I lost my alternator before takeoff on Thursday. RMAS had a replacement identified and overnighted by Friday morning and installed that afternoon. Cant say enough good things about how responsive they were! Flawless execution, too.

The shop perform very well. They did an annual on my Mooney m20k. Everything went smoothly Justin communicated regularly, which is nice. No tricks no major issues. They turned it around in about 5 working days. Pipers a great hanger dog. Not a huge shop so I would book early before the word gets out

Justin and his crew did great work on my 180 when I brought it in for annual. Justin checked in regularly with progress updates and provided good value for the maintenance work. In the end I felt confident flying away in an airplane that was in better shape what I dropped off!

This shop saved the day for me several months ago. Could not start the aircraft and one gentleman, quickly assisted in the start. Not only did they get me on my way; he refused to invoice me as it only took a few minutes. Nice to see good people still in aviation.

Justin and crew did a great job. Fast, efficient, within budget to get me ADSB compliant with a GTX345. Happy camper!

Justin always takes the time to answer my questions (and I have a lot of them usually). Very reasonable prices for the work provided. He replaced a cylinder on my IO520A and its been running nicely. He will be getting my business in the years to come.

I normally have my Cirrus SR22TN worked on at Arapahoe Aero at KAPA. Unfortunately, they were too busy to get my plane in for annual and so we took it to RMAS. Big mistake! Within 12 hours of the service, the engine came apart as a result of a shifted thrust bearing, probably caused by moving the propeller/crankshaft when the engine was apart. (If you see the inside of their shop, you can see how this could happen. It’s extremely cramped and cluttered.) I ended up having to replace the engine at a cost of over $50,000. Of course, Justin Parrow refused to take any responsibility. See article in AOPA May 9, 2016 by Jeff Simon about maintenance induced engine failures. Also, Mike Busch wrote about it in Cirrus Pilot Magazine. I would personally not consider taking my airplane to this shop.
