Come with an appetite because youll need a lot of room to finish the whole thing. You can get a cool mug, but its not the best quality with a sticker. Prepare for a long line, but its worth the late. Plenty of parking and areas to sit. Fun time and will visit again!

Only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the ice cream is still decent. I was so excited to try this place after finding it online. But never again will I return. I won’t wait 25 minutes just to have ice cream made.Pulled into a parking spot with a dirty diaper on the ground. Trash is everywhere in the parking lot. The inside of the ice cream shop is horrendous. This place is so sad and needs someone better than middle schoolers running this.
